The woman was charged with multiple offenses, including aggravated battery, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and two counts of aggravated battery to a peace officer. She spent 4 days in jail following her arrest. About 8 months later, she accepted a plea deal pleading guilty to resisting a police officer while all other charges were dropped. She was sentenced to time served, placed on 18 months of probation, and ordered to pay $1,074 in court costs and fees. She was also required to go to anger management counseling.
