So, I don't know if if you heard about my partner say before anything, but he said that he we stopped you for a BOL, we had a BOL, which means a be on the lookout for a white SUV that drove over the train tracks. >> Really? >> I took my AirPods out, so I was like >> What's going on? >> No, you're you're good, bro. Do you guys know why you have like branches underneath your car then, too? >> Because we're all riding through the same area. Do you know where I live? There's nothing but trees and sticks over there. >> I mean, there's trees everywhere. >> Do you know where I live? >> Why would I know where you live? >> Exactly. So, if you knew where I live, you'd know where there's trees and sticks and branches under my car. >> They're trying to arrest us and pull us over for a bunch of bull. I'm glad you see it in here is >> Did I ever say that you were under arrest? >> I'm not talking to you. >> Hey, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> You Y'all I usually don't pause this much. What is that? >> What are you talking to? >> He said give me my ticket so we can go on about our business. >> What's that? >> But he said >> Right now we're trying to figure out what's going on. You guys aren't telling us. >> [snorts] >> Right now we're we're Right now we're just investigating right now, okay? We're checking camera footage to see if you guys ran over the the tracks or not. That's what we're doing right now. We got someone checking, okay? >> because y'all do not have no proper cause, y'all don't have a warrant, we can't get our ticket, and we can't leave. >> You have damage to the front driver side, right? >> We don't have damage to the front. >> So right now we're just Yes, you do. >> damage to the front driver side. Look out cuz we have cameras just like y'all have cameras. We don't have front damage to the truck. The front damage. >> What? >> I'll be right back. Anything? >> No. >> She's claiming she never was on Fourth, and she said she had no alcohol. >> All the junk tonight. >> There's a Long Island in the center console, but she said it I think she's not answering questions about that. Hey, miss. My sergeant's right there. Can you talk to my sergeant? >> Ma'am, I need you to open your window. I see alcohol in the center console. I need to identify you. >> Hello. >> That's my sergeant. Can you talk to my sergeant? >> I see open can of alcohol in your center console. So >> Water. >> Okay. What All I know is I see that. So no. There is a >> It's a can of sweet tea. >> There is a cut water. Is it cut water? >> That's not mine. >> Okay. It's I need to identify you you as the driver. Now that I see that in plain view we need to see your identification, okay? >> Okay. That's fine. >> All right, she gone. Then I'm out. >> I'm good. >> Lord Jesus. >> Right from 7th Avenue >> Cut water channel cut water girl. >> on Washington through the red light. >> Speed at 56 and increasing. >> Yes, that's probably his alcohol. She probably didn't drink all of hers cuz she drunk. Lord. When they say young and dumb, they know what they're saying. Putting those two things together. Girl. >> Vehicle still traveling about 35 mph. >> Both sides of the lanes. >> Westbound Farnam. >> Ooh, you better jump out. >> I would have jumped out. >> As long as that car slow down. >> I would have jumped all the way out. Still westbound Farnam. Went straight through the stop sign. >> Passenger door is open. Yes, sir. >> Passenger door is open. >> See I I we going down together. >> Yep. Still westbound Farnam through Lockwood. 54 mph. >> Girl. >> Vehicle almost ran through a whole leaf pile. Still westbound Farnam. Vehicle drove. >> The things they say be funny. She almost ran through a leaf pile. >> Stop sign over there. She's out of that end. >> Get out. Get out. GET I WOULD HAVE STAYED AWAY FROM THAT POLICE CAR. >> She cut through a side road right now. Right in front of Alta Beauty. >> Uh-oh. >> She just crashed into Alta. CRASHED INTO ALTA. >> OH. OH MY GOD. >> STOP THE CAR NOW. >> [screaming] >> PUT YOUR HANDS OUT THE WINDOW NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS UP. PUT YOUR HANDS OUT THE WINDOW NOW. >> STEP OUT. >> DON'T SHOOT. >> OH, MY GOD. >> STEP OUT. GET DOWN. GET DOWN. >> BACK UP. BACK UP. >> STOP THE CAR. >> YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. >> STOP IT. >> OH, MY GOD. >> What in the world? >> Radio 50, just collided with 807. She's going to try to move the car. >> No, girl, you can't go nowhere. >> What is you doing? >> BACK UP. BACK UP. >> ARE YOU WHERE IS THE DUDE AT? DAMN. IT WAS LIKE A VIDEO GAME. SHE WENT drifting to the side. >> Stop. >> Back up. Back up. Back up. Back up. >> This can't be real, man. >> She's making her a way. Why don't I shoot the tires out? Something. Oh, my god. What? >> Did that dude say stop? >> Heads up. Heads up, little. Heads up. >> I don't >> Sir, DO YOU WANT US TO MOVE? >> Turn the car off. >> Hey, passenger is still inside. >> Okay. PASSENGER IS STILL IN >> HANDS NO, INSIDE the car or inside the store. >> Is the passenger inside THE STORE? >> YES. HANDS! I GOT HER RIGHT HERE. WALK BACK! >> [screaming] >> THIS WAY! KEEP WALKING! KEEP WALKING THIS WAY! COME THIS WAY! OVER HERE! COME THIS WAY! OVER HERE! WALK BACK THIS WAY! >> Y'ALL GETTING MAD AT HIM. IT'S HER CRAZY >> COME THIS WAY! >> WALK BACK TOWARDS [screaming] ME NOW! >> KEEP WALKING! >> MINE. >> KEEP WALKING! KEEP GOING! COME OUTSIDE NOW! COME OUTSIDE NOW! Come outside. Sergeant, he's coming. He's coming. GET GET OUT NOW! HANDS! HANDS! GET DOWN! GET DOWN! GET DOWN! >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> WHY IS HE EVEN ARRESTED? OKAY, he's black. That's why. >> All right. Pull over. >> I'm going over here. I'm going over here. >> They need to be ran out of damn hot cars stepping in this store. Ridiculous. >> This can't be real, man. This can't be real. Turn your head. >> He can't tell me not to do that, officer. >> I'm cool. No, I'm cool with that. >> Tell me when you are done with your car in here. >> Yep, I'm cool. I don't even drink, so I'm cool. I'm cool with that option. I don't got no argument with that at all. >> Radio from 7, we got passenger in custody or detaining or whatever. Putting the driver in custody now. >> No, he can't tell me not to do that. >> Okay, yeah. Enough. Enough. Enough. Put him back in the car. >> Is this the sole option I just had? >> Yes, bro. >> All right, I'm cool, bro. >> You know what I'm saying? >> I'm cool with that. Oh, [ __ ] >> Well, damn. He can't tell me not to do that. >> Just stop. Okay, just stop. >> You can't be a victim when you black. >> No. No, both are in custody. Clint, you got passenger, right? He's back here. Perfect. >> Is everyone at Altus Security now? >> Affirmative, radio. We're secure. >> This can't be real, man. That is crazy. >> The male suspect, Deniro, was issued a citation for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and is presumed innocent unless proven [music] guilty in a court of law. The female suspect, Katrina, was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .21, over double the legal limit. She was charged with her second offense of OWI, felony malicious destruction of police property, felony malicious destruction of property under $20,000, felony malicious destruction of a building over $20,000, two counts of felony assault, felony assault on a police officer, and felony third degree fleeing and eluding. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to all charges in exchange for a sentence of 1 year in jail and 3 years of probation. She will be released back into the public in March of 2027. >> Well, let me see. Katrina was ordered >> Okay, I'm going to let y'all go to the channel and um see what Officer John has to say. I always let him do his little thing at the end when I do the Midwest Safety, but this stuff This is crazy, baby. >> It is. >> What in the world? See? I you always say don't preach. I ain't trying to preach, but this is what I be talking about when people say drinking and driving. >> Yep. Now Now, don't get me wrong. I know >> as they say, can you say it on on YouTube? the the weed. I know they that get people high and I know that's But it seem like the alcohol worse than the weed. >> It is. It Yeah, it's >> It And it's not And it's legal? >> [laughter] >> Right. >> This was a Look. Just look. >> Yes. >> Look at this, man. I can tell when they pull up to her as she The way her eyes going, I said, "Yeah, she drunk." >> Mhm. >> This crazy What would make you just go? >> I don't I don't get that. >> And that's what the dude only had one charge. She going to try to She going to tell What she said? She He told me to not do nothing or something, she said. >> Mhm. >> Was she talking about the cop or was she talking about him? You know what she said? >> I don't know. I I think she might have been talking about maybe the police officer or maybe she was just saying what boyfriend told her. Some Either way, nobody told you dumb ass to run. >> Then why would you go? What are your mind like for? What do they call it? A What do you call it? I got a cut cut. >> Cut water. >> What's a cut water? You know I'm dumb. >> Some new alcohol. They always coming out with something new. >> You know I'm dumb when that stuff. I don't know cut water from buck water. I don't know what they mean. But old dude right there, he like, "Man, man, look, man, just don't go." And I bet when she was driving off, she like, "What the heck are you doing? What you doing?" I bet he was like in there going >> I would have rolled up that car so quick. >> I would listen. I would have jumped in that I would have stopped, rolled, and dropped out that car. Really quickness. If she slow down, man, I ain't getting in trouble cuz of you. >> Yeah, and you don't know where she was going. And then >> [clears throat] >> when they um had her there, honestly, to me, I feel like sometimes you can tell when a amateur police officer or young or inexperienced police officer stops somebody because the the questioning at the beginning kind of was useless. "Hey, were you coming across the tracks? Was it you? We got a BM." Whatever he said. You knew it was them. Why go into this long thing allowing her to stay behind the wheel all that long time? >> [music] >> You could have been said, "Hey, sir, please exit the car." You could have told the girl, "Cut the car off right now and give me the keys." And then if she would have done something then, the other person would have been out of the car. >> Yeah, that would have been me. >> I just feel like when when they are young, they're they're inexperienced, they never of course, nobody ever assumes you're going to be this dumb at a traffic stop. But you have to at least make sure the person who's not involved in the crime is not, you know, going to be, you know, accessory or hurt. >> Yeah. >> So, I would have asked the person, "Can you get out of the car, sir?" And blah blah blah blah blah. >> Yep. >> And also, I don't understand I know, you know, he's has a um a charge of um drinking >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Uh This is the crazy part about alcoholism. >> Mhm. >> You [music] can be drinking but you can't be drunk certain places. >> I don't understand. >> drink as much as you want but you can't be drunk >> Yeah. >> anywhere you want. In a car, on the street. You And if they If you drink on the street, oh, it's illegal, but you can walk out of a bar, that's legal. And then, you're expected to just get in a car, and then people will say, "Oh, well, no, it's common sense that you get it." Oh, but no, it's common sense to not serve somebody alcohol when they drove themselves to the bar. >> I I was just I was just about to say that. >> Mhm. >> These laws and rules are so crazy. They're going to arrest you for public intoxication >> Mhm. >> at a public place that sells intoxicants. >> [laughter] >> See what I'm saying? >> Yes. Mhm. >> Just like what I said about the airport. You going to serve >> Mhm. >> alcohol at the airport and then serve it on the airplane >> Mhm. >> but then don't get drunk. >> Yeah. >> But he got drunk on the plane. What the hell do you expect? You're selling it. Everything is a money game. It's all about money. >> Yep. >> Then they have to make rules and loopholes and well >> Yes. >> Uh soon as you step out the bar, that was public intoxication. You're in a public place. Ninjas a moon flies, like This This stuff is so stupid to me. Some of these some of these laws is ridiculous, y'all. >> It is. >> That's crazy. I don't think nobody should be drinking and driving at all. The dude, he he look like he he I don't know if he was drunk either, but she was more hammered than he was. >> Mhm. Mhm. >> He should have just said, "Man, let's pull her to the side, man. Like, you drunk." >> Yeah. >> Let's let's let's put this off or do something. And I do agree with you on that. I'm the kind of officer, if I know you do something, I guess they do that thing because they need they want [music] to have an old body cam like a evidence thing. Like, did she say she really did this? Did she say she crossed the the train track? So, they do it for evidence things. That's why. >> Yeah, I understand the questioning, but it just went on too long. >> Yeah. >> And then, um when she didn't get off the phone with her person, that made it more like of a back-and-forth thing. It just seems like a young or inexperienced police move. >> I agree. >> A more experienced police officer say, "Hey, hey, give me your phone. Get out of the car." >> That's me. >> Yeah. That would have been me. >> That's me. >> Yep. >> I don't got time to be talking and wasting the time. I saw your ass cross that track. >> [laughter] >> And that was you. Give me that phone. >> Yep. >> And get out this damn car. >> Yep. >> That's me. I ain't got time for all that. I don't I don't want to hear nothing. Dude over there. I'm going to get you for the intoxicant, but you good. Go ahead. >> Yeah. >> I ain't going to get mad at him and yank him out the store like they did at the end. >> Yeah. Ooh. >> They they grab him. >> Yeah. Yeah. [music and snorts] >> Like, it was grabbing him. And stuff like it ain't him, it's her. >> Right. >> Like, he ain't doing nothing. >> Like, y'all taking y'all anger out on the wrong person. >> Yeah. He They they They were more or less lenient on on her. >> Yes. >> She ran into the damn store. >> Yes. >> He come out, "Put your hands up." >> Yeah. >> I'm like, she's the one who did >> Yeah. >> He like He was at the door when the hand when the car He said, "I ain't got no shoot me." >> Yeah. >> I'm like, god dog, man. >> Y'all treated him worse. >> I'm like, he he's the one who did it. >> her. Yeah. >> Yeah. That's what I'm saying. >> about that. Anyway, y'all come through the comments and let me know what y'all think about this crazy thing right here. Katrina, stay your drunk ass off the road. >> And [music] furthermore, I think that was not enough time for her driving drunk and crashing into a older. I would have gave her 3 years. I might be a little harsh, but I would have gave her 3 years. The reason why is because she's already This is her second driving offense and she's going to crash into [clears throat] a car. She's going to get out and do the exact same thing over again. I guarantee you she's going to be a constant problem with drinking and driving. >> Yeah, I I agree with you. I would have gave her longer. I would have 5 years. >> Damn. I would at least say 5 >> 5 years and get your drunk ass sober and and and and probation when you get out. 5 years probation. >> Yeah. >> She ran into the store. Yeah. If she just like didn't run into the store, okay. 3 years. I'll be nice. 3 years and 10 years probation. So, you want to do that? >> [laughter] >> And you know what? This ain't got nothing to do with nothing, but at the same time, $20,000 She did more than $20,000 worth of damage. >> Y'all look like it's more than that. >> Yeah. >> God dog, man. >> Yeah, so that's why I said she needed 3 years. >> Yeah, I give her the same. Yeah, she she got off lenient on that. Then she assaulted the police. Third degree >> see none of that. >> Third degree >> Well, I didn't see the call when she was like possibly could have hit them with the car because I didn't see a physical hurt with her hands on somebody. But, we don't know what happened after. >> Yeah, we saw it, though. Third degree fleeing. This is her third time. That ain't ain't that going to be third degree? >> Oh, I think it was in the back of the >> Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's still okay. >> Eluding, fleeing, eluding, I guess. >> God dog, hey. Thanks again, Midwest Safety for this video. Midwest Safety and EWU, y'all bring y'all bring it to us, man. >> Yes. >> Speaking of that, since we're on this video, do y'all remember the video on EWU? That was one of the best videos ever. I mean, the case was bad, >> Yeah. >> but the video the the production of it and the way they put it together, >> Mhm. >> when the when the girl had the kids on the live in the back? >> Oh, when she had them >> The little girl >> She had the the babies wrapped in the um in the blankets and all that and she had them in a container. Do y'all remember that? >> That was >> That was sad. >> That was sad, man. >> sad. It was disturbing. It was shocking. That's what I guess that's what made it so I can't I hate to say good, but because you've never seen the details of stuff like that that happened. >> not saying I wanted it to happen, but you the the way they put it together, it's just to see something like that. That's like something in a movie. >> Yeah, and if y'all never seen it, y'all can go to our our page. See what we did about >> I [clears throat] said our page. >> Yeah, I think we It's an old video. I think we did it about a year ago. >> Yeah. >> Sometime. But thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support on this channel. We really appreciate it. Until next time, don't get caught slipping driving your drunk ass through what's her name's store? >> Ulta. >> Ult Ulta. >> Ulta. >> On camera. >> Hit that like, press subscribe, [music] keep the energy right. Cuz you know we [singing] back again with the Body Canvas. Body Canvas. Body Canvas. [music]
