What's good everybody? Welcome back to Body Cam Vibes. Back with another body cam video. Go. We're going to react and discuss to today. Shout out to Crime Time Cam for this video. Hey, from the thumbnail and the title, I can tell this going to be some Moon Moonfly action on this right here. Hey, let's just get straight into it. I know y'all can't really see me. It's early in the morning. That's how dedicated I am to doing these videos. I'd be up early trying to make some some these videos. So, let's get into it. >> On July 20th, 2025, officers responded to a call of a dispute that was a result of a vehicle collision. >> Got into a car accident with his car and another car, and I swiftly moved. So, I braced his car, but he got the threat to you need to do something about it. What I was I was mad. So, overall, I told him, uh, moral of the story, you saying I swip I sideswiped her car. I didn't try to crash into you in another car. HE WAS LIKE, WELL, I'M going to call the police right now. I said they're calling the police for nothing because if you seen what I did, I almost smacked into you in another car. So my little bracess of me bumping your car that was just about the doc my brother put off with >> right here. So that's what inter I'm like you're calling the police for something that you seen. I'm like you're calling the police on me. If you call the police I'm going to mess up your car. >> She hits my car. >> Yeah. Let's do this. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> I didn't hit your car. >> Look at my [ __ ] >> These people were here, >> bro. They've been here the whole time and have not said anything. >> You know what I mean? >> Been here the whole time. They have not said anything. >> We've been arguing. >> We ain't been You've been arguing. I have not been arguing going back and forth. >> You have been arguing. >> We've been talking this whole time. I've been going back and forth with him about the fact that I'm I almost just got into a car accident with two in another car. >> You said you hit him. >> No, I didn't hit I uh So what I So what I did was I >> There's damage right there. >> That's the thing because I bumped him in another car. I didn't hit him. I stopped at abruptly at the >> You just said you bumped them. >> Right. Bump. Our cars were side by side. So then he followed me into the guy gas station and I said, "I didn't mean to try to brush you. I almost smacked into the other car." He turned, "No, you just hit me. You just hit me." I said, "No, >> I didn't mean to hit you." >> We was two club bas. >> And you're turning in the same If we're turning from right here. >> Where were you guys >> turning from? Right there. The light. >> You were turning at the light. >> Yes. And I bump and I was trying to break behind him and another mini like that right there. >> Okay. >> That lane right there. >> The turning lane. >> The turning lane. >> Coming down this way. You were trying to come this way. >> Coming this way. Yeah. >> Okay. Gotcha. So you were heading You were facing this way, right? >> You were coming this way. >> Yeah. You were facing this way. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> And being that him in the minivan was so close. I was trying to scoot over. If you see me with my turning signal on, why were you speeding up? So it wasn't it wasn't really a brace on me. It was a brace on him scooting up and me trying to get in between. >> We'll figure it out. >> And so when the other car hit his brakes, I hurried up and dashed in front of him. And that's when his bumper hit my >> I don't know y'all. I don't usually take up for these moonflies. She may be telling the truth though. What y'all think? I know y'all going to be to see the video the whole video by the time it end. But in my mind, she may be telling the truth. Let Let me Let me see though. I know things can go and change, but she may be telling the truth. And she she seems like she might be telling the truth. I know. I might bite my words later, though. You can see there's no dent or nothing. So it was literally a grace. I LITERALLY WENT PAST him because he was trying to speed up me trying to >> accident. Right. It's still considered an accident. >> The way the law reads it or the way the law is written that's it's an accident. Unfortunately, >> it's not an accident because he was speeding up as I was going up and my turn signal was on. We bracing each other. You were trying. >> Your car made contact with his car, right? >> His car made contact with my car as I'm getting over in the lane and that's how we braced each other here. But then when I zoomed in here, >> his car, whatever. His car made contact with your car. Your car made contact with his car. It's the same. It's an accident. So, with that being said, do you have your driver's license? And where's the vehicle >> that was? >> Where's the vehicle? Cuz I was involved in a car accident. I need I need it. >> I don't have nothing for you. Literally, the only thing I got is that he brushed me. It's not even my >> It is placed on the car. It's in the back window. Man, I don't know what you're supposed We coming. >> Explain yourself. Yep. >> I'm I just crossed 100 and I just crossed K. >> Oh, good. Yeah. >> So, I'm in the left lane just going straight. >> All of a sudden, it's it's traffic. >> That's just weaving in and out of traffic. She weaves into my lane and slides. >> Were you in the middle lane? >> No. No. I was in the I was in the left lane cuz I knew I was going to get over cuz I was going to the flea market. >> Flea market. I got you. >> I was in the left lane just heading >> heading. Yeah. Westbound >> about >> maybe a half a mile a mile coming this way >> like what the I just pass just got past the V and I can see the corner. So I was in my lane. I said okay. So about a half a mile up. Next thing I know is swerves in front of me and hit and hits my car. >> I Yeah, I literally see that. >> So they go swerving in and out of the expressway, right? So I immediately hit my gas trying to catch up to him so I at least try to get a license plate picture and [ __ ] >> So they swerve bends against the corner. hop in. They circle in here and try to loop in like this here like try to get away. >> I got you. >> Then I come in and block it like what the [ __ ] is going on? >> Your car say young lady. >> He gets out. She gets out. I said you hit my car. >> He gets out of the driver's seat. >> I took a picture of him. She She was in >> She's saying that she was the initial driver. >> She was driving. Well, she's saying that the other guy was driving and that she was >> No, no, no, no, no, >> no. She was driving. >> She was driving. This guy was with her. >> Okay. >> You see what I'm saying? >> She was driving when they hit my car. >> She was Okay. >> You see what I'm saying? So, when I pull up in front of them, she gets out >> and I'm like, "You hit my car. If you call the police, I'm going to your car up some more." Okay. to really give you a reason to call the police. I say if you touch my car, whoop your ass. >> Yeah. I mean, I mean, she >> y'all don't know. Y'all know I don't like to keep pausing, but I done already changed my mind now. Yeah, she lying about some. I said in the beginning that she may not be lying, but then also, where's the car? You get Oh lord, man. These people crazy as hell, man. Let's get back into it. >> She came at you, >> right? So she came at me. Then the the guy young man was like, "Just take my number, man. I can fix that for you. Don't worry about that, man. Just don't call the police." I said, "What am I supposed to do?" You got this young lady threatening. So then he was like, "I'm gone." He gets in the car and that's when I took a picture of him getting in the car. >> Yeah. What car is it? >> This this burgundy uh uh caravan. >> [ __ ] minivan. >> Minivan. >> Yeah. You didn't uh There's >> There wasn't no There wasn't no license plates on the bottom. She just said it was up in the top, but I didn't notice anything. I just looked at her place on the front cuz it was none on the front and it wasn't anything on the back. So, I just like was trying to take pictures before, but she distracted me from taking more pictures by threatening to do more damage to my car. >> Sorry. We uh Good thing is we have we do have a camera on 127 over by the dock. So, hopefully >> Yeah, I was pass by when they hit the car. >> Yeah. So, hopefully they >> Yeah, they went to swerve. You'll see she swerve. And if you go ask them, they you'll see that she got out the driver's side. >> Yeah. I mean, they they got good cameras here, too. So, we'll definitely check all that out for you. At the end of the day, her whole argument is she's saying that it's not an accident, but her definition of an accident is different than our definition of an accident. >> I'm in two different locations. I'm going to grab my zone phone. I'm going to pull up a map. I want you to show me where it happened. Okay. >> Voicemail. >> Can you elaborate? Because you're being charged with a disorderly >> a disorderly. >> Yes. >> Disorderly conduct that requires a ticket or I have to go to market. >> Yeah. Well, you'd be going to Bridgefield. Okay. >> And how is that how is that a disorderly? >> Because you threatened to damage his vehicle, >> but I didn't touch his vehicle and he threatened me first. >> He threatened to call the police on me without having validation. Then when I said if you call the police on me for lying, >> you were aware that you were in an accident. Okay. >> I wasn't aware. I literally just told you he woke me up when he braced his car. We switched. I wasn't aware of anything until he started following us and we came in the gas station. Then he told me, "You just hit my car. You I didn't hit anything." >> You guys change spots at a light, right? >> Yes. >> It don't matter where we change spots at. We changed spots. >> But it it does >> cuz he woke me up out of my sleep. Yes, it did. >> It does matter where it where you guys switched at. >> I didn't hit anybody though. That's what I'm explaining to you. >> Where did you guys switch? You guys switched at a traffic light, right? >> In traffic. Okay. So then after that when you switched, >> right? >> Right. Was that before the vioaduct? >> That was be before he even told me that he hit him. I switched. So before I had any acknowledgement of them hitting each other, that's when we switched. >> So that was But where was that at? >> Okay. So the light was here when we switched. By the time we passed the val, I was already >> You were already driving. >> Not so much in so many words. We were already driving, but we were passing the vit when everything was explained to me and we needed to woof wa hoop and that was that. When we got through, that's when everything was everything. >> Okay. Well, either way, you're threatening to damage his property >> cuz he threatened me firstly. Like I said, if I would have threatened somebody, you can't threaten somebody with calling. >> I'm going to call the police. That is a threat. I'm going to call the police because you hit my car. And then if I'm telling you, sir, I did not hit your car. Yes, you did. That is a threat. You're telling me I did something that I did not do. >> That But that's not a threat. >> That is a threat. Threatening me with law enforcement and then me saying if you're going to call and lie on me and that is a threat. >> That is not a threat. >> Okay. Well, I would like to make a a report too because that is a threat. That's what was said. That's why I said what I said. Even then, I'm on video under the same report number. Okay. >> I'm walking. I didn't touch his car. Regardless of what I was saying, he was saying what he wanted to say in the middle of the walkway as well. I can say what I want to say. against freedom of speech. Y'all abusing my commandment rights. Y'all can't sit up here and say a threat that I did not follow through with. >> You can't charge me for that. But it's still a threat. >> Thank you. >> It's not a threat because I said you calling the police on me. If you call the police on me, I'm going to destroy your car. That is what I said. He said I'm calling right now. I can say whatever I want to say walking around his car. Long as I didn't touch his car still hooping and hollering. THAT'S NOT NO THREAT. I DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH MY WITH WHATEVER WAS SAID AFTER he said we threatened to call the police on me and I said if you call the police on me I'm gonna do XYZ. He said okay I'm calling. I didn't do nothing else after that. >> So here's the thing. We're not charging you feel threatened. I didn't do nothing to your vehicle and the police made it all the way here and I said please listen please listen. We're not charging you with a threat. Okay? We're charging you with a disorderly conduct for making the threat. >> He made a threat too. calling the police in the matter of an accident which which you know that you're involved in. So I got left behind and I said >> but you got call the police on me to destroy his car >> for something that I didn't do. He then started talking to my brother and he's like man >> calling the police is not a threat. >> I said you calling that is a threat. >> That is not a threat. >> It is a threat. >> If you saying I'm GOING TO JAIL RIGHT now for hitting your car and I'm telling you I didn't do it. That is a threat. Can you just hold that for me? Just hold those. Okay. Like I said, this is the citation of notice to appear. Like I said, I'm not an admission of guilt. It just means that you promise you'll show it to your court date. Okay. That's it. I need you to sign this line right here. Okay. But as of right now, you are good to go. Okay. Okay. Next time you're with your brother and you get involved in an accident, stop. Don't keep driving. Stop. Okay, cuz this could have been handled in 30 minutes. That's how quick this could have gone. Okay, but this got blown way out of the water, right? So, next time, even if you're by yourself, you get into an accident, stop. Yes. >> Okay. Pull over on the side of the road. Stop. Wait for officers to come. Anything like, no matter how small the accident is, it doesn't matter. Okay. Stop. Call 911 yourself. If you're involved, call 911. Have them come out. Okay? Because at the end of the day, we can come out and you can still agree to handle everything civily. Okay? That means there's not be not going to be a report or anything like that, but still call us out. Okay? >> Okay. >> The woman was cited for disorderly conduct and released. Thanks for watch. >> Let me say this, man. I'm gonna say this. I can see her making that threat. They I be trying to be nice, man, especially towards uh my people. And I'm going to be honest with you, some of them make me ashamed to say they're my people. Um but all that mouth and yapping is going like a Chihuahua all that all that mouth for nothing to be humbled at the end. Look at that end. She Yes, sir. Okay, sir. Yeah. All All that I can see you hitting that man car and saying what you saying. They they young. They they they say she mouthd off. She said, "I'mma give you something. I'mma hit your car more so you can call the police." I could see her ass saying that because for some reason these these young chicks, they they they just have a mouth from from from Sailor Moon hell. They just they just talking. Yap yap yap yap yap. Be 89 pounds and think they can take on somebody. This just yapping like a Chihuahua just for nothing. And the cop said this could have been handled in 30 minutes. Something so simple. You hit that man car. I don't know what y'all was doing in the car. And then the brother go speed up. I'm gone. Because they don't want the police calling or what you hiding at. You could have stopped right there and said, "Hey man, I hit your car. handle that just civily, but you got to go yap yap yap. And then this girl said, this woman said, "Y'all violate my commanded rights." She said it so quick. You got to pay attention, man. She said it like near the end of the video. I said, "Com, do you do you know y'all y'all violate my command rights? People are crazy these days, man. I'mma say this and I say it all the time. Just calm your ass down. Stop thinking you know the law and just listen to what the cops got to say. He actually was being nice to you and shut your goddamn mouth sometimes. Stop all that yapping. Look at you now. Now she's just humble. Yeah. Yes, sir. Okay, sir. You know what I'm saying? That's all you got to just comply and listen. Stop talking so much cuz we ain't trying to hear that. I ain't trying to hear and they ain't trying to hear. Just just be quiet. I've done other body cam videos when people just yapping and going off and if you just talk to the cops civily and you act right time they cut you slack. Look, this man gave you a big big big slack to me. Just shut up, comply, and just listen. That's all I got to say about this video right here. Ain't nothing ain't nothing really educational, but it just just learn to be quiet. just just just going off, man. Just for nothing. Just be on just be on a hund for something they know they did. I'mma be on 100 when I'm when I'm not guilty. But if I know I did something, I'm shutting up. Yeah, I did it. Just go. Anyway, y'all let me know what y'all think about this one right here. I ain't really know too much to say about this, but I just want to throw a little message out there. Just message me. Word of the day. Shut up. Shut the f up if you know you wrong. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love support on this channel. We really appreciate y'all being here and we love the comments that y'all leave us.
