She has drunk so much vodka in the past four days, okay, >> that she has blacked out, hit her head, hit her tooth again, the one we know is dead, right? Took a chip off. I mean, you guys know all this, right? She's so drunk that she's blacked out, right? And she's she is drinking. She is reaching for the drink to mask something extremely ridiculously horrific that no that no woman should endure. No, I paid $700 for that phone cuz the cops told me if I own it, they can't take it away from me. So, I paid for it and they still took it away from me. >> Okay. They both are mom's trying to take her to detox. She's flipping out. >> There's a deal they made where once they got the car, she was supposed to get her phone back. She took the phone back. She's She's drunk. She drank a bunch of vodka last night. >> If you don't know Elizabeth, let me tell you that this is Elizabeth's 10th video on my channel. Elizabeth has been arrested for some reason before this. You can find all the videos in the description. December 20th, 2023, 10:38 a.m. Colt's neck, 28, Chulip Lane. Elizabeth had been sober for a few days, and the family wanted to get her to detox in Freehold. The mother put a condition. Get in the car, you'll get the phone. Elizabeth got in the car, but the phone was put off until they were inside the detox building. An argument ensued. There were concerns about safety and a 911 call. That's the backstory. No arrest, just a family that wanted to get their daughter to detox safely and a phone call that heated things up. >> Yeah. Hey, Elizabeth. >> Hey, >> remember me? Ha. >> What's going on? Let's just call the side facility. >> But I took the phone yesterday at 10 right before I left to go back. >> Yeah. >> Elizabeth has talk to me back here. >> It's been less than 20 minutes. >> Talk to the other officer >> now. >> We don't want to go into a police. We really don't need to have another arrest. We've already I mean we've got >> I just want to speak with her. >> I understand that. I was just going to be quiet and I I want you to understand why she doesn't want to leave the car >> and you know that she's >> I understand. Elizabeth, can we talk real quick? Why not? What's m What's going on? either one of you was welcome to. But the bottom line is she finally because I called 911. That was when she actually finally >> You remember me, Elizabeth, from last time >> from two times ago? >> Yes. So if if I don't know if it's legal to have anybody just follow me so that we all know that she actually gets into the building for a 5-day detox starting today. She's already 2 hours late. My mom Faith. >> Your Faith? Oh, yeah. Your face. Sorry. >> Yes, sir. >> No, I said how this is sergeant. >> No, no, I'm Steve. Remember, I'm not the sergeant. >> No, I'm not the sergeant. I'm the one that >> Well, he is going to be a sergeant. That's >> That's the plan. >> So, soon to be sergeant Steve, is it is it allowed for somebody to escort me to watch her get into the building and agree to the 5-day detox starting today? >> Okay. Is is that >> I have to check I have to check with the lieutenant first. >> Would you check with the lieutenant? >> I just need to speak with her separately. >> Oh, she wants her phone. What we But what we agreed to yesterday. >> What we agreed to is what you have. >> I said when she gets in the car >> almost, Sergeant Steve, I said get >> not almost, but >> get in the car. I said get in the car and I will give you back your cell phone. Right. >> Mom, do you mind? Mom, do you mind stepping out? Get in the car. She's going to Mom's going to come out. >> Great idea. >> Mom's going to come out and you can speak with mom. >> Elizabeth, what's going on today? >> My grandma's literally in the back seat. >> Oh, your grandma's back. >> Oh, okay. You want to pull out? >> Can grandma get out or she have to stay? >> She's fine. She can get out. Just have grandma get out for a second. >> Completely fine. >> Yeah. So I can talk to her. >> Grandma, we're just going to have Can you just unlock it for me? >> Okay. If you unlock >> Thank you. >> You want me? >> Yeah. If you can just get out real quick. >> Sorry, Grandma. >> Thanks, Grandpa. No, you're not going home. You're >> No, just want to talk to her real quick. >> So, what's going on? We'll start from the morning. Just take a deep breath for me. >> What's the matter? >> So, what happened? >> So, the deal was I go in the car to DDog, which I plan on doing today anyway. >> Okay. >> And I get in the car. Just take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. It's okay. I'm sorry. >> No, it's all right. >> It's okay. >> Take a deep breath for me. In through your nose and out through your mouth. >> Okay. [Music] Oh, you got a little stuffy going on. All right. There we go. There we go. >> So, you know, we just want to help, right? >> Okay. So, the deal was I um I did my end of the deal. The deal was I get in the car to detox and and my mom gives me my phone and my safe, which stole from me. And guess who didn't receive any of the deal with me? I didn't receive anything. No, I did my part and did >> by getting in the car. >> So, when did you guys make the arrangement? >> I don't know. >> Okay. All right. I'm just asking. You know, we just you know how we talk, right? >> Sorry. I don't know. But >> were you drinking today or >> yesterday? Yesterday. Okay. Not a problem. Like you said, we're just here to help you. Okay. But the problem is that I did my part and they didn't do anything. >> Did you give you your phone back or anything like that? >> Okay. So, if we go head over to detox, >> that's where we're going. >> We're heading there. What? >> No. No. I'm saying that's where we're going there now. >> Literally where we're going. >> Okay. Where's that at? >> Freehole next to the [ __ ] Walmart and then Chipotle. >> Oh, we can grab some lunch. Well, no. They order lunch for you, actually. >> Do they? Is there anything good? >> Yeah, usually. Actually. >> What do you usually get? >> I don't know. We've gotten anything from like chicken and broccoli and >> we've gotten like Mexican really good. >> Yeah. They get it from freehole. They have it bring in uh delivered. >> Oh, I have no idea. They have >> As long as it's good, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, so you're just looking to get your phone back cuz you got in the car, >> right? >> Because that was the deal. And I haven't texted either of my boyfriends in over a day. >> Either of them. >> Okay. There's two. One's in >> I'm not judging. >> One's in America, one's in Europe. But Oh, bro. >> Yeah. Now, I know you want to talk to the deal. Like, I'm actually about to exit the car. Like, the deal was car or phone. And so I don't have the phone. So you got in the car. >> The car is not happening. >> I got you. >> Okay. All right. You okay? Right. Not I know what you're saying, but >> No. >> Okay. So you just want your phone back so you can text them before you go in there to detox. Correct. >> Is that where we're trying to trend to? >> No. I paid $700 for my phone. >> Oh. Would you get a new one? No, I paid $700 for that phone cuz the cops told me if I own it, they can't take it away from me. So, I paid for it and they still took it away from me. >> Okay. Who did you deal with last time? Do you remember? The other cops that told you that. >> The name. >> You don't remember the name? All right. Just hang tight. Okay. I'm just going to close this for you. All right. I just watch your knee. You're good. Just hang tight. Okay. >> So, the phone doesn't get until I go to >> So, um they both made a deal that >> if she goes to detox, she'll give her the phone back. But when she got in the car, she wouldn't give her the phone back, but she pays for the phone allegedly. >> So, it's her phone. >> So, >> huh, she wants >> Yeah, she said she's willing to go. She just wants her phone that you paid for. >> But she's afraid once they get to the place, she's just going to leave. >> She said she just said she'll give her the phone as soon as I get there. >> That's all she told me. >> She said she has the phone with her. >> She's afraid to give it to her. No, she's going to get out of her car and leave when she gets there. >> Oh, she just told us that she's going to give it to her. >> Yeah. >> So, she has the phone on it then? >> Yeah. Did she tell you she's going to stay at the pre? >> Yeah, she's willing to go. >> Hey, Elizabeth. So, mom's going to bring you there. She has your phone. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, she's gonna give it to you as soon as you guys get in the building. >> She just wants to make sure. >> She just wants to make sure you get there. >> We're Bro, >> I know you're on your way. >> On the way. Holy [ __ ] >> I know you're on the way. >> We're >> I know. >> So, when you get there, you're >> So, when you get there about earlier, >> right, you're going to go inside. That's what she's worried about. >> She's just worried about you not going inside. >> We're going inside. >> Yeah. Okay. >> The deal. Okay. I'm not. No. No. All right. We got you. >> Okay. Yeah. No. >> We got you. So, >> I know the deal was >> to get in the car. No, no, no, no, no. Just Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> All right. I know the deal was to get in the car and you get your phone. Correct. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Come on. Remember Remember last time we went back and forth last time and we wind up being cool at the end. Okay. >> Yes. Oh, we're cool. But >> So, you're going to go then? We're off. I know. We're going to go. We're literally going right now. You're the one holding. Okay. Not you spec I mean maybe you specifically, but >> All right. So, if we get mom in the car, you'll be fine and we'll get on your way and you'll get your phone. >> If you don't want to listen to me, I can't help you. >> Huh? >> No, I I did. >> Yeah. Good luck with her. >> So, we'll we'll go with that then. Okay. >> Oh, you're lucky you have to deal with me and not her. on the same page. >> Yeah, we're all on the same page. Then we're going to head over there. You'll get your phone once you get there and then we'll go. We're heading over there. >> Sound good? >> Hope nothing. >> You're cool, right? >> Obviously. >> All right. >> All right. So, mom got your phone. She'll give it to you as soon as you guys get in the building. >> Yeah, I'm sure she will. >> Well, if that's that case, then you can deal with it with them when they're there. >> I'm sure she will. So, >> she's actually the queen. >> Can we have Can we have grandma get back in the car? It's a little cold for >> grandma. Stop. >> We're not killing her. It's just a little cold out here, you know. >> Sorry, Grandma. >> Okay. Hope you're doing all right. Neither do I. I don't know. It's not my car. It's mom's car. Do good. Okay. You'll be fine. I'll get a little paint. All right. You got this. You'll be good. All right. Good luck with everything. Okay. Right. >> Is the daughter in the car? >> Yeah, they both are. Mom's trying to take her to detox. She's flipping out. Yeah, there's a deal they made where once they got in the car, she was supposed to get her phone back. She took the phone back. She She's drunk. She drank a bunch of vodka last night. Okay. >> Who else? Really? And then um mom said, "Well, you're not getting it. I know I'm going to give it to you. Then you're going to leave when we get to the parking lot." Okay. >> Which I'm sure she's ready. But >> yeah, Elizabeth says, "No, I had a brief." Oh, I don't know what happened. I >> was right here. >> I was around 34 coming back from G&B. When I got here, she had the door open. So, I'm sure once you get your phone back, she's going to just say, "I'm not going to detox or whatever place she goes to." >> I guess you don't email, right? >> Yeah. >> She No, no, >> grandma. She's grandma in the back. >> Oh, there's somebody in the back. >> They're trying to talk to grand mom keeps talking. Bottom line, you want to take her to the police. I think it's she's walk away. >> Is there a father, too? I don't know. What's going on? She's got high >> mom's trying to get her to >> not almost stepping out. >> She's going to Mom's going to come out. >> No, that's awesome. That's awesome. I'll be right here. That's a great idea. >> Cold snack, please. >> How are you? >> Good. You want to talk to me over here? >> Yeah. I mean, yeah. >> You okay? >> Yes. Could you just give me a second? >> Yeah, of course. >> Okay. Sorry, I hurt myself. Just give me a second. >> Okay. >> You okay? >> Yes, of course. Yes, sir. Sorry. >> Do you want to Do you want >> No, no. Everything is fine. I can We She cannot afford to have an arrest right now. I tried to erase the call because she finally actually then when I actually did call 911, I came home from work because she's been blowing all of us off the family to go back to detox. She has drunk so much vodka in the past 4 days, >> okay, >> that she has blacked out, hit her head, hit her tooth again, the one we know is dead, right? Took a chip off. I mean, you guys know all this, right? Cuz that was when she first finally went to 5 days. She knew she was going to detox this morning. That's >> She was supposed She said that she was going to go on Sunday. >> She said that she was going to go on Monday and she was supposed to go yesterday, but she is so hammered and drunk. So now that's where I was moving. >> Yeah. Let's go stand by this car back here. What? >> Well, let's go stand by this car back here. So >> I'm not Elizabeth. I'm fake. >> No, I never said you're Elizabeth. >> Oh, what did you say? >> I said, "Can we stand back here and talk so >> Oh, you want me to walk more? Okay, just I'm sorry, but I hurt my left. Maybe lean on that bumper though. >> No, no, it's fine. How's it? I'll just talk soft. Please, honey, just cut me just a little slack right now. >> No, I'm not. >> She had and I I fully believe that she meant to go to detox on Sunday, which then went to Monday, which then went yesterday, but for 40 hours, she has been completely totally hammered in bed, and now she's vomiting and everything else. I was so worried. So, at 10:15 or something like that last night, I mean, she threw up all over her bed yet again, all over two bathroom floor, whatever, etc., etc., but she's hurting herself cuz she's so drunk that she's blacked out, right? And she's she is drinking. She is reaching for the drink to mask something extremely ridiculously horrific that no that no woman should endure. So, all I need is your I don't we do not want to have another arrest. I don't want the judge, right? I mean, we haven't even gotten to the level of the prosecutor yet. We had to postpone it because she was out of the country. So, the hearing was postponed. Unfortunately, with the holidays, it's been postponed to January 12th. So, we don't need this because we haven't even had the opportunity to get to detox. >> Okay. So, all we're here to do is just try and resolve the issue. That's all we're >> right. And so, what we need is >> you call us, we have to respond. >> I I understand. And then I tried to erase the call cuz at that point we booked it, >> right? But then she booked it to the car which is good. >> But the good thing is right after me try nicely for 2 hours. >> Right. I then said that's forget it then. I'm going to call 911. If you're not going to go to detox, you cannot live here. I mean I cannot have somebody who's so drunk >> that they pass out and they're bust into but it doesn't matter. I fraction 22 fracture. I get it that hell happened and I get it. So, we're trying to get her that's what we're doing. She's got to go to detox before she gets the therapy for for those terrors and I can't even imagine the terror. I wish it had been me. But, Right. So, this is very severe. I am not going to I was going to give her the phone the second that she got into the car, >> but then when she tried to open >> It's okay if you have to go, sir. No, you're good. No, I'm >> I did say the understanding was yesterday at 10 to 1 when I grabbed the phone cuz she was so drunk. But I didn't even grab it. It was laying on the bed. She was so drunk she couldn't get up except to puke all over the carpet, the floor, the clothes, and then again and then again. >> Okay. her. I took the phone so that she could not get in touch with boyfriends or an extremely ex I mean a drug dealer whose parents are severe alcoholics, parters, which is where unfortunately the Cola police took her on September 15th. That was and we my mother and her that was her 90st birthday and said do not take her there. Thank you very much. And that started now we have a broken tooth we're focusing on right now. I said if you get in the car then you can have your phone right to go to detox for her 2 hours I have been working with her. So now >> so she voluntarily got to the car you >> No I called 911 >> and then she voluntarily got into the car. >> So what do you want to say? >> But now she's demanding the phone. I cannot give her the cell phone now because on the way >> what pays for the phone? >> The phone monthly? Yes, >> we do. She did finally give us $600 for the phone over a month ago when the police >> she's on your plan with your >> She's on our plan that we pay every penny. By the way, we had to pay $9 something time 2 for the phone to be active in Europe. So the phone doesn't get given until I know that she's in that building for detox and that she's agreed to 5 days or period on discussion. So I have 100. Of course, I'm going to give her a phone. Of course, we want her to talk to her boyfriends, not the noose drunk, you know, the drunk I mean, the druggies, but we can't prevent the drug dealers. But we have to prevent her killing herself by blacking out, banging into furniture a bloody nose, a bloody lip, a chip tooth that we fixed, but the whole tooth is dead, which is in excess of $10,000, which is down the road. And so what I was hoping you guys would do is make sure we don't want her going to the police car because then that is going to be on her record. Is it legal for somebody to make sure that she goes into that detox building and signs for 5 days cuz it's a voluntary program. She's 22. >> Right. That's >> And then you I would hand her the phone. >> Okay. >> We cannot hand her the phone now because if we hand her the phone even in the parking lot, she will call a very rich Well, prostitutes illegal, but whatever. Um, she's going to reach out to a very rich boyfriend who's going to send her an Uber. Okay. >> So, she has to go into the detox center. >> Okay. >> They're just they're just talking to her right now trying to like piece everything together. We'll go from there. Okay. We'll just hang out over here while they talk to her, though. >> Yep. So, I I escalated this, but that's because if she doesn't, if she does not demonstrate to the prosecutor, >> she just told us she's going to go, she's going to check in and everything like that. She just wants to get her phone when she gets there. >> And I and I told you that what you're going to do, correct? >> I Yes, sir. Listen, you know what? I was an officer in the United States Air Force down. >> Okay. That's irrelevant. >> My word actually, no, it's not relevant cuz I'm black and white and when I say something, I'm going to do it. I had to change it so you're not having reaffirming the fact with you. I don't want anyone >> that you're going to give her the phone when we get there. Listen, >> but she has to get into building. I know that she's lying to you. An alcoholic is a liar. I have now been told that from the attorney and ring. She has to be into the building and signed in for the 5 days. >> What? No, I I did hear you, sir. I He thinks I didn't hear him. I did hear him, but he has to know that she has to be in the building that she can't >> I understand that. I I don't know what they're saying over there right now, but her biggest thing is when she gets there is that she wants to believe that you're going to give her >> But she knows that. >> Okay. I guess she's just overthinking. >> She's drunk. >> Okay. I >> And she's high. >> Okay. >> She's drunk and she's high on marijuana. I mean, you guys can see that she's drunk. Okay. >> I don't drink. I've never even had wine >> or whatever. I mean, nothing. So, >> she gets the phone. >> Yep. We're on the same page. If you need us before you get there, just call us. Okay. We're going to get out of your hair and get you on your way. Get you out. >> Are you sure that she's not going to be violent and try to cuz she hit me in the head driving up the street? >> I can't be sure of that. >> Nobody can follow me. Okay. I know it's not your >> If you need us, call us back. >> My leg. That's right. Perfect. >> All right. We'll come right back. >> You know where we're going? We're going to 20 Gibson Place. Perfect. It's right across from Walmart. Okay. If you need us, call us back. All right. >> Really? >> Thank you, ma'am. >> Wish you luck. >> I just Thank you. Heat. Heat.
