She just She's intoxicated driving right now with our daughter. Here, I got her recording, too. She came back, she's drunk, she threw the heater at me, punched me in the face. It's her coming back in. I'm calling the cops. She's She's over here. Yeah. I'm calling THE COPS ON YOU. HOW long ago did this happen? Just I right when I made the call to dispatch. And I I said I told them I don't want her to put her in jail, but just cuz I know how backstabbing she is and when she's drunk she lies and says I kick her and all that [ __ ] I'm making a report because I'm not [ __ ] getting put in jail like I almost got put in >> know where she's at right now? >> No, I don't know. >> Does she have like parents or friends that she might maybe >> We live up north like the Granite Bay area. Uh she comes running down the hallway and is like standing in my face talking [ __ ] and then kicks me in the back of my leg and spits at me. And then I She's walking away and I just say something or you know, like tell her that's And she goes, "DON'T TOUCH ME. I'M CALLING THE COPS." And we went from there and then when she was sober the next day she was calling all over He didn't hit me. He didn't. You want to detain her or We're in the back if you guys want to talk to us. He does it Everything happens every day. He's going to jail but he's got a lawyer. Who calls you guys? Calling me. So he dropped all the charges before because he has an attorney, by the way. I said my patient's going to die. We have to go in tonight. She's going to pass away. And then he just blows up cuz I was with him. I don't see you getting talking all this stuff. He got arrested one time. But he got He has a lawyer that was calling me, called the police department. It got dropped. They can't keep They dropped it. He's He's an [ __ ] He does horrible things to people. He has restraining orders. And I'm going to get a restraining order against him one day, too. Like I don't even know why he calls. I didn't want to go back to the person's house, so I came back. But we didn't leave, but So what >> waiting We're just waiting for this to happen. I was inside being respectful. What your side of the story of what's going on and why he has marks on his face and Oh, he does not have Oh, okay. He does, clearly. Well, first of all, I don't believe that. He's bipolar. Why don't even call you guys? Cuz the last time I tried to You guys came for her. So I'm not even going to call you guys for anything ever. You guys failed. I'm so upset. Can we have her step inside? He said He said, "Man, my my wife punching holes in the walls. And man, she be hitting me." I just laugh. I said, "A little 4 ft 11 woman punching holes in the walls and he's trying to attack you." He said, "Yeah." But one day I came over. She didn't know I was there. He said, "I'm on and he stopped by the house and get some." And I came in the front room. And as soon as she came in, he came in and went in the room. She just went in on him. And she hit the wall. Pow! I'm tired of you so and so and so. And he said, "See?" And she didn't know I was there. She She jumped. And she said She said, "Oh, hey." Mhm. And I said, "Hey, I was scared." I said, "I'm about to go out the door." I was scared of her. I said I never seen her in action. Yeah. He called He called the police. Guess who went to jail. Mhm, he did. Even when I told her Even when I told him I said, "No." She went in on him. Mhm. And they looked at him and they they was like smirking. He said, "No, you going to jail." Wow. You know what I'm saying? Thank God for cameras. Yep. Because you wouldn't believe it. Right. Yep. You know what I'm saying? Then it's kind of hard that you don't know cuz she say, "Well, you do this to me, too." We don't know. Two sides to the story. >> Mhm. Want to add to it. Um This is It's easier said than done, but you have to get it done. This is why you leave abusive situations. Yep. Whether it's physical, emotional, or um What's the other one? Physical, emotional, and Mental? Mental. Abuse. You leave your situation. Whether you're married or not married, you leave your situation because you may not get a chance one day to leave. Whether it's her fault, whether it's his, whether she's the aggressor, whether he is, somebody is going to get out of hand one day. Because the least the least you love somebody, the more aggressive you're willing to get. >> Yeah. The more crazier the situation, the more crazier and volatile it gets. >> That's true. Somebody has to make up their mind to go. She said she refuses to call the police now because CPS want to come out and take her baby. Right. I think the kids should have to stay in an unstable home. Both of y'all don't seem right. >> Yeah. Sometimes you saying it's him, but you won't call the police. >> Right. Now he's got to call the police on you cuz you batshit crazy. Taking your word. Yeah. So I [laughter] I feel like she got her just deserve. Like if you're not going to leave and you coming home have to retaliate if you say it was him and you have to retaliate now you've got to go to jail because you feel like you got to retaliate. >> Yeah. Yep. And he's got proof. Yeah. >> So that's why you're in here. You did. Uh that's why I said I thank God for cameras and stuff like that. I just think she's drunk. Mhm. And a lot of people have a lot of stuff bottled in them. Yep. These days I get it. Rent's high. Food's high. Surviving just being born in these days and time Mhm. >> back in the womb. If I was born I'd say, "Oh, mama, I'm going back in there." Yes. >> You feed me. Mhm. Cuz things are rough. So a lot of people frustrated, so that's why they drink. That's why they smoke. Right. But I want to tell y'all something. It's not going to solve the problem. It's going to make it worse. Yep. It's going to make you sicker, make your liver die, your heart die, and you going to die. So it ain't going to solve no problem. Mhm. But I understand why people do stuff because it's stressful. Mhm. And she probably get drinking because she probably stressed at home and all her anger comes out. But that's not solving the problem. Yes. The problem is dude, you need to leave her. Y'all need to just separate. It ain't going to get no better. You can go to counsel. I know people went to counsel and everything. If you ain't meant, it ain't meant. If y'all arguing, especially start hitting, she's throwing stuff at you, it's time to go. Yeah. Time to go. I think that was our thing we said. We ever throw or hit each other >> Yeah. Yeah.
