How we supposed to stay here? >> I agree. I understand. Is it this just this window or even the back window, too? >> The back window, >> man. Look at my TV in there. >> Is it okay if I go inside? >> Yes. Look how she did it. My kids didn't even get to open that gift. >> That's crazy, man. >> Oh my gosh. She even busted the hallway window. That's some crazy ass bat [ __ ] ass crazy girl. >> Yes. But is this the same girl we saw on the other video? We did another video in the past and it look like the same house and the same girl cuz the dude said we've been here before. The woman said, "Y'all we been here plenty of times." >> Yeah. And I knew that that wasn't going to be the end of it. I also we couldn't remember whether it was really like I mean we didn't know whether it was the dog the dog the girl or the mom being the kind of aggressor. The one you remember we were like kind of debating back and forth like >> No, no, no. That's that's not her. I know what you're talking about though. >> Yeah. Is it not? >> No. But we've done this house right here before I seen it. >> Which one then? What are you talking about? >> You talking about the uh dark skinned mom and she had the daughter that was acting erratic and crazy. >> Uh-huh. >> You talking about that one? >> Yeah. But it looks like the same house. >> Yeah. The h No, that's that's something different. >> Okay. >> Cuz that the mom that woman right there looks different. >> Yeah. But it's it's night time. I wish we could see her cuz she she's a young looking mom. It kind of looks [clears throat] like the same. >> But that I know we done something with this house. I know that for sure. >> That's what I'm thinking. It's the same thing. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> All the stuff >> didn't have to go that way. You could just talk, >> man. >> Holy crap. >> This window, that window, [clears throat] >> all the kids room, the TV, >> the Christmas tree, all the >> Jesus. >> Do the kitchen, >> the table right here, the back windows, >> bro. Like, this is crazy. >> That's crazy. >> Come on, dude. Move your hand down. Like come on now. Oh, this window busted too. You see this window in here? Literally got all the windows. >> But even if you do press, she can't face. >> No, that's why it can get fixed. >> Yeah. >> I have to press charges against her. >> So, is that her daughter or sister? >> No, it would be. So, is this AMHA or is this your house? >> So, that's what is going to happen. It's going to cover that uh with the report number. Yeah, the insurance will help you with that. Uh because it's obviously >> upstairs. >> Yeah. Is there more upstairs? >> Yes. >> I think my partner's outside uh taking pictures right now. So, how much is the TV, dear? >> What is it? $800 TV. >> Okay. Uh do you have possible receipt for it? >> Oh, yeah. I got receipts for everything. >> Okay. I need for you to help me out on this. I need the receipts for the lease the TV because it's going to be multiple counts now. Okay. >> It is what it is at this point. I mean, she's got to learn a lesson. You can't just act out like this no matter what >> cuz we want there to talk. I was going to talk to let her say her side and then she want to act like a fool and act like a child. Okay. I just need you you to uh find the receipts for me while I make a phone call. >> Uh what's what's her name and date of birth? >> Dia Busy. >> Do you have a social for >> Hold on. >> Lad. >> Okay. How do you how do you spell her name? >> She's so slow as money in here. While officers assess the damage inside the victim's home, the suspect continues making things difficult with her meltdown. What's her name? >> I got >> Why we haven't got that far? >> I got it all. >> I I got it. I got it. I got everything. >> Ask me for her first name. >> I don't give a [ __ ] about her first name. >> That's the bad part. >> Damn. >> Hey, you need to stop or you're going to get added. >> I don't care about her. >> I don't give a Get out of me, BRO. I DON'T CARE. SHE BEEN ABUSING ME BEING MY ASS MY WHOLE LIFE. Y'ALL WANT TO GET THAT MAD AT ME BECAUSE I WANT TO LEAVE. SHE WON'T LET ME LEAVE. WHAT THE [ __ ] ARE YOU ON THIS SPIN? AND SHE WON'T LET ME LEAVE, BRO. >> HEY, that's enough. >> Stop. >> Stop. [screaming] >> Are you done, >> [ __ ] >> Stop. >> You're going to go in a rat. >> I DON'T CARE. GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] I [ __ ] HURT. >> I sound like a crazy person. Um, yeah. >> 300 to leave. She's the one who continue to drive me while I'm driving me down the street WITH MY STUFF AS I'VE ASKED YOU TO LEAVE. DID I NOT ASK TO LEAVE? Did I not ask to leave? Is that bro? Give me the car. You Why allow >> You're going to go a and it's GOING TO BE VERY >> GIVE ME GIVE ME the car. I don't care, bro. >> Damn. She got on a handcuff. Get me out. GIVE ME [screaming] >> like a wild [ __ ] monkey island or something. Calm down, MAN. [screaming] MY MOM say she off for me. Get him. >> Oh my god. >> Get me out. >> OW. GET OFF OF ME. AND YOU MAN. >> Get out of here. >> Get off of me. >> Ah, she bite. Did she just bite you? >> Yeah. [screaming] >> Are you kidding me? >> Okay. I need to get her arm now. >> I have I have it here. I need to get that left arm. >> Let you ain't nothing but a dead bass ass mom. You are a [ __ ] and I hope you die AND I CAN'T WAIT TILL YOU DIE. CAN'T WAIT TILL YOU DIE, [ __ ] Why your grave [ __ ] is you talking about? >> Yeah, [ __ ] And you going to rock for sure. I'm a spit on this, too. >> Pull my [ __ ] pants up. Y'all looking at my butt. >> I'm not looking at anything, dear. >> So, pull my pants up. >> All right, I'll pull your pants up. >> Have to wait. Your pants are up. >> No, they not. So, I can feel it. Dumb [ __ ] of [ __ ] >> your back, honey. >> That's my ass. My hand is really in my pants. >> That's not right here. I can feel my panties, [ __ ] >> I'll loosen it and then re >> right here. >> I can feel my panties. >> I think it's too far off. Undo it for a second. I got the arm. >> Stop talking to me, [ __ ] >> Yep. >> THAT'S >> That's crazy, man. That's like, >> wow. >> Do you have a spit mask? Thank you. >> I'm trying. >> Dang. He got his hand all [laughter] had his hand right on her booty. Yeah, that's top. So, I'm just letting [screaming] you know >> me flip that >> twister. >> Shut your [ __ ] out. So, you want me video death and video me spitting on your grave? >> I will for you. >> I will just for you, [ __ ] Stop talking to me. >> I got legs. Got something to talk about. >> Get her up right now. >> Get off of me. GET >> OFF OF ME. [screaming] >> GET OUT. WHY YOU GET [screaming] OFF OF ME? GET OFF my [screaming] Get off of me. Get off [screaming] me. STOP. GET STOP. THIS HURT. I got C on. Y trying to do it because IT HURT. MY HANDS CAN'T GO LIKE THAT. IT HURT. STOP. [screaming] Y got my hands. STOP. >> I'LL GRAB A jacket from over there. >> It hurts. Oh, all about fast. I can't stand all that. >> Get it off of me. [crying] Get it off of me. Get it off. They hurt. And I can't even like that. >> GET THEM OFF. >> NO. The CS are too tight. >> The CS are too tight. >> THE CS ARE TOO TIGHT. STOP. [screaming] [screaming] >> Tell him I apologize cuz >> How is this hand? >> So, six six or seven broken windows, the TV that one you have a receipt for. >> What did it all start over? >> Oh, okay. So, it kind of started at my mom's house and I'm like, you know, I wanted some peanut butter cookies and my daughter like, I got you two in a bag. I'm like, that's all you got? So, my mom like, I didn't get time to separate it. Ry did it. But like, as my mom saying it, like she had her hand like this and it wasn't nowhere in her face. It was down low like this. Next thing you know, she like I get your hands out my face. I don't give who you is. I'm like, Dariah, calm down. It's Christmas. Like, that's your grandmother. Like, I don't care who it is. I'm going to defend myself. Baby, that's your grandmother. So, we get out of the car, they go, all the kids go to the car. Next thing I know, I get in the car, my oldest son is crying, saying, "Ry hit him." I'm like, "Ry, you hit him." Yeah. He kept kicking my seat. And I told him, "Stop kicking my seat." So, I So, yeah, I hit him cuz you're not going to do nothing. He said, "Mom, my ear hurt. My ear hurts." I said, "So, you smacked him in the face?" "No, I smacked his leg." But so what? And I'll do it again. No, you're not going to smack my son. Yes, I will. Yes, I will. No, you're not. Like, come on now. I'm like, you don't want to be disciplined, so don't try to discipline somebody else. Oh, you beat me. You beat me my whole life. No, what it is is when we got to this house and you decide to put your hands on me, I'mma beat your ass back. Do not touch me or I won't touch you back. And that's I've been saying this from day one. >> Here's the paper. I don't want to forget. >> I did this. It would never been that >> paperwork like the first time I would have been inside. I agree. >> Stop handling me like that. >> No, I'm going to do >> OKAY. BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO SQUEEZE my arm. HE'S SQUEEZING MY ARM. WE'RE NOT DOING THIS. >> I'M NOT DOING NOTHING. YOU'RE SQUEEZING MY ARM FOR NO REASON. >> HOW YOU touch me, bro? >> Come on. Wait. Look. Just to like the you mad. You a racist ass [ __ ] [ __ ] me. >> Oh my god. >> How? >> Yes. Look. >> Why the [ __ ] >> All I did was grab your arm. You start digging away from me. >> NO, I DID NOT. YOU JUST GRABBED MY ARM AND TWISTED MY ARM. >> Y'all I said that. >> HE'S STILL DOING IT NOW. I'M BARELY EVEN HOLDING ON TO YOU. >> THERE YOU ARE, [ __ ] WHAT? >> OH MY GOD. >> YES. >> Watch the camera. >> Watch the cameras. That's all I got. >> That you're going to have an issue here. >> I DON'T HAVE AN ISSUE HERE. IF I GET OUT THE CAR, IF I GET OUT THE CAR LIKE THIS, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GRAB MY ARM AND TWIST MY ARM TO PULL ME IF I'M ALREADY WALKING? I'M NOT DOING NOTHING. ALL I DID WAS GRAB your arm. >> That's it. >> If all you do is grab my arm, I would never said nothing. >> You're the one that twist around. >> HOW DID I TWIST AROUND? HOW HOW DO I IF I'M IN HANDCUFFS, HOW CAN I TWIST MY >> I'M GOING TO WALK THIS WAY? >> YEAH. GET YOUR DUMB ASS OFF, [ __ ] >> Talking about Yeah. All right. Yeah. Go. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Bye. >> He was like, "Oh, got I ain't going to lose my job. [laughter] >> I am. >> I don't care. Take me to jail." >> I don't want to hear none of it. I don't care. >> It doesn't matter. I don't care. It doesn't matter. They're already going to take me to jail. Go. your side of the stories. >> It doesn't matter. >> All right. >> Can you please >> I will, but can I just do a couple things real quick? I want to take some photos of you. Did you hurt your head or anything? >> No. So, you know, I'm not here to get you in trouble. I'm here to make sure the officers are doing the job correctly. All right. So, I'm kind of I know I'm wearing a police uniform, but I'm kind of separate from who you deal with out there. Okay? I'm I'm here to make They're accountable. Does that make sense? I hope you have a better weekend. Okay. I hope everything works out. Now, you know, your mom is still your mom. >> The suspect faces charges for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, obstructing justice, criminal damage to property, criminal mischief, battery on an officer, trespassing, and domestic violence. If you >> I got to I got to go back here real quick before we talk. >> Right here. This I swear this is me right here. I I look twist my >> I'm GONNA WALK THIS WAY. I SAW a [ __ ] talking about >> That's That's me, y'all. >> I would have lost my job that day, man. I'm telling you, man. When he said he's he's about to say you. >> Yeah. >> All right. [laughter] >> I was like, "Yeah, look, that's that's how you handle the situation." >> That's how you handle the situation, man. me. I would have been like, "Everybody, hey, we all going to get fired cuz I'm about to >> I didn't, you know, when I saw her in the light, I didn't know she looked like that." >> Me either. >> When it in the dark, she looked different. >> Yeah, she looked just like the mom. >> She looked just like the mom. >> Yep. >> Okay. Uh, okay. I don't know how far you want to go back, but I I I want to I want to talk about it's I can't say the word right. Obviously, >> obviously >> she has some mental issues. >> Yeah. >> When the mom said her not being her meds, I felt that because that's that's the sound of a crazy person >> that's screaming. Regular people scream like, [screaming] you know, crazy people, they act extra. >> Yeah. She you can tell that she's just not quote unquote normal or like you know sometimes she'd be drunk or under the influence or something like that. She that's not that >> that I'm not saying she didn't have any you know alcohol or whatever cuz usually when somebody has a mental illness and they take medicine >> it can have a side effect or when they don't take their medicine and they have alcohol it could have a side effect like yeah. So, I'm not saying one was the other, but it's clearly something wrong with her. That's why I was so quiet because >> something >> I'm like, we're watching somebody have a mental breakdown. Yep, it is. >> You know, sometimes it's not always funny. It's not always jokey. >> Like >> the mom said, she said, "I've been going through this with her. I have a child and I would wonder how would I be able to cope if my child if my child destroyed my house >> has done things many times like how can I be sane or how can I have compassion for somebody that I don't know how to help but I still have to raise my other kids. So that's why I I was quiet. I was just in my thoughts like >> thinking about how I would be >> like how you know especially in in our day and time there's no big help like it used to be before you could go and kind of um put your kids into like psychiatric help and they would get help and it would be like a whole institution that would be around the family. They don't have that anymore. We don't have that anymore. It's like you go into a temporary type of place and then they try to put a label on your child >> or the adult or whatever and say, "Oh, >> you've got A, B, or C. We got a medicine for that." And they kick you out. >> That's That's where we're at now. How do you expect a person with a mental illness to properly take their medications? It's weird. >> Yeah. But excuse me, God. Excuse me. Uh, but I think about something though. You know, I I I always talk about medicine because uh I talk about the side effects of medicine >> and I I don't really like meds. I'm going to be honest with y'all. But I I sit here and think about the whole time like >> what if they didn't have medicine? Yep. >> How would we have to deal with them? >> Right. >> What will we do? >> That's what I was saying. Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? So I and it's like a h when it comes to meds like >> those medicines actually >> it don't work but it works. >> Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? It it it calms them down >> but it it don't heal. >> Right. Exactly. >> It don't heal. How do you deal with that? How do they deal with those people back in the day? >> Right. >> That's why they I guess they trying to do those experiments and stuff back in the day. We see in the movies and say why they brain not like this? Why is they why are they acting erratic? If it wasn't for for those meds, >> some of these people you would have had to take down >> back in the day cuz you would they act so erratic. What would you do? >> Right? >> You know what I'm saying? So I guess medicine do play a part. >> But I want to go back to something. >> Here's the things. They are so erratic. You can't really know if they telling the truth or not. >> Mhm. >> But I was thinking like, [clears throat] >> was the mom abusive? >> Do do you do you think she really was? She said, "You abused me my whole life." >> You never know. You know, I I often hear older kids, the oldest child say, "You were a different parent to me than you were >> to your my siblings or whatever." >> So, I I think sometimes you have like as a parent, >> I mean, [clears throat] excuse me, as a as a child, you have to give parents grace. Nobody gave us a playbook >> on how to be a parent. So the first child gets done the experimental parenting way. >> Oh, I shouldn't do this. I should have did that. Oh, why didn't I think of this? Oh, I don't I shouldn't have treated the child like this or or maybe I should have done this better. >> The first child or even if it's your only child, >> we just be winging it honestly. And we just hope and pray it works and the child don't come out [ __ ] up. Let's just be honest. I know what you're saying. >> And so maybe she being young. Damn. The mom look like she about 30. >> Yep. >> I say that. >> And the woman, the girl looks like she's about 19, 18, 17, 18, 19, 20. 29. Yeah. Like, so >> it's obvious that she probably failed in some way of being a parent when she was younger. >> I was thinking that. >> Yeah. So that >> I was thinking that. I was like, it might be a little truth in her erraticness, the way she acting. She said, "You've been abusing me my whole life." >> So, all in all, maybe she treated uh her bad >> and treated other kids good. And she's when she was arguing and going and cussing out the cops, uh she remembers that. >> But she ain't had to destroy the house like that, though. That was crazy. >> That's some That's some bad mental issues. You go destroy the home that you lay your head at. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> And I heard the mom said she dumb. This had money in it. I'm like, "Come on, man." But uh I'm I was about to say uh something about like did the mom get her help quick enough. >> Yeah. >> Because some people they they my child is okay. Then they later [clears throat] in life try to give them meds and stuff when they really know they need help early. >> Well, she did I think she did say I've been going through this with this child for a long time. >> Yeah. [clears throat and cough] So I I think um like we're I I'm not speaking nothing on her. I'm just using her as an example. >> Mhm. This is uh the making of is if if a person does not get help or doesn't have a loving family, how you will see the progression of somebody um starting to be able to get on drugs, >> have a messed up life, be out in the street because they can't cope whatever mental issues they have. they can't stay focused on on getting themselves together, the drugs, and she could go down the wrong road. It this could be a cautionary tale of how something starts. >> Yeah. >> Like, so yeah, you need you might need to get help early when you see your child like acting out or having issues. Don't ignore it >> until you know they're 20 years old. I'm not saying she did. I'm just, you know, just saying like we often time will try to equate like a situation as to like, oh, just she she's just a bad child. She's just a bad child. She just misbehaves. Like >> something comes from everything, >> right? >> You know, something starts from somewhere. But um with this case, man, I I hope that she doesn't become a statistic um and up on the street and up on drugs and up in jail several times. But like I just feel for the mom like damn she got other kids to raise and she got to deal with this daughter. Maybe she should have let her go. >> Y >> maybe she should have. Sometimes you just got like we were talking about earlier. We were talking about some personal stuff >> and we said you know like heavy things become an anchor >> and they weigh you down even if it's to >> a disadvantage of your family. Sometime you got to let it go. >> I let it go. >> Like you just got to let it go. If you say I would rather you go out there and make your own mistakes than to destroy my family any longer, so I'm going to let you go. >> Yeah. And and that's me. I'll let your ass go. I I can't >> I can't stand all that erraticness, that talk back, the noise, all that. You would have been gone. Tell you that right now. >> Um y'all you >> just last thing I want to say. Um but I also think she should be, you know, held accountable for the things that she doing. She destroyed their house thousands of dollars worth. and she damn sure should have been going through the process of going to jail. But maybe that would be the reason why she would maybe get help and they would stop maybe um she would just you know just throwing some meds at her. We need to open up these insane asylums. I said y'all come on Trump open things up. >> We need to get them back out here because >> get back there quick. >> People sometimes they can't get it together to be out in the streets. >> That's real. Hey, that's all I ever got to say about this situation right here. I hope she gets better. And I'm looking at the mom. The mall like she about 18, too. >> I touch >> when you had her one. >> Yeah. But it's also not the other parent, right? You're right. The house look familiar. >> It does. Same neighborhood look like. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> But thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel. We really appreciate it. Shout out to Uncovered again for this video. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera. [music] >> Hit that like.
