What's good everybody? Welcome to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video. Shout out to Prime Time Cam for this video. Hey, let's just get into it. Let's see what this moonfly is up to today. On February 9th, 2025, officers responded to a car wash for a call of a battery after a customer demanded access after hours. [Music] Thank you very much. >> Thank you so much for coming. And I just started recording. She's lying. She's pulling with this. And I'm like, I literally pulled up here and I I was like, I literally got here. Where would you take it? I get it. You're close. But let me just get this cuz it's here. I'm going to talk. Come on. We'll talk about it. >> This your car? >> Yeah. >> You want to put your stuff up? We'll talk about it. >> Okay. Okay, let's talk about it because this is I hate that I didn't even start recording it from the beginning. Officer, this girl, there's a camera in here. I hope that you can grab it before they >> What's your name? >> Hold on. Let me I was even on the phone and this girl, she's pulling this in. I'm like, I just need to get something to get this mat clean. >> Okay. >> And then she kept pushing me. I was like, hey, >> I'm way stronger than you. Stop pushing me. Don't touch me. It's like we're close. We're close. We're close. And I'm like, stop. stop touching me because if you keep pushing me, I'm going to defend myself. >> And then she wouldn't stop and I'm like, I'm only disturbing these these wipes. >> Now, when she's calling the call, she pretending and I took the wives. So, like every I told her, I want to talk to your manager because every time I come and the manager sees, he's like, "Oh, go ahead. Get it." Like, please can you get the manager to come right now cuz I'm willing to wait because this is this is wrong. I want us to take the video footage before she tries to to delete anything. All right. You want to get out here and I'll talk with her? >> Yeah. >> You want to go out? It's too loud in here. >> So, you guys are closed >> and you told her they were closed and she walked through >> and tried. >> Can you show me where that was? [Music] >> So, she walked in here. They said we're closed and she started taking stuff out of us. Okay. You got a manager here? know they're closing. She's like, "We're closed." She's like, "Oh, well, I just need some stuff." So, she walks in, starts grabbing [ __ ] out of there. She's like, "All right, let me do it all the time." And then, uh, she's trying they're trying to like use her space, I guess. >> Yeah. >> And she admitted she's pushed her like to get her out. So, um, I'm just going to watch the video, see if they want >> Who's this? I always get confused on the 64. >> I'll I'll take it. >> Where's the actual borderline? >> I don't know. I know they moved it, but I'll take it. It's no big deal. >> Either way, >> there was another fire in there. They said, "Call me somebody else because if you don't want to deal with me again, >> will you get her information and just see like about the video and all that?" >> Yeah. >> Yeah. The video. Please get the video. >> I'm just trying to trying to get your name in. >> I just I come here all the time. I'm a member. Yeah. >> And this is the first time she's acting this way towards me. >> Did you Did you call? Right. >> Call who? >> Did you call the police? >> She called and she was lying. She was literally lying that I was assaulting her. Like trying to use key words to get me a black person in trouble cuz all I did was before those two things were right there. And I'm like, you know what? I hear that it's closed. And she's like, it's 6:00. It's closed. I was like, you know what? Get me somebody else. >> Call your manager. He knows who I am. Literally, I pulled up here and she took this step in. She's like, well, I'm like, you could have just taken the things out of here. You see this trunk here? Yeah. >> You could have done that first, you know, knowing that there's a customer here and like >> I know y'all heard it. There she go using the black card. I always say in other videos, only use the black card when it's something really done to you that's some kind of injustice. She talking about you want to get a black person like me in trouble. And then also that's why there has to be rules in place. Like she said the manager always let her come and do that, but that don't mean other people going to let you do that. You know what I'm saying? See, that's when you let people slide by and the next person who worked there saying, "Hey, you can't do that." You know what I'm saying? It'd be confusion. You know what I'm saying? You can't come there like you're entitled to store like you own [ __ ] >> I was closing. >> I get it. >> All you did was go in there and take >> Let me show you. Let me show you what I am. >> And she started to like She's like, "You don't touch me." I was like, "Don't also touch me. I'm just trying to grab these >> because I'm trying to clean my bathroom." >> Yeah. >> And then she just keeps like pushing me. Oh my god. >> Is this your correct address on the white? >> I really appreciate you being very like understanding and listening because I don't want that video to be tamped with. I'm like, >> "Hey, I'm sorry. >> No, we're all Yeah, we're all >> Don't do that because like this is not even that deep. I think that's going out of her hair like in minutes. >> Yeah, you can keep cleaning. Just hang out for a minute, please. >> Okay. Well, >> what's the manager's name? >> I don't know his name, but he's this tall guy. >> He knows who I am. I was here like a few days ago. He saw me and then we've been joking about the bucket cuz last time I was here >> but he gave you permission to go in here. >> So he like when I come and then he's like, "Oh yeah, I know. Sometimes the pipes are cold and he's like, "Oh, the pipes are cold, but I can give you the bucket." So I was like, "Oh, the last time I was here, he even gave me a bucket." So just, you know, give me the bucket. Let me do the lipid thing so it can it can help it out. So cuz the snow thing was on my mat. >> Okay. >> And then the the manager was even joking with me last time. I was like, "Oh yeah, when you saw me, you packed it in." He's like, "Oh, I would never do that. We're even going like on a banter. >> So, literally, I was like, I just need this >> to be able to clean up the snow on my mat. That's all I need. >> I actually went through the wash twice today. >> Okay. >> I didn't even know they closed at 6. They normally close at 7:00. >> Okay. >> So, I even went in twice. I was surprised to see that was closed cuz I had just come in through and the bucket was here and everything was here. Okay. >> So, I was surprised. I don't know his name. I didn't buy if I see there was another guy who was here >> who led me through the wash twice just now. So, I don't know where the guy went. Yeah. Cuz I'm like, where is that guy? All I need if there's these wipes is >> Yeah, you keep you can keep cleaning. We're good. >> All right. I'mma uh Do you got all your stuff in the car? >> Yeah, I have everything. >> All right. Um You want to grab your keys and your phone for me, please? We're going to go. We got to go downtown. >> Yeah, I can follow you. >> No, no. Like, you're going to be arrested. I'm trying to do the right thing. >> Why you arresting me? >> Yeah, I watched the video. >> Why are you arresting me? >> For battery. You're clearly the aggressor. No, no, I'm not. >> Clearly, >> really? >> So, I'm trying to do you a solid. >> Okay. Can I park the >> grab your stuff? Well, we we'll move up later, but >> So, I'll just have to sit in your car. Can I call somebody? >> Uh, we'll do all that at the PD. I'm going just leave the paperwork in there. Is that an iPad? >> Yeah. I don't want someone to >> We'll leave that up here. I'll put that in my squad. Just put all that up here. >> Oh, you don't really need to put in the trunk. >> Yeah. You want to do that? That's fine. I just throw your keys in your purse. We We won't sugarcoat it. We're going to have to handcuff you here in a second. You're going to have to ride in the squad with handrest. >> St. Charles Police Station. >> Yeah. >> St. Charles Police Station. >> Grab this. I'll put those up there. >> All right. Turn around. Put your hands behind the back for me. >> Can I just go so >> You can't. Sorry. It's It's Paul. So you can't just slow your ride back through. Sorry. >> Well, arrest. >> Okay. >> I really don't be aggressive. >> Oh yeah. >> Was that video like audio over there? >> Yeah. We got to go the other side. >> Be aggressive. >> Well, I can't talk about it right now, but uh we we can in a little bit here. All right. Hold on. >> I take the phone out. >> You know what? I'll just go first. Oh, if you need my ID, I need to get it from my car. >> No, we don't need it. >> Makes it easier. >> I guess I can park your car and then if you want, I can get the video from here. If you want, >> you can get it >> probably. I'll at least try. >> If you want to. I asked the GM. He's like, "Uh, maybe tomorrow if you want to do it now." people around if they're trying to shut down shop here. I'll leave if they're giving me a few figure it out. >> You want to put the person? >> No, the person right. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> Will I be put in jail? No. >> The woman was charged with battery and trespassed from the car wash. >> Let me tell y'all something. I'mma tell y'all how I knew something was up with her. First off, she talking too damn much. When you see somebody just keep on yapping, it's like they give their self away. Like you don't Let me tell you something, man. I watch enough of these videos. I I watch all these law and crime shows to know who are the guilty people. Sometime now sometime people can put a good front on them but I noticed if when a person just talk talk yap yap yap keep on saying something it's like they give their guiltiness away then also when she said she kind of tall she like she kind of tall girl when she said she said she said I told her I'm stronger than you knew right then yep she did something and then they then they try to lie like I want you I want you to see this video come on I want you to see this video I don't want people the video might come out I don't want people to see that ain't me and it end up being her. I could just I could just tell, man. Y'all y'all y'all give y'all away too much. Then the entitlement. You come in business and the lady saying, "Hey, you can't do that. We closed. I'm go take this like you own the shop." You know what I'm saying? The this generation and their entitlement. If it ain't their entitlement, they acting like they're acting wretched or they acting ghetto. I What? What is wrong with everybody these days, y'all? It's something I just don't understand. This the whole generation, it don't even matter what race is. The whole generation just entitled and they have no respect for authority or law. Can y'all imagine how crazy it's going to be 10 years from now? I would never think that we would be in the situations we in right now 10 years ago. The world has just changed. I've seen morals, values, and everything go down. I am far from perfect, but I just seen so much stuff that we accepting now. And the entitlement in the disrespect of this younger generation, it's crazy, man. And it's going to continue to get worse. She thinks she just own the place, man. I just What can we do? What can we teach this younger generation? What what what can we do to slow all this this foolishness and craziness and entitlement down? I just I just don't understand. And and it continues to keep getting worse. I I I just don't understand what what to do, y'all. It's crazy. Um but I can say one thing about the situation though that I'm glad to see. And I know people get mad when I say this stuff. I'm glad that she just she she didn't act crazy when she got arrested. You know, they used to go all I know my rights and call my mama and blah blah blah and all that stuff like that. She she she took it. She's like, "Okay, you know, can I put this in the back of my car?" And you see see people y'all watching. You see how she just cooperated and the cops was just nice with her. When you see the cops act crazy with you because you coming off defensive. If you act a certain way, you fight it in court. You don't fight the cop. Even if the cop doing something wrong to you, fight it in court. Be quiet. The cop was civilized. They arrested her. Simple as that. She going to jail, do her little thing, and do what you got to do with all that extra [ __ ] I don't know what it is about us. The moment we try to get arrested and we know we in the wrong, we know our rights all of a sudden. And I want you to call my mama. Y'all let me know what y'all think about this right here. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love and support. We almost at 6K. It's a slow but steady growth and we really appreciate it. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera.
