on the early morning of June 20th
2024 the Miami Beach Police Department
responded to the scene of call for
service at the local marina the
following shows the bodyw warn camera
footage of what happened during the
incident back up this guy's getting
aggressive where is he it's a rapper on
the tea head okay he's getting
aggressive he pushed the owner he ripped
a shirt okay he started tapping me
pushing everyone
okay are they on the
show

okay just be advised
yo everyone put their hands on their
head everybody put their hands on their
head everybody put their hands on their
head they got a gun come here you have a
firearm on you sir yo here buddy do you
have a firearm on you when they first
pulled up but I wasn't getting off this
boat because I felt disrespected because
his captain kicked the door open just
have it SE I'm going sit right here a
seat from you wait right
here have a seat a seat have a seat this
do what we ask have a
seat I think there's more people yeah
are you who's the only he's the captain
okay so what happened so let me give you
a rundown real quick and
you uh basically he's Captain the boat
the owner of the boat kind of like rent
out he wasn't here I know but the owner
rents out the boat people pay he takes
them out correct uh they come back they
leave he said they docked he was
supposed to leave it was 20 minutes pass
of time like this guy supposed to go to
the boat he said that he went to the
bathroom gave him like an extra 20
minutes like I was his courtesy you know
like okay so he said the guy was in the
bathroom he goes knock on the door open
the door the guy opens it and he starts
pushing you right like saying it wasn't
the bathroom it was a bathroom so like
bedroom okay so the guy didn't want to
leave basically because he was in there
with a woman female yeah and then uh
this is his that's guy's his security so
who did someone push you was there any
physical cont anytime okay let me ask
you this do you want to press charges
against soon I just want H to do okay so
all you want us to do right now is get

brother call theer and get back I'm on
the phone with the lady that booked I
didn't book this boat for okay well you
have to call and get I need you to help
me though just you're not going to get
back on that boat so I got to call 911 I
just you're not going to get back on the
boat I don't need you to get I don't
need back on the boat all I need you to
do is walk back to me and let them know
that I left a green bag on there all
right then in the know then you're not
going to go back over there I don't want
to go back over here okay then stay back
in the
car can I just walk no I already told
you no you're not going back on the boat
you already I don't want to go back on
the boat that's what I'm telling you
then wait over here so much room over
here okay there's a lot of room over
here too you can wait right there why
you think I'm aggressive I'm not being
aggressive I'm just asking you to wait
right there I got a phone on the boat
bro I got okay that's fine but I'm going
to ask you to wait right there and then
I'll go check for your bag
I'm a legal citizen no you can go back
over there you can go back over there I
have a camo bag on the boat okay we
going to go officers and the other
officers let me know that the security
that I kicked out my car had my bag I
didn't know that okay so that's I put
this my phone and my bag yeah and we
also went back to the boat to double
check to see if your proper was on there
there was nothing on there he told me
the security left M but that's the
security and I tell him why didn't the
security just leave the back of my car
I just didn't know that I don't have his
number he wasn't security wasn't hired
through me was hired through my
assistance and everybody else bu my
phone everything so that then when and I
understand that I I'm here by myself I'm
not here with nothing nobody actually
me so for 13 for 30 cops pull up for me
and more people I'm not doing that it
wasn't fa pops you got to we got to
understand why we were there at to
beginning it's the nature of the call
how the call come out I get but you
understand the nature of the call is a
little extreme for owner that showed up
that was never there for Captain they
call us out there they call us out there
so that's why you have to listen to both
sides of the story we did but I feel
like everything was aggressed to me I'm
in the war
backseat what took place happen right
now I wasn't there I understand
how miam y'all got to you got to respect
the owners of the boats owners of the
water I get it if I own the boat I will
need the same respect I told you but at
the same time though that's why I look
but when I came back to realize that my
phone and my other person Cy might have
been on that
boat and I spoke to a cop before I got
off the car so what I'm going to tell
you like I mentioned earlier when we
were out at the
marinaa there were three females who
flagged us down saying they have a bag
or to that belong to somebody on the
boat they didn't say who the name was
they belong to I mentioned to you when
you came back and say hey I left my bag
camouflage whatever bag so that sounds
like four people that left a bag on the
boat that we all got whoever that person
was we did our dual diligence we went to
check the boat there was nothing there
we checked the whole area you guys were
at and those females are no longer there
so we make I don't know about the
females all I know stand when y'all came
and addressed me I was by myself there
was no te when y'all came and address me
understand them listen to what I'm
saying I hear you I hear okay I hear so
at that
point what you request was to check for
us to go double check for
me I can't speak for any femals that was
on the boat when y'all came to address
me there was no fem this listen to what
I'm saying I hear iar what you requested
for us to do we went to check the bag is
not there okay so that's why I come to
tell you that because when I came back
out I see that you you already told me
okay good sorry that's the OG right here
talk security so we have a supervisor
here do you need to speak to the
supervisor or no can I can I can I
please speak
to one
[Applause]
second hey what's his um what's his
first name his first name is Jack
Jack
jock Hey Jo what's up
buddy what man like H look man that
shouldn't have got this far I I don't
think you understand I only came back to
get my double back in my yeah bro but I
hey we gave you a lot for order to leave
you were acting now you're calm but when
we were on scene you were very
disorderly man wa I was only disorderly
because the captain of the boat kicked
the door down I was in the bedroom it's
a business man you got take it up with I
respect that and I walked away you were
yelling screaming cursing cuz the before
y'all got there the owner and the
owner's wife got think bro it's
a all it's all
non Spanish and black bro going big on
me bro it's not even it wasn't even the
issue Jo whatever issue you had with the
business take it up with them but once
we get there on scene we're trying to
keep the peace man I totally get it and
I was with the piece that's why I walked
away no you weren't man hey how many
times did I have to tell you to leave I
walked with you you told me we have to
tell you to leave we have to tell you to
leave and then so once you we told you
to leave why would you even come back
man cuz my bag and my phone and then
even when you come back you're still
yelling at me you're yelling there was
condos people live there man and you're
yelling bro you're
yelling and I even asked you hey what
have you been drinking all that bro it's
like I smell it off of you man you me
it's Al it's B bro we we drink maybe you
got to T it down but my thing is like
I'm I could drink and be focused I'm so
focused well look apparently not man not
today not today I did I did I did and I
respect it I respect it totally but I
feel like I feel like you need the right
people around you man get the right
people around you that can tell you like
hey tone it down calm down and put you
in the car not bring you back especially
when law enforcement already told you a
law for hey don't come back man don't
come back you're going to get arrested
you're coming back you're acting
disorderly and then you come back man
the right people who who was in the car
with you nobody that can like talk you
down but my thing is like why can't I be
by myself I'm a I'm a my thing is you a
human right because I'm a celebrity I
don't have to I don't have to feel like
I got to be with security assistant I
feel like as a celebrity I should be
able to be by myself I don't like being
with security I don't like being with
it's a waste of money it's just
obviously looking out for you man you
know I'm saying get cuz I even asked you
hey get your bag and you were like hey
no hey hey pick up my bag I gave it to
security but I fired security right when
we left because he allowed the captain
to kick the captain kicked my door oh
he's he's the owner of the it wasn't
even his fault your guys's fault and I
get that and I told the captain before I
left I said I know it's not your fault
he called it owner the owner showed up
he told me you've been on my boat four
times I was like I never met you life
we'll see we'll see what uh what we can
do man all right hey
