December 25th, 2022, Christmas Day. While most people were spending time with their families, a quiet CVS store in Melbourne, New Jersey, became the scene of two separate yet strangely connected crimes. The first, 48-year-old Nathaniel Powell, walks into the store and attempts to quietly steal merchandise, but he's caught. Moments later, another face enters the same store, Danielle Sedovski. Police find drug paraphernalia and controlled substances in her possession. The situation quickly escalates, and then comes the twist. Both list the same address, 208 Wayright Street, Newark, New Jersey. Coincidence? or is there something deeper connecting them? And before you go, here's one more coincidence to think about. Both of them were divorced. >> The red cart would be something all black. This person should have a black bag inside of it with blue would be in there. All right. Officer Candy, >> that's all yours. >> This stuff like that from my sister, Ivonne Pow, Sharon Pow. All of this is from them. We had the this cart in the aisle, officer, when we came in. We left it in the aisle so nobody won't say that we was stealing because we know this is a big cart and they going to think that's what's going on on Christmas day. >> So So when then So when you left the store and he said that you beeped on the way out, what did he say to you then? >> He was like, "Uh, why did y'all beep?" I was like, "We beep. I don't know. I don't know why we beep." He said, "Y'all beep going out, but y'all didn't beat coming in." I said, "I don't know. I don't understand why that happened. >> Right. >> I got some more stuff in there. That's going on there. >> I got my coals and stuff at the bottom in that bag. >> My bag.
