Sometime we just get in tune. >> Yeah. I want to know what she did for them to want to put her out, >> right? >> And why is she going off? Like, >> why can't you just sign the paperwork if you want to get out the >> That's what I was saying. Yeah. Why just sign the paperwork? She She want to still want to get paid, >> right? >> But I want to see what's going on though, man. >> Yeah. Just calm down. >> Please. Yes, you do. You know you do. Please. You just >> not going anywhere. >> Please. You don't give it to the supervisors. Calm down. >> Can you believe this? Warren B and that's not your name. >> That's Warren B. That's not my name. That's not his name. >> No, he's cheating. He just cheated. He is cheating. No. >> Please step out. >> No. >> You're being asked to tell. >> No. Why? [ __ ] you. [ __ ] Goofy. Goofy. [ __ ] >> Not just signed. This is how she reacts. I not against her for threatening me. Did she threaten you? >> She did. >> So, what happened here? Okay. I came upstairs. She was in the hallway dancing and I said, "Oh, you just gonna dance while supervisor's walking around." She was like, "I'm on break." I said, "Okay, you on break. You need to leave the floor." I'm watching the resident. So, either you on break or you watching the resident want you to tell her nothing. So, I came downstairs the the room. >> Thank you guys. >> Yeah. Let's see what she was doing. >> Step in here and close the door. >> Who is she? What is the name? Do we have any? >> My name is Yusanna. What is What is USA's last name? >> I don't have this in front of me. >> You want more than just her leaving today? >> Yes. >> She literally charged at this lady. >> She did. >> Like she wanted the price and she told me to get my [ __ ] hand off of her before she, you know. >> Okay. >> And so >> so you said she charged at you? She did. >> So that would be assault if you believe that you were in fear of receiving a battery. A battery is a physical connection where she's going to Um, so do you think it was assault or is it disorderly conduct where she's disturbing? >> No, she was getting ready to come next to my plan. >> Okay. >> Yeah. You sh >> Okay. >> Um, >> what is your role here? >> Your ring. >> Manager. >> Okay. Manager. >> And she is a CNA. >> Yes. >> And she is like a temp worker that came here for the day or does she normally come here? >> She normally comes here. I've seen her here several times. >> So, >> have you ever had issues with her before? >> No. Okay. And so, today what happened? >> So, today she came in, she be in the hallway. She was on the phone dancing and I've seen her before. She's one of those she don't want you to tell her anything. So, I really don't say anything. But I was walking around, but she on the floor dancing. So, I told her I was like, "You see supervisor walking and you just going to continue to dance?" And that's what she told me. I'm on break. I said, "Okay, if you're on break, then you need to leave the floor." So, she was like, "Well, I'm watching the patient." So I said, "Okay, you going to watch the patient or you going or you you on break or you watching the patient?" She was like, "Well, why you disrespectful, ma'am?" I said, "I'm not disrespectful. I'm just trying to figure out what you're doing." I continued to keep walking. So I went downstairs to talk to this young lady to find out what was your >> supervisor. She's not my supervisor. She's my >> She's the CNA supervisor. So she's the CNA supervisor. >> So I asked her, I was like, So she said she's been having problems with her all day. I said, "Well, we need to send her home." I said, "Do we have enough coverage? We can go ahead and send her home." And she was like, "Yeah." I said, "You want to go?" I said," she said, "We can both go." So we went up there. She told me she needs to go. So now she she on break, right? She down there. She sitting down. She's charting. She's documenting, but she on break. She was like, "Well, I got to go home." "What? I'm going home for." I said, "Are you really asking that question?" I said, "First of all, you said you was on break. You didn't leave the floor." I said, "Are you on break now? What the [ __ ] you talking about? What the fuck?" And she just escalated from like 0 to 10 right there. So she got up. She started telling her, "Get the [ __ ] away from me. Get the [ __ ] away from me. [ __ ] y'all. [ __ ] y'all." While she's still working. So, so she was like, "What the [ __ ] you going to do?" And then she started coming to me and I kind of stepped back and then I'm not going to get hit, right? She stepped. I'm going to get hit though. So, she she came in front of them and then a couple people came in between them and I just went on and I just stepped back and I stepped back and then she talked about what she was going to do to me. >> What are those words? What did she say to you? >> Uh, my dad, grandma, [ __ ] [ __ ] you up. you know, all of that. >> And you took that as that she was going to make physical contact. >> She was she was walking towards her. If I would have got her, she would have kept popping up. So, I kept coming back and she was like, "And I [ __ ] spit on you and all this that and so on and such and such." What? And then she they um they got into the elevator, she got on the elevator, she went down, and then that's when we kept saying, "Call you guys." And they said, "You was pulling up." And then that's when we came down and you seen the rest of the show. >> Okay. I know. >> I know, man. >> Hi. Do you mind if I get your version of events? >> I did talk to them. Did you witness the situation from when they were asking her to leave or did you witness anything prior to? >> I only witnessed the last 20 minutes right here. So, >> so how long was this going on? >> Um, honestly, I can't say cuz they say it started on the second. Okay. >> Um, so actually my receptionist came and said they called me to the second floor because they were having a situation up there. And then when I I told them I was on my way up and like 5 minutes later I started hearing her screaming out here. >> Um, so I came out and tried to talk to the team and I explained to her like what's going on. She wouldn't stop screaming. Okay. >> Um, she wouldn't she started cussing me. I'm like I'm like listen I'm trying to help you but I can't help you if you keep screaming. She just wouldn't stop screaming. But then um she gave me the phone to sign her out. as I was trying to sign her out, she's just still yelling at me. So, I'm like, "Okay, take the phone. I just need you to leave." Like, at this point, I just need you to leave. And I didn't know that you guys had already been called. But when she started like raising her voice even more, I'm like, "Someone called the police." And then that's when they told them that you already um had been called. And then like I'm trying to at least get her out of the facility because now I have families and everyone watching. She just went non-stop. >> Okay. The suspect, USA Dodson Powell, was charged with assault after allegedly threatening staff and causing a scene that ended with her spitting and cussing at officers. If you enjoyed the So, let me tell y'all what happened. Let me tell y'all what happened. That stuff they not telling y'all. I'mma say it the the the right way and I'm going to say it the way that I want to say it. She was in the hallway twerking. Yep. >> Dancing ah making Tik Toks on the phone or something like that. >> And see people said this is a professional business, right? >> Then she clap back with her little >> moonfly attitude. >> Why in my face for B so so so and so. You know what I'm saying? I'm on break. Then the woman said, "Well, if you're on break, you say you watching the patient or something like that." Yeah, I'm watching the patient. I'm on break. a little ratchet ass and they twerking. >> Yep. >> Probably making videos online >> and acting acting a fool and then they say, "Well, we ain't gonna pay you today." Then that's when she started flipping. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> What you think? >> Pretty much the same. Um I know I know it's exactly what you said. I know it is without a doubt. >> We just watched another CNA get fired. Remember that video we was watching where the girl was making videos. We watched somebody actually like making like a little short little >> making videos about Yeah. about um this particular CNA or >> she might was a nurse at this time >> always going live exposing people's um names and personal information doing it. I think she was at their house at the time or whatever. >> Um >> I'm seeing it over and over. >> Yes. This is the new age of the young nurses slashcas. >> Yes. >> And whatever the other NAS you can get >> the 30 and unders >> or I'll say between 30 and 40 now. But they're they're kind of they're getting very very young. All the young girls are going into nursing now. >> So this is the kind of attitude y'all going to start seeing. Lord, think about it. This is the people that's going to be taking care of >> your mama's. No. >> And grandmas and y'all. >> These are the kind of people that gonna be taking care of us. >> Yes. >> The yians. >> Yes. The the we we in our 40s. >> Yes. >> 20 more years. We 60. >> Yes. Yes. >> Look. Save y'all money. >> Stay up. Exercise. Get right. >> Yes. >> Let's keep our health up, y'all. The young young te's >> young thoughts that what I call them. >> Yeah, I know, right? Yeah. Unfortunately, this is the future. It's always going to be some good ones, but the majority of them are going to be like this. You can't tell them anything. >> They want to do what they want to do. They want to come to work and act a damn fool and still expect to get paid. They don't care about any authority >> and they don't care the proper place and time. They don't care. Like I've seen a well one of them wasn't a girl. It's embarrassing to talk about this stuff sometime. >> It is. >> But I've seen a group of females. Doesn't matter what color they are, but a group of females >> twerking in front of a fivestar restaurant. >> Yes. >> At the at the door with inside of the restaurant. And the man came out. He was like, "Hey, hey, hey. Y'all gonna have to get out of here with this." And I was like, "What? What? I waiting on my food?" >> And I'm like, "Is this what we have to look forward to?" >> Fatigue. >> I knew you were gonna say that. And I'm not saying it's one race or the other cuz it's not I've seen them all. >> Yeah, I've seen them all. >> I've seen them all. >> But I'm so tired of this. >> But she she could have just said, "You know what, y'all? I'm just having a effed up day. Can you sign my paper and let me go about my business?" >> Right? >> That simple. Yeah. >> When we talk, I I I listen, I love everybody in the world, but when I talk when I when I say certain things, I'm trying to make our people better. >> We got to do better, man. Are we going to do better? >> Not us. >> I know, right? I'm just saying >> I have slim ho I'm be honest with you. >> There's always good. That's what I was saying when I first started saying there's always going to be good. There there are nurses that they their pride and joy is taking care of other people. I know someone like this personally like she's a single mom. She, you know, struggling to get her degree to go back to school because this is what she loves. Yeah. >> But >> come on.
