And then when I tried to turn it back, I don't know where they come from, but all the all I looked up and seen is me flying everywhere. >> Okay. >> So, then when I stopped, obviously I hit something. So, when I stopped and I realized I was okay, I got out to see what was the problem. >> Okay. >> When I seen that their car was the two, obviously I hit them. So, I get out the car or we collided, whatever. I get out the car, I go to them, I ask them, I say, "Is any kids in the car?" They say, "No." When they tell me that no kids were in the car, I went to the passenger I went to the driver's seat to rescue the driver, whoever was in the driver's seat. And then after that, I went to the passenger's passenger's seat, excuse me. Which was that lady that attacked me. Then after they got out the car, I walked back to my car because everybody is cool You know, everybody's safe, but the vehicles were damaged, obviously. Obviously. So, then when I walked back to my car, they yelling like, "No, don't leave." I'm trying to tell them I'm not about to leave. I'm just trying to get my phone and my purse. I'll call my mom. >> What started the fight? >> Huh? >> What started the fight? >> She was like, "Bitch, bitch." Like she just cussing me out. I'm trying to talk to her. We're not calling We're not calling your mother right now, okay? Like we said, we're going to do the test. That's the test that will determine. Just because you're in back of our car doesn't mean you're going to jail, ma'am. Calm down, okay? So, you're still willing Well, still willing to do the test, correct? Okay. Um while you're seated right there, I'm going to have you do the horizontal gaze nystagmus. Just follow the tip of my pen with your eyes, okay? And then I'll get you the cuffs for the other one. You see the tip of my pen? Okay, with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. I want you to follow the tip of my pen till I tell you to stop. Do you understand the test? Stop. >> [snorts] >> All right, I'm going to have you hop out here with me. I'm going to get the cuffs off you and we're going to do the walk and turn and the one leg stance. All right, we're going to walk in front of my car here. All right, when I tell you to do so and only when I tell you to do so, I'm going to have you take nine heel-to-toe steps down and nine heel-to-toe steps back. Let me explain. Then put your hands down at your side like this. Uh I'm going to demonstrate on this line. Uh feet together, hands out at your side, nine heel-to-toe steps down. One, two, three, four. Does that make sense? >> I guess. I don't know. I told you I don't understand. You explained it the same exact way. I'm not drunk, so I don't care. >> Okay. I I mean, how would you like me to explain it? >> I don't Is that a full step? Do I do this and then turn around? Or is it fine if I step away and then turn around? >> Uh you need to take nine heel-to-toe steps down. >> step? >> On the ninth step, you're going to take a series of small steps to turn around. >> Okay. >> And keeping your foot planted on the ground. Does that make sense? >> Yes, ready. >> Okay. So, keep your hands out at your side, count your steps out loud. >> comfortable cuz I'm shivering. So, look like So, look I'm shiv- >> You can just do the damn thing and just be quiet. >> You may begin whenever you're ready. Make sure you count your steps out loud. >> One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. >> 1,001, 1,002. You know, I'm I'll give you another demonstration. Heels out, hands out at your side, feet together. You're going to raise whichever foot you prefer approximately 6 in off the ground. You're going to look at the tip of your toe and you're going to count out 1,001, 1,002, 1,003. >> 1,004, 1,005, 1,006, 1,007, 1,008, >> Yeah, you got it. >> 1,009, 1,010, 1,011, 1,012, 1,013, 1,014, 1,015, 1,016, 1,017, 1,018, 1,019, 1,020, 1,030, 1,031. >> Okay. Uh we'll first we're going to take you to the hospital to make sure you get cleared. Um and then you're going to be asked to do a breathalyzer if you wish. >> Can you but what did I I didn't even do [ __ ] I told you my knees is bad. That's stutter was my knee. I was That's why I asked for my coat. I could be warm. >> Okay, I I asked you if it would prohibit you from doing the test. >> 40 and 50 to my knees. >> I asked you if >> when it get cold they It's cold. That's why I asked for my coat. That's why I kept asking for my coat. >> Your jacket's not going to warm up your knees. >> I know that but it'll help because I'm warmer at the top. >> I >> And that's what and I'm not even saying >> Okay. Swing your feet in. >> No, whatever. I don't give a [ __ ] cuz I'm not drunk and I said I never been >> Okay. >> Y'all let that be Come on, ma'am. Are you having a medical emergency tonight? But before we do that, you can if you want you can take a shower. All right, you can sit right there. I'm going to cut your hospital band off. >> All right. Now, this is something we're going to search you. What is this is that you're going to the jail? You have any drugs or anything like that on you? >> Um you'll be charged if you're advanced. However, if you have anything on you right now and you give it to me Do you have any drugs or anything like that on >> No. >> Hey, sir. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> How much is the fine? >> Thank you. No, you're okay. >> The suspect faces charges for assault, distracted driving, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, driving in improper lanes, and resisting arrest. The driver of the other vehicle was also arrested for assault and disorderly conduct. Although she approached the suspect first, she wasn't the first to attack, which is why her charges were reduced. Police also determined the suspect was responsible for the crash after her car passed into oncoming traffic while she was on her phone. If you enjoyed this video, leave a >> What did I tell you? >> I already knew that. >> I already knew that. I said she was distracted. >> Go back to >> I want to go back to a certain spot though cuz I want to talk about something. >> Yeah. >> I know this going to be some this going to sound like, why are they talking about this? Why are you focused on this? >> No, we must be thinking about the same thing. >> Because this this is This part right here, when she got out of the car, man, my mind was still focused on this. Oh my goodness. Before we get into talk into the thick of it into the thick of it until we get into thick of it. I got to say this, man, to to I got to I I must got to say it. It's It's women this generation but I got to say to the black women, man. It is a damn shame that y'all are so afraid to be natural. >> Yes. >> Like she worried about oh, I'm going to look oh, I'm looking bad. You looked bad with that shower cap on anyway. Ha, ha, ha. >> [laughter] >> But she's so worried about y'all got me after I'm going to look I'm going to look bad out here. And she didn't even want to get out. She put the hoodie on her head to hide her her natural hair. That's how you look. Go ahead. Sometimes get out of yourself and just listen to the message. We want y'all to love yourself. That's all we saying. Love who you are naturally. >> Right. >> She's so that that That's I noticed that too. That made me want to start talking about it. And then this entitlement of them. >> Oh my god, I've never been arrested before. I'm going to jail. Act like a big ass baby. >> 23 years old and everything sounds whiny, entitled, and then scared as hell. I want to call my mom. But you out there driving though. Be mature. Realize you made a mistake. You're going to have to suffer the consequences. Stop trying to call your mom every time something happened. And if you're brave enough to get in a car to talk on the phone doing something that has you distracted, then take the consequences that come with you doing something wrong that now you have to face. Mama can't save you from going to jail. >> I don't know why they think that. >> Right. >> I don't understand. Call my mama. Call my mom. What that going to do? >> Right. >> And I just can't then the whole it ain't even about race. The whole generation is stupid and entitled. >> Yeah. >> feel like oh no, don't touch me. Don't do this. I can do all the wrong I want to do, but leave me alone. Don't touch me. Uh-uh. I'm I'm like what in the world Man, listen. We we we we had our ways back in the day. >> Mhm. >> But man, we had a we had a different kind of respect for authority and the law. We would We didn't act like this, man. You know, we we talked back a little bit. We shoot it. >> Yeah, I had a little bit of ignorance and um I think this I don't know if it's something about being a young teenage girl. I had a little bit of ignorance that that looks like not entitlement. Um I just want to call it ignorance. >> Yeah. >> I had a little bit of ignorance entitlement cuz there was one time um I think I I tried to I told you I think I told you about that. I tried to um steal my sister's car. >> Oh, yeah, you told me that. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, you told me [ __ ] >> And I did not know how to drive. So, I tried to steal my sister's car and then instead of mashing the gas, I mashed the brake. >> Uh-huh. >> Or something. No, I mashed the gas instead of mashing the brake. I was trying to go supposed to go back. And I was like >> Yeah. >> And then I revved up and she was like she ran out of the house and she was yelling at me. She was like in her 20s or something like that. She was yelling at me and I just was like, "Whatever." And I gave her the car knowing I was scared as hell >> Right. >> because I didn't know what I was doing. And but it didn't take until I was grown to see the error of my ways to see that was a little bit of entitlement. That was a little bit of ignorance or whatever. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> And this whole generation like that, man. >> So, that's the only little leeway I give them. Like sometimes it's just being young. >> young is yeah. Yeah, I I I I never felt like that. >> Mhm. >> I don't know I it's the individual person. I never thought about being entitled or being whiny like that. You know what I'm saying? I'm going to tell a little bit of my business is um when I was younger um I've been arrested before, but it was something real petty and small. And I took it like a soldier. >> Right. >> I was like, "Okay, here you go." >> Mhm. >> You know, I was arrested, got out. You know, it wasn't no big. You know, you know, being young and dumb, 19, 20. Hanging with my friends and then we went to We almost got arrested too along I don't want to get into that story. We almost got arrested for for putting on Halloween mask on a certain street. >> Halloween >> I told you about that. >> Yeah, yeah. >> But I took it like a soldier. I didn't whine and nothing like that. I I Hey, I did something bad. Got arrested. >> Mhm. >> It is what it is. But these people these days, it's crazy, man. Y'all come to the comments and let us know what y'all think about this right here, man. You got anything else you want to add? >> I was about to say, we didn't even talk about the actual accident and >> Yeah, I know. We just went all over the place. >> [laughter] >> Cuz I I kind of said it already a little bit. I'm like, how in the hell you don't a citation off this? She did that, right? >> Yes. >> That ain't citation worthy. >> That's not citation worthy. That's another sense of just entitlement. I feel like First of all, if your mindset First of all, it's to go to your how you look. Okay, yes, you did. Give her credit where credit is due. Yes, she did. So, she say helped the people out the car. We didn't hear the other side, which is I would I would have hoped that we could have hear the other side of the story from the girl. And she said, "Okay, yeah, they helped the side of whatever." So, she helped the the people out. Good for you. That's what you should have done. It's like she was waiting for the congratulations of her helping the person out. It was, "Oh, you did such a good job." That's what you should have done. You don't necessarily need to have a pat on the back because you do right. >> Yes. That's another I feel like that's another sense of entitlement that that young people come with. And also, if you're not Like I said before, if you're not able to handle these situations, I don't know what the hell is going on with the fight. I don't If y'all not able to handle the situations, I feel like y'all shouldn't have be behind the wheel of a car because that means somehow or some way way, your brain is not stable enough to handle these situations like a car accident. That leads me to think she was probably under the influence, which I was waiting on them to say. They said she was charged, but they you didn't tell us whether she was under the influence. Another thing, hold on. Last thing. You see how it was daytime when they first got in the accident and then it was night. They said that's one of the biggest reasons most people get off with alcohol issues. They never get the sobriety test at the time of the accident. It's usually hours later. >> Wow. >> Which means it could have altered from when they got drunk, drove, and then when they took the test, it's hours later. >> Yeah. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. Man, I love when you break down stuff. It deepens in me sometimes. >> [laughter] >> My bad. >> Yeah. And I just I just want to say we had to rant at the beginning of the video. Thanks for Thanks for the ones who sit here and listen to us rant because we don't have a talking channel, so we have to go ahead and get [laughter] these things out that we want to say. >> Yeah. >> We was fired up by those things, so that's why we said we said but y'all come to the comments and let us know about the situation. I just I'm still stuck on This woman said, "Give me a citation and go." >> Yeah. >> That's entitlement to his bad. >> That's crazy. >> That's Now, this video is really some entitlement right here. >> [laughter] >> Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel. We really appreciate it. Until next time, don't get caught slipping on camera. >> Hit that like, press subscribe, keep the energy [singing] right. Cuz you know we back again with [music] the body cam vibes. >> Body cam vibes. >> [music] >> Body cam vibes.
