The shooter, 35-year-old Kahana Austin, was transported to the Henry County Jail and charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm, [music] child endangerment because she fired a round into the vehicle on accident where her child was sitting. Reckless discharge of a firearm, aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a firearm. She was later found guilty of child endangerment, [music] and she was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 2 years probation. The other suspect, Dejane Lindsay, was charged with aggravated battery, disorderly conduct, and she also had an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended [music] license. All of her new charges were later dropped, and she was sentenced to 6 months probation for her suspended license charge. Take those off. >> All right. All right. She beat the crap out of this girl and she told me about it and I had looked her story up and let me tell you the crazy thing about it. They end up being together. >> And she told me, she said, "That's something I regret." She said, "You know, MF is together >> and they got a baby together and I ain't got to kick a kid with him."
