What's good everybody? Welcome back to SNK Unlimited. We back with another body cam video. Shout out to EWU Body Cam for this video and we watching this video with y'all. So, we don't know what's going on. So, let's just get into it. When an officer in New Berlin, Wisconsin witnesses a child hanging dangerously out of a moving car window, she initiates an urgent traffic stop. But the situation takes an alarming turn when the mother commits a shocking act of violence against her own baby, leaving officers no choice but to intervene. If you're going to be because he decides to be a to you and you tell him no, your 18-month-old is a The following report is based on official police records, and the footage has never been seen before until now. Please note that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Just before 6:00 p.m. on March 6th, 2024, an officer spots a silver sedan parked at the racing parking ride. As the vehicle pulls away, she notices a small unrestrained child hanging out of the rear passenger window. Moments later, the driver runs a red light and the officer quickly initiates a traffic stop. Hi, I'm Officer Goone. The reason I stopped you as you ran the red light back there. The baby needs to be in the car seat as well. He's not. No, he wasn't. Just left the house down. Inside the vehicle, the officer sees multiple bottles of alcohol, including some that are open. How much have you had to drink? Oh, I had no You haven't had anything? I picked it up from her friend's house. 5 minutes late. Okay, I was just going to give her a ride back. The driver is 24year-old Simanjit Singh, who notably isn't wearing a shirt. In the back seat is 20-year-old Aliana Ali Felts and her unrestrained 18-month-old child. He needs to be in the car seat. Car seat needs to No, listen. Stop cutting me off. Car seat. He's not good. Car seat needs to be strapped in. Okay. He was halfway out the window while you were driving through a red light to presume the baby. Okay, if you had Okay, stop cutting me off. Okay, listen. I understand that. Had you gotten hit by a car, that baby would be dead right now. Okay, so he needs to be in the car seat. Okay, we're not going anywhere until then. Car seat. Okay, you're gone. The officer noted that Ally appeared to be extremely intoxicated with bloodshot and glassy eyes. She was also unable to tell the officer her birthday or formulate coherent sentences. Backup arrives and the officer approaches the driver's side window unaware that he's about to witness a disturbing act of violence. Hey, Mr. S. Officer Police Department. Hey, who's alcohol is in the vehicle? picked her up from down the road. Without warning, Ally draws back her arm and backhands her child in the face. Oh, are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? She just straight up backhanded this kid. What? She just straight up backhanded that child. All right, before we go any further, I already knew that they was high or drunk. And then it went dang the cop went over to Shajima Jama went to his face. I said, "Yeah, he high as Yeah, they look like a bunch of crackhead." Yeah, they more they more than drunk. Yep. They on some drugs. Yep. And then she hit the child. I got to see what's going on. Got to see. I would I would have said, "Oh, my my my body cam done felling. I know, right? I know, right? I know. Two things you'll mess with. The children and the elderly. And Yeah. Children and old people. Yes. The hat comes off. Yeah. Yeah. You see a mark on him? Did you call her mom? No. No. Did you call her? Calling her brother. No problem. [Laughter] He will not which side of his face. See all his red face here. All right, let's secure this. Where's mom? Where's mom? I'm his mom. No, no, no. Your mother? Yes, I am. Your mother. Where is your mother? Your mother. Yeah, she's 35 minutes away. She just lost a She never has the problem. Pop the trunk. Pop the trunk for me. While one officer consoles the child, another takes several bottles of alcohol from the vehicle, securing them in the trunk. Afterwards, he examines the car seat and notes it was not belted in, attached only by the tether for the car seat anchor. The driver, Simanjet, is next given a breathalyzer test, which returns an alarming result of 0.26. All right. Do you know what the legal limit in is Wisconsin? Huh? I'm sorry. Yeah, you're about three times the legal limit. God damn. So, Come on, step out. I'm not arresting you, okay? But you can't be in the car right now, and I'm going to need your keys. As he exits the vehicle, Simanjet's pants are visibly sagging below his waist, leading to questions about what the pair were doing before they were pulled over. Okay. So, what was going on in the parking ride? I was just talking to her like I haven't seen her. So, you normally talk with your shirt off and your pants half down? No, I usually like I literally took my shirt off earlier cuz it was hot. That's all. Okay. And your pants? You know, my pants were on the whole time. Well, you just stood up and they were like half down. I was talking to you. My felt. Okay. Listen, I just need to know straight up. What were you doing? I didn't feel anything. I was thinking we were making Oh, so you were making out? Yeah. Okay. So, you were doing something? Yeah. No, we were just making out. Okay. And where was the baby during this? He was He was the backseat with us. So, you guys were getting it on in the back seat and the baby was next to you. Like I said, like you were you just kissed, that's all. More officers arrive and an ambulance is called to the scene to examine the 18-month-old boy for possible injury. While they wait, an officer tries to get critical information from Ally, but this proves to be a challenge. Stop lying, Shimmer Jeep. Yeah, you was getting that neck. That's what that was. Think so. It was getting topped off. That's what that uh that's Stop lying. I wonder how how much or how well do they really know each other? I know. He said I ain't seen her in months. I don't know. Does he have any medical problems, allergies, anything like that? Is that window busted out? And do you have a family member or something that we can call to come get him? Yes, but she's a and a half. But no. So I guess neighbor friend. They learn that Ally lives with her parents, but efforts to obtain their contact information are unsuccessful. Officers next administer a breathalyzer test on Ally, which returns a result of 0.331. According to police records, officers learned Ally had an open case in Racing County. Though there are no further details, they ask her to step out of the vehicle and place her under arrest. He needs to knock it off cuz it's my kid son. You want help? God won't get out the other way. It's not even that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. True. True. Come on. Okay. I'm coming out. God dog, man. Stand up. Yep. All right. Hold on. See you right there. Oh my god. I'm just mad that they're not getting out my kid door. That's like You're good. I'm just I need to pee and they won't get put out my kid. I need to pee. I need to Whatever. All right. Hold on. Stop moving. Stop moving. Okay. Okay. I need to All right. One thing at a time. Okay. Good. All right. I'm going have you put your hands behind your back. I'm not Ally, I need you to listen to me. All right. You are I'm not All right. Ally, at this time, you're being placed under arrest. Okay. You're under arrest for child abuse. Yeah. How? He's literally forced to abuse. What the you doing? Anything on me? I don't know about me. No, I don't pockets. No, I don't. And I'm very confused. Confused. Very confused. Confused. It's I got to check. I got to get or do we whatever I need to pee. All right, we're going to head back to the squad right here. Okay, that's all you do. I haven't pee before. I genuinely You got to get them, too. I'm not going door to door. I'm just trying to get everybody that door with me. Frank, why are you No. First off, why are you guys adoring me, dude? I don't even know what you're saying. No. Why are you guys going to put in me on door in the back seat? Me and the door in the back. There you go. No, I'm down with that. Under arrest. But why? I already told you for child abuse neglect. Yeah, but he's the same. Okay, cool. Simanjet is also taken into custody and placed in the back of a separate squad car while he stays silent once the door is closed. Ally is anything but. I'm not trying to be an Come on. I'm not trying to be Come on. I'm not I'm literally just trying to be an ass. Come on. What the Say what? She's not trying to be I can't tell you what's going on. I really tell you I could tell you what's going on early. Wish I could. I can't. Hey, do you know what's going on? Somewhat. Trying to figure that out. Me, too. I really need to pee and I'm done. I need to go home. I I'm done. After checking on the child, officers express concern that he may be hungry. I just want to ask her if we can get a I'm sure if you ask her like if she's hungry. She knows she's under desk. I hope so. I told her like three times. Let's ask what formula her kid drinks and see if she answers. Hey, what um kind of formula drink? It's literally just not able whatever. I genuinely I just need to go home. I I can't deep in here. Hey, what you saying there? Without a coherent answer, they formulate another plan. I'm going to run to Walgreens and try to pick up some more food boxes for the kid. He's got a mouth full of teeth, so he's probably taking some soft foods at at the very least. An officer steps into the back of the ambulance where medical personnel have been examining the 18-month-old boy. We're going to get you some food. We got a clean diaper. So, we got that part taken care of. He's pulling his car in right now. Huh? This is the right side of the face from Yo, are you okay? Please let me know you're okay. Let me know. I need to go. You're cooking. You guys are pissed and feeling pain here. Okay. And I'm freaking out. Watching the show, listening to music, not working. It was good for like the first 10 minutes and then he's just like, "Oh, now he just doesn't know what he wants." I know. I'm assuming you may yawn. Yeah, he he's had huge yawn. Like he's so super tired. Are you going to sleep? What's on your chin? I don't know what that is. It's hard to tell like what was from her. We're going to go for a ride. After speaking with child protective services by phone and informing them of the situation, officers place the baby's car seat in the back of a squad car and transport him to the police station where they will attempt to contact Alli's mother. You guys suck. I really hate I wish you [Music] guys I need to go home. I cannot do this. Whatever is going home, I cannot just pretend to be home that I'm home for the next hour. I really need home. I cannot pretend that my parents give a about me anymore. I'm done. Both Simanjet and Ally are transported to the police station separately. Hey, I'm alone. She's about to pee her pants and I don't want her to pee in my spot. One second. Oh my god. I got to take my off. So, I really don't mean to be a, but I really have to be an idol. They pat Ally down once again before placing her in a holding cell with a toilet. After 9:00 p.m., more than 3 hours after the initial traffic stop, the officer prepares to question Ally, unaware of the unusual direction the interview is about to take. You are highly intoxicated. Y Okay. While Definitely, you're highly while we were speaking with you, you Okay. You backhanded them across the face. Yes. Do you remember doing that? I do because he's been very I'm not I'm just trying to get him to listen. You drove around with your 18-month-old unsecured hanging out a window while you both are heavily intoxicated. You ran through a red light. Your child hasn't eaten in 8 hours. He definitely has. You told us the last time you fed him was lunch. Your child was screaming uncontrollably until one of our officers went and bought him poop. I'm saying I eat lunch with him all the time. We went to not Panda Express, but one of the spots and we got him food. We got him crab raons and something else. So, you're telling me that you fed your year and a half old child crab rangons for lunch? Meanwhile, after successfully locating contact information for Alli's parents, they arrived to take custody of the baby who was fast asleep after his meal. Thank you so much for best of luck for you guys. Thank you. Everything goes well. Yeah. Yeah. This is all I'm worried about right now. Yeah. We tried to help many times and disappoint. Sometimes you have to hit that back pile. With the child safely in the hands of his grandparents. Officers prepare to take Ally to the Wakaua County Jail. I already know where I'm going. I'm done. I just I just need nicotine. You're just going to see a judge? Yep. And that's the problem because they judge you based on your appearance. And what do I look like? A piece of I look like a hoodlum. I look like a white. I disagree. I don't think you look like a piece of I look like a white that made a bad choice. And I did. But I didn't like I didn't I don't beat my kid. I just smack him in the ass sometimes. That's not what happened tonight. That's what you slapped him in the face. I did. Whatever. I still need nicotine. I'm like terrified. I cannot deal with like the bull cigarettes. I cannot do that at jail. You'll be okay. Ally speaks continuously throughout the 25-minute transport to the jail. I don't mean to be a to you guys. I don't mean to like make your lives any harder. I don't have a I'm not from anybody. They need to be I need to be perfect otherwise I'm someone just stabs me in jail. Maybe maybe I'll get lucky enough to get he deserves a better hope somebody just sh like Jennifer Koolage it makes me want a hot dog real bad like I'm going to want a hot dog real bad then I got out of jail but they'll say then you should have thought about that before I got to jail during processing her continuous remarks about her child begin to draw the attention of other officers if you're going to be because he decides to be a to you your 18-month-old is 24year-old Simanjet Singh was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His license was suspended for a period of 6 months. As for 20-year-old Aliana Felts, she received citations for underage drinking, riding without a seat belt, and violation of child safety restraint. On March 22nd, 2024, she was formally charged with felony child abuse, felony neglect, and bail jumping for an unrelated case in Racing County, a misdemeanor charge which was dismissed. Aliana was sentenced to 2 years in prison, but her sentence is imposed and stayed, meaning she's serving 12 months in the Wauaaw County Jail as a condition of her probation. If she violates probation, the court may revoke her probation and activate the full 2-year prison sentence. Following her arrest, she began posting publicly about the incident on Tik Tok and remained active until February 11th, 2025, just one day before she was scheduled to report to the Wakaawa County Jail where she's currently serving her sentence. But first off, let me say this. You know, we love doing these things. uh all these people in Midwest Safety, EW Body Cam and so forth and so forth. But y'all titles be more drastic. Yep. Than what the videos be? The way that they describe the way the way they describe I'm like I got to see this one. Yeah. And then it just be something Well, not saying it's not this not right. I know what you're saying. Yeah. It's important, but it's like I thought it' be like something more drastic. Yeah. I'm excited to do this. And I'm like, yeah. Oh yeah. They always say the horrifying truth will surprise you. Surprise you. Yeah. Then you just bop. Yeah. They get me. I mean that's bad. But that's bad. But seemed like she done threw the baby out the window. Or did something like like super hard for I mean that was bad, but Yeah. They they got me, man. They got me in this all the time. Yeah. I still love doing it for y'all. Yeah. Um, but I just I don't want to come off preachy because I just don't understand why alcohol is is not illegal. Exactly. You know what I'm saying? I don't understand why alcohol is Look how it makes you act. You know what I'm saying? It brings out something in you that's tamed, but as soon as you get drunk, it comes out. She, like she said, she's probably not a violent person, right? But if she got drunk, she hit the child. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? But you don't never know at home. Yeah. You know what people do behind the scenes. And um I just I don't want to say I don't want to say that we don't know who she really is. She could be a good good parent, but I just think she just had a bad moment. What you think about it? Um, I think she has trauma from her childhood probably. So, several times she mentioned, "My parents this, my parents that, my mom's an asshole." Y when you have unresolved trauma, you have no choice but to have it come out in the in the worst way when you become an adult. Yeah. And I think there should be like some kind of mandate that until you deal with your trauma, you cannot procreate. That's right. I I That's what I wanted to say. I I don't I don't want to sound rude, but I I I don't think everybody should have the right to have kids. No. I I just I don't care nobody. Y'all can y'all can say what y'all want to say. Well, that's a woman. They can do they want to do. Yes. I believe it should be something to say. Oh, this person's going to be a jackass in life. They're going to be no good. No kids. Yep. But if you born a certain kind of way, oh, that person's going to be successful in that. They go do this. They going to raise the kids, right? Yes. I don't believe everybody should have kids, man. I don't. And I It makes me mad that some people who want kids can't have kids, but these jackasses have kids, right? Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Um I think a lot of things come into play when you're young. You just make the dumbest choices in the world. Your brain is not fully developed on how to, you know, deal with your own situations, like I was saying, your own past traumas, your own childhood traumas. then you have a child that may or may not have um certain um issues or difficulties you have to try to overcome with them. So yeah, it it's just hard in general. Being a parent is just it's hard because when like me I feel like now I'm about to be 50 in a few more years. I feel like I'm just now becoming an adult, like a mature adult. Even though I didn't make necessarily any bad choices before, I just felt like, "Oh, wow. I really feel grown now." I know what you're saying. Not that you should necessarily wait to have kids now, but I'm just saying. Yeah. Before I just didn't feel like an adult, like a fully functioning, mature adult that could either handle certain situations. Like I remember at my job, this going way off. Sorry y'all. But I remember at my job Um my boss had said one time he he was like um I want you to implement some some new things and so and so and so and so and I this was our our our um task was to do different things with the children. I didn't do it. So I saw a young girl come in who was like 20 years old and she just took charge and and I'm like I went home and I'm like dang I'm 40s something at this job and I haven't done these grown up type things with these kids but a 20-year-old comes in fully knowing herself and hey kids we're gonna do this we're gonna I got these post I got this we're gonna do this and I just had to look at myself like damn I'm not mature like so So to correlate what you saying to this, you saying that she may just be just young and just be young and do stupid stuff. Is that all? And then you put alcohol and drugs on top of but she wasn't she didn't have drugs in Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That was my mistake. That was a mistake. Hey, that shows you alcohol and drugs. They they look the same to me. Yeah. You sloppy. That look the same to me. Yeah. We always I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Shilit bit of a whatever your name was. We call you a crackhead. Yeah. I'm sorry about that. Yeah. Yeah. You too, Jennifer. What her name is? Got a name. Yeah. What she what she call herself? I can't remember. I I'm sorry. I call you crackhead. But I'm sorry y'all. But sometimes those things look similar. Yeah. Yeah. Don't do drugs and definitely don't do alcohol. I just think that she was just young and she probably just was drunk. Yep. Did a stupid thing. Mhm. Cuz she got sense because the way she was stuff she was talking about. I said, "Oh, she got sense. She know what she's saying." Like she said, "I'mma be a white dumb be." Yeah, definitely. She said, "Yeah, I was laughing." She's like, "Oh, I'm a white." She know that she what she did was wrong. Yeah. I just think they be alcoholic, man. Just Yeah. Hey, counseling. Counseling and seeing a therapist. That's some real issue. Yeah, that is. Like, I think everybody should should be able to go at least once in their lifetime when they become an adult, especially if you have had traumatic um parenting. Yeah. You know, your parents was [ __ ] when they was raising you. Yeah. I'm glad you brought that up, too. She kept on saying, "My parents was this and that." And we look at the parents come rescuing the baby and be like, "Oh, they did a nice thing." But we don't know what how they treated her exactly when they was at home. That's all we see. We see a person in the street. Oh, they nice, but you don't know how they are at home. Yeah. Well, like she sounds like a like a little spoiled brat, but yeah, probably. So, yeah. We never know. We never know. Right. That's all. That's all I got to say about this, man. Hey y'all let us know what y'all think about this in the comments right here. Um, thank y'all for the love and supporting this channel. We love y'all feedback. We love to hear the things that you got to say and thank y'all for giving us motivation.
