An officer is stopped dead in his tracks by a security guard while trying to conduct a traffic stop. >> Open the >> What's good everybody? Welcome to Body Cam Vibes. Shout out to Midwest Safety for this video. We ain't going to waste no time. Let's get into it, y'all. >> Gate. Open the gate. Open the gate. Open the gate. Open the Open the gate. >> I can't. >> Yes, you can because I'm stopping that vehicle. Either open the gate or you're going to go to jail. >> I'm going to go to jail. Okay, hold on, sir. Cuz I do have to call my survivor. >> I'm trying. I was trying to conduct a traffic stop and you're impeding in that investigation right now. I'm a I'm a police officer. At this point, we're going to have a little meeting with my supervisor, too. >> Okay. >> So, go >> I do I have to call my >> open the gate so I can turn around and be right here and get him up here now. >> Immediately. >> The officer calls his supervisor to the scene. As the supervisor is on his way, the officer has a chat with the security guard. >> Before he was coming in, he was trying to, you know, he was trying to make a traffic stop. >> There's a very good chance that you may be going to jail. >> Now, it's it's a chance that I'm going to jail because I didn't want to let him in. >> It does not matter, sir. I was affecting a traffic stop and affect and affecting >> an investigation. You can't She can go to jail for impeding. >> Wait, but you didn't say he was trying to make a traffic stop. Man, were my blue lights inside? Was my blue lights on? >> Trying to tell you. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> How are you? >> I'm good. >> So, I'm the on duty supervisor. >> Yes. Is there a reason why you don't let an emergency vehicle on the road interfering with >> I have to like usually I can't just you know let anybody in. So I >> Anybody call >> anybody? But >> man, you're about to go to jail. >> I'm about to go >> You're about to go to jail for obstruction. You don't have the authority to stop fresh pursuit in the state of Florida. I know, right? What? >> She closed the gate on you. >> Mhm. >> Wow. >> I thought about just going through it. >> He was already the the uh the employee was already on site. >> This is going to have to go to the top. >> Just clarify. The vehicle came in here. Vehicle comes in here, runs a stop sign, calls in my other traffic stop, Dixie cut off, runs a stop sign. I come down all the way down Dixie trying to catch up to it. It turns off of here and I'm still a decent ways behind it. >> But I'd have been stopped right here and truck pulls through. >> What do you mean stop right there? >> I if this gate would have stayed open, the truck would have been stopped right here. >> Oh, look. This this Oh, the truck was right here. >> Yeah. >> I I don't have enough for him to be eluded. >> What's your supervisor's name? This is Corporal Lee with the Stewart Police Department. Yes, sir. Our officer was attempting to overtake a vehicle that was pulling into your parking lot. As the vehicle pulled into the parking lot, my officer was behind it with his blue lights and sirens, and your security guard shut the gate on him and refused to open up the gate for him to affect a traffic stop. >> Do you have your ID on you? >> What's your What's your full name? >> Titana. T Y T I >> A N A. >> No, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no. She is. She's directly obstructing a law enforcement action. This is not NASA. This is not a a facility that is that has restricted access during a uh a law enforcement action. This was a fully marked police car with this red and blue lights on. >> All right, hang out right here. >> First name Tatiana, last name of >> Oh, no. No. But yes, but you >> I don't know, y'all. This right here is kind of a little tricky one to me, man. I I I see both sides. Let's get back into it. You have to understand that you still have to follow the law. That that's kind of common sense that you don't shut a gate on the police officer in performance of his duties. They had just let the employee in which in the police car was just behind it catching up and then your your security guard shut the gate. >> I never shut the gate [snorts] shut and it's on. I don't >> but you didn't open it for Okay. So, the person was already inside and then all I seen was lights just come like but >> if it was like a medical emergency or something like that, when did you open the gate? >> I would still have to call. >> No, I don't. So, I don't I don't think you understand. You have to call. Yeah, if there was a medical emergency or anything like that, you wouldn't let us in. >> So that that that's the issue, sir. I >> So then here's the thing. You're going to need somebody. You're going to need a new security guard here in a second then to come to the gate >> because she's going to go to jail for obstruction for do for obstruction. >> Let me ask you this. What time do all your employees get here? >> This time all the time or you know by chance? >> All different times. Okay. All these assets. But they they speed a lot. Let me just say that. They speed a lot. No, that No. That officer was That officer has already ordered her to allow him inside and she refused. So, no, no, she doesn't have that. No, no, that's not how this works. Okay, I will call you back. >> Let's go. >> I'll change your back, please. >> I'm going go to the other side of the car. Step right here up against my toes. >> Ma'am, do you is there another security officer that works here on scene? I'm fine. >> Is there another security officer that works here? >> Where would anybody be coming from if they need to relieve you? >> Uh, we got to get her ID cuz nothing's coming back for her. >> That's fine. >> Listen, it's two officers that usually come relieve me at uh 6:00. >> At 6:00? >> Yeah. >> Can you get back in there so you can call your boss back? We can get this figured out. How did you spell your first name? >> T Y T I A N A. >> Okay. Nothing's coming back for you. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> Yes. >> Hello, Miss Corporal again. Is there any do you have another security guard on scene that can send you to the gate? >> I'm the supervisor. I'm the coming to reliever and I'm 45 minutes away from her. I'm getting ready right now to come in. I'm supposed to be at 6:00. >> Okay. So, there's nobody else here. >> There's nobody at all. I'm the only one that can come over there to reliever. >> I won't be until 6:00. >> Is there anybody in here that can come up here and take care of this for you? >> Right. I just spoke to um um the safety guy. The safety guys, we live in the same area. We're both trying to get as soon as we can. >> Okay. But there's no man is there a manager on site for right now? >> You just said that >> right now? No. Is there the employee over there and then um as far as like um manager that can come and relieve her? I mean that I mean she really going to jail because of my job. >> She so there's a difference between doing your job and and common sense female. She's making a compromise. If you shut the gate and refuse law enforcement entrance during a fresh, this isn't like we just showed up for an investigation. I would understand it like if we showed up for an investigation. This officer was actively following a vehicle into the property and she actively left the gate down and refused to open it for him to continue to his his law enforcement action. >> Yeah. Because that's what that's what we were trained for. That's what we was told. We're not supposed to let you guys until we ask question what's going on. We have to ask question and then we have to follow protocol because even me as a supervisor for that I would have done the same thing and then call the system people or the HR people asking for green light and they'll tell me what to do to follow what's secure. >> Okay. All right. We are going to work this out right now and then we'll get everything figured out. Okay. >> I'm trying to be there as soon as I can, sir. >> All right. Thank you. >> As soon as I can. All right. >> What do you think? What do you think about a warrant? >> Oh, not a warrant. You're going to NA. >> You're going to NA her for resisting without for the obstruction. Okay. And then we're going to let her go. So get what she got done as quick as possible. Get, you know, you don't have to do the the narrative. Get a her name, the charge, and then we're going to let her go. We'll go from there. >> Tell her I'm going to set her phone in the office. >> Ma'am, he's going to set your phone inside the office. Okay. >> I told you these I've been saying for the past 2 3 days, these airport people have been spinning up and down. I've been trying to catch them >> around 4:30. >> 4:30. >> 5:00. I'm sorry. This is why I tried to >> I just I cannot fathom like I totally understand like if we're coming on site to do an investigation, you can do that. You can't in fresh pursuit of a vehicle actively prevent us from doing our job. That's what like what if in a car chase he comes here? She's just over here >> safe. Safe. No, that's not how that works. Absolutely not. >> Is her manager on scene? >> No, he's 45 minutes away. >> Oh. >> You want to hear the good news? You're not going to jail today. You are getting a notice to appear. I'll explain all that in just a minute. Come on out and turn around for me. >> So, in lie of us taking you through the whole booking process and there we're going to release you with a court date today. Okay. >> Okay. >> We're going to step back inside so you don't get sucker wet and explain everything to you. >> So, in lie of you going to jail, you're going to be given a court date. Your court date is as stated here on June 18th at 2026 at 1:00. You have to appear for that. This is a in le of arrest. This is a written arrest. If you fail to appear, then a warrant for your arrest will be put out. Do you understand what I'm saying? >> Yes. >> Do you understand why this is happening? >> Have I been perfectly clear when I was sitting there? >> I think I believe I requested for you to open the gate three times and explain to you that I was trying to conduct a crap traffic stop. >> You understand? And you said, "Well, I got to call my supervisor." Well, that's not an option. When those lights are on and I'm conducting my business, you don't have the right, no matter what, to interfere with that. Had you opened the gate, then we wouldn't be having this conversation. Okay? Do you understand? >> Yes. >> So, I understand that if you know your your bosses tell you to do something that we all want to try to please our bosses, but you can't directly disobey orders, especially with something like that. Okay? That's why you're not going to jail. You have any questions for me? >> No. >> All right. >> Do I do I need to leave a my name or anything? >> I mean, you don't have to. I just didn't know if you needed if your boss needed training. >> Nah, I think we're good. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Have a good one. >> This suspect, 29-year-old Titiana, was charged with resisting arrest without violence. However, the charge was later dropped and her case was closed. >> I was I want I want to say this and it might it might offend uh the cop lovers and you know, it is what it is. I'm going to say what I want to say on my channel. Sometimes you can tell the kind you can tell certain cops love their authority. This the way just by the way they talk. They love that they have that power um to um they have the law on their side. Well, you don't have the right to do this and so so and so and you could just tell the ones who really enjoy their job and they that power over me being the law and you can't break it. I could just tell by how they sound and the way they talk and you can tell the ones that's like human. They say, you know, hey, you know, you did you broke the law, but so and so and so I know how it is. Even though he said that, he was like, "Yeah, you know, are you going to please your boss by so and so?" This the way he kept saying it and the way the other officer kept talking to her and and I'm like, you could tell those one who love that power. That's why some of them become cops because they they just they love to have that power and the law on their side and they just feel like they can talk to you any kind of way or say what they want to say. Um, not saying it's by all cops, of course not. But I could just tell the ones who was probably uh little punks when they was in in high school and people picked at them and they said, "I'm going to be a cop. I can have the authority." I just it just it just little things that I watch how they say things. Uh when I watch these body cam videos, they they they love to have that law on their side uh with certain things. Now, I'm I'm going to tell you the truth about this situation. I'm half on half. I I do agree with the cops. You see those blue lights on, something's going on. you need to let me through. I I'm I'm I'm with them on that. I'm That's common sense. You know the like the cops said, the law is on their side. If you see them in a pursuit of something, that shouldn't have been a question. You said, "Oh, that's a cop." When you see cops on the road and they speed, you pull over. You said, "Oh, the cops trying to get through something." You see the ambulance, the cops trying to get there. They need to get to where they need to be. So, you don't understand that. That's common sense. you see a person speeding on on the highway, a regular person, you like, "What they what they speeding for?" But you know, if you see a cop, it's for a reason. So, you get out their way. So, I'm with the cops on that end. But at the same time, she was doing her job. They told him told her, "Don't let nobody in. I don't care who it is." That's right. That's that reminds me of my mom when I was younger. My mama would be at work when I come home. She said, "Let me tell you something. Don't open the door for anybody. I don't care who it is. He said, "It could be a family member. Don't open the door till I get home." So, one time my brother came from his dad house and I would not open the door. He said, "Man, let me in." I said, "Uh, mom said, "Don't let nobody in." She said, "I'm your brother." Mama said, "Don't let nobody in." So, I had to call my mom on her job. She said, "That's your brother. You let him in." Cuz he used to live with his dad. He's like, "Why would you not let me in?" Cuz I said, "Mama told me not to let nobody in, even if it's a family member." So on that on that regard, I have to give her credit. She was just following protocol. And I love how she didn't act up. She didn't act ratchet. She didn't act ghetto. She didn't act none of that. And she she probably just needed her job. And I'm glad the charges were dropped, man, cuz this it's a stupid charge to me. Well, it's justified. I get it. But it's stupid to me. I just and and and and uh the supervisor I understand he was saying we have to still follow protocol. Then if she would have did it the the stupid thing about it is if she would have let the cop in the supervisor would have got mad at her. I told you that's not protocol to let anybody in. They would have fired her. You get what I'm saying? So it's like a uh uh uh on both sides. Y'all come to the comments and let me know what y'all think about this situation right here. Who was right? Who was wrong? explain. That's That's what we here for. Thank y'all for being here. Thank y'all for the love supporting this channel. And I didn't I didn't include what Officer John says cuz I like for y'all to go see what he said on their original video. And shout out to Midwest Safety for letting us use their videos.
