Then if you didn't say anything, we do the cameras when you get out of here. Okay. But you got to park. You got to You got to work. She didn't got the handcuffs. >> Right. Cuz I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> Here's what the other employees told the police. You know, I do my midway pause. I have learned from experience from doing these videos and just knowing life. >> Mhm. >> When somebody keeps saying they didn't do anything, they did something. >> Yep. More than likely. >> More than likely. Let's get back into it, y'all. >> Uh I told her, "You need to leave the building." You I'm not leaving. >> So, she made a scene and I refused to leave. Ma'am, are you good? Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> Okay. So she was running around here trying to get her stuff and we're following around. She's screaming out front in front of everybody else. We're like, "You need to get out of the building." So she >> basically >> So then she finally went out the back door, but then she realized she forgot something. >> Then she tried pushing us all the way. Now at some point she threw something. She threw the chair at her. But >> I was trying to stop her, though. >> Do you have any injuries on you? >> You have somebody back there. >> There's somebody back there. >> Let me um give you this. So, I'm going to go get I'm going to get a beauty. I'm going to get a phone. I'm going to take pictures of that. Okay. Um All right. >> I didn't do anything. I don't care. >> Keep your hand behind your back now. >> You see it? I'm I'm walking from a job inspired me. >> And you Exactly. For nothing. >> She slip out. >> I'm walking from a job that you see. Can you please call him, please? >> Are you the owner of the lock right now? >> Yeah, they don't lock your manager. >> I don't have anything. I'm a woman. A black woman, which is why they're doing it. A BLACK WOMAN, WHICH IS WHY THEY'RE DOING IT. I DIDN'T TOUCH THEM. THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT TOUCHING THEM. I didn't do anything. I'm cuffed. >> Are you trying to take this off? >> YOU SEE MY HAND, DON'T YOU? EXACTLY. >> You know, bro, >> it's too thick at the bottom. >> You know, bro, >> I went through it. >> Come on. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> You know, you see. >> Have a seat. >> Ma'am, you're going to the police station and this only make >> work with me. All right. So, >> wrong person now. You want to be me? She we basically had to blockade the door. >> Okay. >> We were all blocking the door. >> Right there in like these east side doors >> right? >> Okay. So So she uh causes the try and fire. She causes the scene says she's not leaving. Goes out the doors. Really gets up and tries to come back in. Just kind of pushes her right through. >> Yeah. She says no. >> Okay. >> And she refused to leave doors. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then when did she throw the chair at you? >> Before she walked the door. >> Okay. So the first time. >> Yeah. >> How did she do it? Did she just pick the chair? >> She was throwing everything. She's grabbing stuff and throwing random stuff all over. >> Chairs. What else is she drawing? Do you want to go over here and show me what chairs you threw? >> Y'all not listening. >> No, you're going to listen to me. >> You're not listening. >> You're going to listen to me. >> I didn't throw a chair. >> You're going to get in this car. >> Y'all going TO WATCH THE CAMERAS. >> WE'RE GOING TO PUT YOU RIGHT. SO, IF WE watch the cameras, there's no chair. YOU'RE GONE. >> EXACTLY. That's why I'm telling you. WHY DON'T YOU TAKE MY WORD? I'M NOT THE ONE THAT called y'all. THEY FIRED ME OFF SOMETHING STUPID. You've seen me off the job. Ain't nobody IF I SPIT OUT ON YOUR ASS. >> If I wanted to spit, I hust on your ass. If I wanted to spit out >> that big mouth, you going big on somebody. Yes, sir. >> If I wanted to spit, she go. >> She was soon transported to jail for further processing. >> Not trying to force you out. We just want you to come out. Either way, you're going to be here. >> Y'all forced me in. Force me out. I told you I didn't do anything. I'm walking to the mall. They fired me for no reason. Y'all y'all acting as if I'm a criminal. Like I had a gun in Dave and Busters. That's how y'all treated me. I didn't do [ __ ] Y'all seen me walking and y'all picked me up and threw me in a car like I'm a criminal. I didn't do [ __ ] >> Is it through this red one? >> So she just grabbed it like tossed it at you. >> Okay. What's a uh what's a good photo for you, ma'am? >> AIN'T NO OKAY. IT'S NOT OKAY. THAT'S THE YOUR PROBLEM. IT'S NOT OKAY. You talking about talking ABOUT OKAY. IT'S NOT OKAY. YOU >> GOT TO step out. WE'RE NOT >> I'M NOT STEPPING out of [ __ ] Pull me out like y'all put me in. Told you I didn't do anything. Pull me out. Drag me like y'all put me in this. >> No, she trying to get a lawyer >> like I'm a criminal. I didn't do anything. Y'all didn't see nothing on me. Y'all didn't find anything. Y'all got a call. Y'all goofy as Y'all got a call and y'all did all of that. >> Goofy. You should feel goofy as >> I'm not doing [ __ ] Pull me out like me. >> I'm not moving. >> I understand. >> Whatever happened out there that >> nothing happened. >> Hold on. That's what I'm telling you. >> Whatever caused this, >> they got a call and they put cuffs on me as I'm walking by myself, unarmed, nothing on me into the mall. >> Okay. >> Handled me like I'm a criminal. I didn't do I don't have nothing on me. Okay. Well, let's >> You're not listening. You you you you you want to hurry up and finish me like I'm done talking. I wasn't done talking. >> You breathe better out here. >> I can breathe right here. I'm talking to you. So that means I can breathe, right? >> Got you. >> What the What the I didn't do nothing. I'm unarmed. Didn't do anything. But they pushed me in here like I did something. I got fired from the only jobs that I have. I have a right to be upset being fired for nothing. They let [ __ ] drink, smoke weed, do coke in the parking lot, but I get fired. >> WORKERS DO THAT. >> YEAH, Y'ALL SHOULD do your job and check them. Not pushing me in a car. >> They up, man. I'm not >> Hey, I got to say this. >> Mhm. >> She may be telling the truth cuz at my at my old job, we had some cokeheads, some crackheads, and they'll fire all the good the good people, and the bad people do slip. You do one one thing. If you're >> if you're the I don't do that type of person person >> and everybody's fitting in with the crowd. >> Yeah. With the crowd. Yeah. >> Yeah. They're going to single you out. >> Yeah. I'm not saying in her case Oh, yeah. I'm just saying it could be possible cuz I I wor like that. >> Yep. Not a [ __ ] Y'all better pull me out like y'all pushed me in. >> We're going to come out here. We do that on here. It's nice and air conditioned. I got hot pockets. I got Coca-Cola. >> I don't care about that. I want to go home. You don't >> I got TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. You don't YOU GOT A JOB. [screaming] >> YOU KNOW HOW YOU GO HOME? >> YOU DON'T understand it. >> You go in there and that's how we start to go home. Okay. >> I'm not paying nothing. I didn't DO NOTHING. I SHOULD NOT BE HERE. YOU DON'T understand that. I didn't do anything. I'm not paying a bond. I'm not paying nothing. I don't have nothing. I DON'T HAVE A JOB. >> DID I EVER SAY YOU had to PAY A BOND? >> NO, I'VE NEVER BEEN HERE. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I'VE NEVER BEEN IN JAIL. Y'all not understand. >> That don't cost nothing. >> NO, YOU'RE ASKING US IF I'M a girl. Just go in there and do the process. I called you Faith. I never called you criminal. >> Babe, you're not You weren't there. Like, I'm telling you, you weren't there. >> Where I am. Come out here where I am. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Good lord, man. >> One of the officers read her the Miranda rights. >> Yeah. I don't want my other wrist to be this red and bruised up. >> Okay. Okay. All right. How tight is it? Let me see. >> Tight enough that it hurts. >> Tight. tight enough for me to ask you to loosen it. >> So, our policy right now is if we could fit a finger in there, it's >> Man, I took it off before. Can you please loosen it? >> No, I can't. Okay, Faith. So, I'm going to read you your rights right now. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to her lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. I just need a verbal yes or no, that's all. >> Yeah. Okay. Do you want to talk to me about kind of like what happened today or anything like that? >> I figured at this point, you know what happened or what they told you? So, >> right. I mean, I So, I know what happened, but I'm asking if you want to talk about it. >> You tell me what you thought happened. >> I don't know what I thought happened. I could see what happened on the videos. >> Tell me, please what you seen. And then then I can I can vouch for myself. >> Okay. >> No, you tell me first. Go ahead. Cuz I I really want to know what they told you and what you seen. >> Okay. So, from what I know and from what I saw on the cameras, >> you had a conversation in the back, like the back, I don't know, Dave and Busters or something like that. >> Okay. Um, I don't know what the conversation was over because there's no audio, but I was told that you were being terminated for I don't know what reason. >> Okay. Um, you got upset. You stormed out of there. You went like into the main area. >> Grab my bag in the front from the closet where I always keep my stuff. Yeah. >> Okay. And then you turned around and went back in there, right? >> Yeah. I went out the back door where I always go. >> Okay. >> That's where go >> somewhere. And that's that's fine. Somewhere in that uh you you pushed like a chair. I don't think you really threw a chair, but you pushed a chair. It hit a lady's knee. She got kind of caught up and then uh you there was some kind of argument that took place like in the back by the garbage area. >> Get my phone. They wouldn't let you get my phone. It looked like someone went back and got your stuff for you, handed it to you through the door >> and then you walked over to Von Mau. >> Yeah, I was trying to catch the bus home. >> Okay. >> I didn't have a car. >> Okay. >> That was the only job I had. >> And when officers tried to talk to you, there was there was an alteration. >> I didn't understand what the heck there was. They didn't have no no right to stop me from walking into the mall >> because I supposedly, like you said, pushed a chair. I didn't throw a chair at anybody, but that's what they said that happened. But you seen for yourself that's not what happened, right? >> Okay. What did you see? Did you see me pick up a chair physically and throw it? >> I just told you I didn't see that. >> Okay. That's why I'm asking you. So, you said there was another That's why I'm having a conversation with you. >> I'm trying to understand what you're saying, though. You said there was another chair thrown, but it wasn't by me. >> Like when you Yeah. When you rounded the corner, there was a chair that got like pushed down to the ground. >> There wasn't a chair thrown by me. She was sitting right there as I pushed the chair out the way going out going out the door, man. Come on. I didn't assault anybody. >> But you pushing that chair and the chair hitting her, whether it was on purpose or not. That's That's why officer stopped to try to TALK TO YOU. >> NO, I CAN'T BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING. ARE Y'ALL KIDDING ME? >> You are. Okay. I'm telling you what you're being charged with. Okay. >> Simple battery. >> I didn't do anything. I cannot be charged. I didn't do anything. YOU SEEN THE VIDEO. >> I I saw I saw you try to kick AN OFFICER CHARGED WITH NOTHING. >> I SAW YOU KICK AN OFFICER, TOO, when they had you up against the wall. >> I DIDN'T KICK ANYBODY. >> YES, YOU DID. YOU YES. You Your leg came back and IT IT >> I WAS TRYING TO SIT OUTSIDE THE CAR. I DIDN'T MIND. IT'S OKAY. I know how y'all move. I'mma get out of it. You ain't got to say nothing else. Do what you need to do so I get the home. That's it. >> That's fair. Okay. >> Yep. >> Do you need any more water or anything like that? I need need you to do your job so I get the off. >> That's >> that's it. >> That's fine by us. Okay. >> The woman was charged with resisting arrest, battery, and aggravated battery upon a peace officer. YouTube thinks >> Why you look why you look like that? >> Oh, nothing. I'm just wait. >> Huh? >> Oh, nothing. I was just waiting. [laughter] >> You ain't got in the safe. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, I'll let you talk first. >> Okay. Oh, hold up. Let me let me go back. Okay. Now, this one right here, man. Dang, that's a good thumbnail. But anyway, this one right here, uh, I have it's like, okay, I I'm I'm more than one-sided. >> Mhm. I have two sides to this because of what the coworker said based on what the cops saw in the video. >> That's the confusing part with me. >> The coworker said chair was thrown and she was throwing all kind of stuff. >> They said she was throwing all kind of things right here. >> The cop at the end said, >> "I didn't see you. All you did was just push the chair to the lady." And that and I guess that's why she is upset. Mhm. >> Usually I'll be like, "She ratchet, she does, she that, she that." >> Mhm. >> But on this one right here, it's like the evidence >> spoke different. >> Mhm. >> Um, so I'm kind of like in a half on half situation. >> That's why I wish that we could see everything. I wish that we could have saw the video, >> right? >> Yeah. Cuz you know, we talk we talk on here and everybody creates a narrative and we go by the narrative. When y'all see the videos in the comments, y'all going to be like, >> "Oh, she this, she that." But we don't know the whole full story. I would like to see the rud to the tuda. I want to see the beginning to the end of what really happened. Because we automatically assume that she crazy as hell because she acting crazy and you put like, "Oh, she ratchet and she crazy." But maybe she is telling the truth. She said, "I didn't hit nobody. I was a little erratic and stuff happened." >> Mhm. But at the end, you saw how the cops calm down. At the end, they were saying, "Well, we saw the video, blah blah blah blah blah blah started yada yada." What you want to say? >> Um, I I've heard people say, "There's one side, there's the other side, and then there's the truth." >> Mhm. >> That's true. In this case, if there would have been no video >> Uhhuh. They would have believed the employers and um people saying um yeah, she was throwing stuff. She was erratic. She slammed the door. She tried to come back in. We had to barricade the door. That sounds like a freaking lunatic loose on the job. >> Yeah, sure do. Yeah. >> Okay. The other side, she was like, "I got fired. I was angry because of it. I threw the chair on my way. I mean, I threw didn't want to use that word. I slid the chair out the way on the way out and I came back to get my stuff. They wouldn't let me get it. >> They handled the stuff like the police said through the door. Whatever. That's her side. >> The truth is she probably pushed the chair. It probably did at some point make contact with the woman. Mhm. >> I don't know whether there's a second chair involved, but somehow some some way the woman got a bruise. If I had to say how she got the bruise, >> it's possibly from when they tried to barricade the door to keep her from coming back and not necessarily because she hit her with the chair. >> Because if that's the case, the police would have said so, right? But if it is like what they said, the police said she hit her with the chair, it must have been maybe a more aggressive push and not thrown. >> See, when you tell a different word to one person, the lady who was first on the scene heard somebody threw a chair. >> Yeah. >> That's the assault. I hope we can't say the word, but you know what I'm saying. >> Yeah. >> That's this like blatant. It is what it is. Mhm. >> When somebody pushes a chair, it's kind of a little different story. Not so aggressive like, you know, you thought. >> Mhm. >> And that's why the police went after her with such vigor and like, >> yeah, >> come back here. You know, the way >> they heard the word. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> That's why I would have calmed down first and said, >> "Can you show me the video, please?" because you have her address by you being her >> employer. >> You could have just taken the steps to go see the video first before you running her down. >> And that's why she was so angry. She was like, "I'm already fired. Then they lie on me and say I threw a chair." >> I would be mad as hell, too. I'll be honest with you. >> I'm I'mma be honest with you. Now, here's here's the thing. Now, on the flip side, >> here's the thing. Maybe maybe I'm I'm I'm different. I'm breded different. I'm a kind of person because I know the law now. When I was younger, I probably would have been her. >> But because I know the law and I know that I'm in the right, >> I'm going to take my arrest. Okay, y'all got me. Go ahead. I'm calm. I can fight that thing in court, >> right? >> You know what I'm saying? Because >> she's she's agitated already. But this the part that I they get so >> uncooperate. I can't say the word uncoop. >> I can't talk sometime, y'all. I'm [laughter] country. >> And they get so erratic. Just calm down. >> Mhm. >> Let the cops say what they got to say. Stop getting in your your your emotions. >> Yes. >> And just say, "Okay, it is what it is. They want to arrest me for this. Go ahead and take the arrest. It going to be a small bond. You going to be out >> Mhm. >> and just fight the thing in court. That's it. the thing will be off your record if they see the evidence that you didn't do it. >> Just calm down. >> Right? >> That's why I'll be saying you don't have to act erratic. Just calm your ass down. And also, you know what I'm about to say? About to go back to it. Black people, please stop using the race card for everything. >> Yes. >> Because what if it was a whole bunch of black cops arresting you? What would you say then? Right. >> Oh, you uncle Tom. Come here, arrest me. Listen to them white men. >> Yeah. >> Stop using the glam black woman. Everything is not racist. I understand there are bad cops out there. Yes, there are racist bad cops. >> But it's so funny when a cop is actually being racist, y'all don't say nothing. >> But then when your ass do something bad, >> it's race. >> Mhm. >> You get what I'm saying? You don't fight it when the cop actually being racist. But if the cop ain't being racist, all y'all Because you doing this, y'all doing a black woman, >> then it just the job doing this cuz I'm a black woman. I bet you based on her attitude >> that she got a nasty attitude at that job. >> Yes. >> That's probably why they fired her. She probably got into with a customer or did something because what? It's another black woman right there. >> So what you going to say about that? You fired me cuz I'm black. >> The other black woman still there, >> right? >> I bet because your mouth and your attitude that you probably got fired. Not saying it. I don't know. I I'm just assuming. >> Yeah, >> I'm just saying. I don't know. I'm just speculating. >> But I just get tired of everybody using a race car all the time when you do something to get mad. But on the flip side, I'm glad the evidence came out >> because we would have believed the narrative that she threw that chair. >> Mhm. >> So sometime it's like it's good to know. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> There was one uh other point I wanted to make, but now I can't remember what it was. Um, I think I was going to say something um um about like when she changed her mind at the end at the end when the um when the cop she was like going to go off and then she said, "No, man. I know what y'all." >> Mhm. [laughter] >> She was just like, "Oh, wow." like you saw the video and you were going to say something to me, but then you I mean you were going to say it like you were on my side, but then you you said something like I did something, >> right? >> Then she was like, "Oh, I already know what police do." Because >> um typically we will see that police have um you know, a burden to prove that you're guilty, not that you're not guilty. They don't really care, right? They're there to make sure if you did something, you're going to go to jail for it, right? >> Like they're not gonna help you with your case as they try to um make it seem like they're there to help you. >> That's that's that's part of their job. >> Yeah, of course. >> That's all I really got to say about this situation. >> Yeah, me too. >> Yeah. Hey, y'all come to the comments. Let us know what y'all think. Uh thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love, support. We're almost at 9K. It's creeping up slowly, but hey, we grateful. Thank y'all. Um, come to the comments, like I said, and shout out to Police Insider for this video.
