After an initial plea of not guilty, she played no contest to all charges. She was adjudicated guilty of four charges and her adjudication was withheld on three. She was sentenced to 240 days in jail with credit for 46 days served. She was also ordered to pay $3,246 in costs and fines, which remain entirely unpaid. If you like this video and want to see more like it, subscribe to >> All that for nothing. >> Hold on, let me go back and look at something. I see something on her thing. >> [clears throat] >> Get back a little bit. So, she got the R word crisis. What is that? See that? R What does that mean? Domestic violence? >> Yeah. >> So, what's going on? Teen court? What's going on with all that? >> Is was she underage or something? How old is she? Like >> know. That's the thing about it. >> [clears throat] >> It say cop It says R word and I see teen court. Restitution R word crisis. So, you think she's being R word? >> Or are those like I don't know, classes that you have to have? >> would she have to have the classes if if nothing happened? >> Right. Uh-huh. Yeah. >> Okay, first let me say this. Is she a [ __ ] Yes. Is she Is she drunk or high or something? Yes. >> Mhm. >> She might have a little bit of mental issues. Because [clears throat] okay, y'all got to explain to me now. Y'all come to the comments and let us know this cuz when I saw that R word crisis, is that for people who experienced it or did it? Or Most likely crisis is somebody who experienced it. >> Right. >> So, you know, we see these people and they're angry and then we laugh at them but we don't know what they've been through, the trauma they've been through. >> Exactly. >> When she said, you know, I take things two ways now. I know I know y'all on here, some of y'all All y'all see is the crime, the criminal acts. Oh, put them in jail, so and so and so. I'm deeper. I look at things from all sides. >> Mhm. >> She probably didn't want the guy choking her because of something she's been through, some kind of trauma. Like, "Don't put your hands on me. Don't touch on Don't touch me. Don't touch me." Even though that's his job, he's doing that. >> Mhm. >> She still probably had been some kind of trauma. >> Exactly. >> She said he hurt me too much. So, when I saw that R-word, I was like, "Mhm." You know? >> Yeah. >> Maybe she's been through that through that or something like that. And maybe she's acting super erratic. Uh and she didn't want that guy, the cop, to touch him. And maybe it was a fat guy. I'm I I think it all kind of weighs. Maybe it was a big guy that did that to her. If she's If she experienced that If she experienced that trauma. But at the same time, I I take offense to that young lady from a fellow fat guy here. >> [laughter] >> Now, listen now. Anyway, uh but I feel like sometimes we never All we see is why people do the crime. Which I I agree is stupid. And the way she's acting is crazy as hell. I do agree. But we never sit and ask, "Well, why are they acting like this? What make them be this way?" That's the person I am. I like I like to go deep into somebody's mind to see why you acting crazy as hell. >> Mhm. >> Some people that's watching, uh majority of them are just people who watching the videos. They just want to comment on something. Or sometimes be racist. >> Mhm. >> So, they don't they don't want to They don't want to think about that. They see the crime. >> Mhm. >> Um but maybe she's experienced something uh more that we don't know about. >> Yeah. >> What you want to say? >> Um first of all, let me say we never got to what what he actually did. >> Yeah. >> We never saw the quote unquote victim's account, cuz we don't know who was the victim. We don't know whether they got in a mutual fight. We don't know who the aggressor were was. >> Mhm. >> Um we don't know who called the police first. Maybe it was called on her, I'm assuming, cuz she's batshit crazy, as you always say. >> crazy. >> Yeah, so I'm going to just assume it was her. She's out of control. She was doing whatever. Her That was her boyfriend, maybe, and they got in a fight, cuz you was saying why why you you know why you didn't make a big deal about your baby mama which is I guess he got kids by somebody else abusing your kids or whatever. So I guess he was trying to throw those things in there. So we never got to see any of his uh side because she was so belligerent and out of control that they they [laughter] had to put her in this banana contraption. >> I had a blind man. >> And then wheel her on out and um to get what you were saying Yeah, it is possible when when people have triggers. That's what it's called. >> Triggers. That's what it >> When you have experienced some type of trauma certain things trigger you and touching or unwarranted touching of strange people particularly men if that's the person that maybe have violated you in the past, you don't like that. You can't stand for somebody to touch you that you don't know >> Yeah. >> or you know to put you in some kind of aggressive thing could have been that. You don't know. So I I kind of agree with you on that um and for the people who are going to say well you shouldn't have done that and broken the law or whatever. We're humans. We have compassion for people. It doesn't mean that we excuse you. We just hold compassion in a place for empathy as we should for other humans. >> See you said it so well. That I just I want people to know that if you break the law you should do your time. >> Mhm. >> We ain't we not going to condone that part of it. >> Right. >> But like you said we human and we see human human first >> Mhm. >> before the crime itself. >> Right. >> So we're almost like uh What do you call it? Uh to me I feel like I'm a uh uh What do you call it? What do you call the people that's deep? Like I I I like to almost like a psychiatrist in a way. >> Well I call myself a humanitarian. I I believe humans matter most. >> That too. >> And like I think about the humans >> Yeah. >> I think about us being safe like in in terms of water, electricity, all these things. Like I think of how things impact us. >> Right. >> Like um the way that police should interact with us, everything. I think about how us as individuals are treated first before a law. That's just me. >> Yeah, everybody everybody different. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, and and I'm more I'm I'm that mixed in with I like to know the psychology of things. >> Mhm. >> Like I like to get deep in their head. Like why they doing this? Or why they or why they acting this way? And I like to like just figure out like I like to talk about why maybe they're acting this way. >> Mhm. >> I just don't see the crime. Or the thing that you know the um >> Yeah. >> the thing they're committing. >> Right, yes. >> I see beyond that. Uh but at the same time we live in a law and a got to obey the land of the law. >> Mhm. >> So I'm not dumb on that, but that's what we do on this channel. We discuss those things. >> Yes. >> What you want to say? >> I ain't got nothing else to say. It was just a lot of yelling, a lot of antics, craziness. But is she on drugs? Is she been drinking too much? Or is she just crazy? >> Y'all come to the comments and let us know about that. Um but I keep on I keep on going back to something. I keep on going back how she didn't want that guy to touch her. That's that sticks in my mind. >> Mhm. >> Because I was like she said, "You can touch me." But I don't want him to touch me. >> Mhm. >> So in my mind it had to something had to have happened to her. Or she felt like she didn't want him or something to her vibe she felt. >> Mhm. >> But at the same time this is the thing I don't like when I see other videos like this. If you do something, cops have to touch you. >> Right. >> That's their job because you you committed a crime. So they got to touch you. >> Yeah. >> Don't touch me. Don't do this. They got to touch you to put the handcuffs on you and everything. They got to walk you to the car. They got to do their job. >> Yeah. >> But at the same time, I don't like when sometime when I feel like they be a little too aggressive. >> Mhm. >> That's when I be like, "Hold up now." >> Yeah. >> You ain't got to be that damn aggressive. Especially when I saw when they do older people. >> Mhm. >> "Come on. You ain't got to do all that. You just, you know, showing your power." >> Yeah. >> But other than that, I just think she crazy and she on something. When I saw her eyes blink slow, I said she either high, drunk, or mentally ill. One of those things. >> Mhm. Last thing. >> Mhm. >> Women. Stop all that screaming because it ain't going to do no good. >> Thank you. >> What's going to get done is going to continually get done. Now, if you are hurting seriously, >> Yes. >> yes, you may scream out of anguish. >> Mhm. >> If you are being out If you are being A-word or, you know, being roughed up a little too much, you're going to say something. >> Mhm. >> But save it for a actual time. >> it all the time. >> need it. Stop crying wolf. >> Yes. I've I've seen some arrests and the people just they they just go. >> Mhm. >> The cops say, "You under arrest." They they might start arguing, but when the cops put the handcuffs on them, they good. >> Right. >> Why you got to act a damn fool, man? All that "Ah! Ah! >> [screaming] >> Someone's talking. I'm going to get my my daddy here, a lawyer." And so on and so on and so on. Shut Shut the hell up. You ain't got no lawyer there. >> Yeah. >> Cut that [ __ ] out, man. >> Yeah. >> Anyway, thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love, support, and that channel. Every time I get on, baby, our subscribers go up. >> Yay! >> So, we really appreciate y'all and the ones who stick around to listen to us rant. That's what we do on this channel. Until next time. Don't get caught slipping on camera.
