If you fail to submit to the test, your privilege to operate motor vehicle will be suspended for a period of one year for refusal for 18 months. if your privilege is or if you have been previously fined under Florida State statute 327.35215 for refusing to submit to a lawful test of your breath urine or blood refusal to submit to this test I have requested of you is it visible in evidence proceeding if you currently hold a commercial driver's license that license privilege is suspended for a period of one year in case of the first refusal or permanently if you have the previous result of a refusal. The female was charged with battery on law enforcement officer, three counts of child abuse without great bodily harm, DUI, refusal to submit to breath test, and driver's license violation. YouTube thinks you'll Okay, let me say this, man. Let me say this stuff. Some of the laws are crazy. Yes. Especially with that the breath test and all that stuff like that. They already be gone. Y'all should at least arrest her for the things y'all got rid of the counsel, the abuse, and the DUI. But the refusal to the breath test, y'all should wait till she gets sober, right? While she in jail and say, "Hey, go do this test now." Well, I guess she Well, I guess she won't be drunk then. Yeah, but it'll still be in your system. Yeah, some will be in your system. So, in my mind, I'm like, she she rational. She can't even her mind gone. She gone. She drunk. She effed up. So, what y'all think she going to do and say, I don't understand it. I don't understand. Some of the laws just be like just outrageous. And I know somebody will come in the comments and say, "Well, so we waiting on that." So, it is what it is. But the kids, I love how intelligent kids be. I love when kids talk intelligent. I like to hear them. They just sound so cute, man. They talking, man. And it was like the way the little boy, I think it was a little boy, he was like, "We had to sleep in a place that we ain't never been before and we tried to do this." Not like that, man. But I hate to got to go through that dealing with her. Uh, yes. She on drugs. I was wondering like I was trying to piece together the story because the little boy was saying we were on the way somewhere and then she was speeding and we started screaming no. And then she said I was going somewhere and then I was supposed to meet them. I don't know if she's telling the truth. She bonkers. I don't know. Yeah, she bonkers. But I wonder if she was really gonna like do something to them and then she figured when she got pulled over, she just was like, "I'm sorry. Go ahead and rest." Like, "Yep, I was kind of thinking that." I think she she probably had some issues going on. I was trying to be nice and not think that. Because they always make a joke about we we be real on this channel. We We They make jokes about white people taking their kids down by the river. Yep. when they when they get stressed. Yeah. And they get they get all we going down by the rhythm. Yeah. So in my mind they got scared like help help. She about to do something. I think she just like backed off from it so she just pulled over. Yeah. I was thinking that but I was trying to think that. Yeah. But it was in my mind though. Yeah. It based on what she was doing. The little boy also said she ran away from the man or something like that. Like we were telling her to stop when she ran away. Something something was going on. I just I'm glad they pulled her over when they could have been another tragic story. Yeah, man. Like I said this on one of the videos that I did by myself. I said whoever invented drugs and I'm going to say whoever alcohol I don't understand why it's legal. This this [ __ ] is I hate I hate anything that makes us our mind impaired like this. Do you know how many normal people be walking around? You know how many people would be alive now if it wasn't for drugs and alcohol? Yes. And I know everybody say, "Well, how you live life? Want to take a little sip?" Yeah, I understand that. But man, just just live life. Like I said before, live life. Yes. and driving and just being impaired always ends up impacting somebody else. So, it's never just you. That's right. Okay. Yeah. You might be home taking a sip, but what about those people that drink that get to go out to bars and clubs and drink then get in a car? Yep. Like, how does that become legal, right? I don't understand how that Oh, it's only legal when you get in the car and then why are you selling liquor? Yeah.
