What's good everybody? Welcome back to SNK Unlimited. We back with another body cam video. Shout out to Explore with Us EW Body Cam for this video. As y'all can tell by this title, it's going to be interesting. And as always, we watching with y'all. So, let's just get into it. 911 call for help brings cops to the bedroom door of a man in crisis. What follows is a volatile standoff, and it's not long before this nerve-wracking battle of wills erupts in an explosion of violence that will leave officers shaken and loved ones desperate for answers. The following report is based on official police records, and most of the footage has never been seen before until now. At approximately 2:30 in the morning on October 16th, 2023, a woman in Wallingford, Connecticut makes a frantic call to 911 after hearing a gunshot from the upstairs bedroom. Is he breathing? Breathing. Okay. How old is he? Police are dispatched as Barbie, the woman on the line, divides her attention between the operator and the man in the bedroom, Donald Passmore. Is there any serious bleeding? No way. Is there any serious bleeding? Hold on. Hold on. They're on my way. Hold on. I don't know where the phone I already called them. All right, hold on. All right, I'll get it. I'll get it. All right, Donnie, I got it. I got to put the gun down. I got it right here. Hold on. The dispatcher updates the responding police as Barbie tries to explain the situation. Patient is still breathing and alive at this time. He still has the firearm. Caller is outside of the house. I knew he was for a while. I just started kind of dating him about 3 weeks. I've known him for a long time. Oh my god. I don't know what to do. Oh my god. Within minutes, Wallingford police officers Gordon McCascal and Robert Belaluchcci arrive at the house for an encounter that will leave everyone stunned. Inside here, what what room is he in? If you walk up the stairs, he's up to the left. It's a second floor house. I guess I mean upstairs up upstairs. Up the stairs to the left. Sir, Officer Mascalford, police. Come on in. Where's the gun? Right next to me. Take it away from you. Throw it away. Throw the gun away. Where is it? Is it a gun on the floor? Sir, is the gun Where is the gun in relation to where you are? Where is it? Behind me. I don't care. Ready to arrest me? Let me see your hands. Put your hands down. I don't care. Take me away. I don't care. I I don't care. You want to shoot me? Shoot me. I don't want to shoot you. Shoot me. Shoot me. I already know, man. This man probably dealing with depression. Yep. He don't even want to be alive no more. I felt it from the getgo, man. Like when she said he was dealing with depression and she just not dating him. Yeah. Um or he could be drunk. I'm not sure. Sometimes when they have a terminal illness, they don't want to prolong it. Yeah. They try to do situations like this. Yeah. Like maybe they just find out something and they just they just give up hope. They give up hope. Yeah. Yeah. You know, just this just our opinion, but we just it seems that way. Yeah. Yeah. Where's the weapon, sir? No. Do not so. All right, sir. Just leave your hands on your head. Get that light off of me or you're going to be dead. Put the light off of me. The light on you. It's on the back light. You listen to me. I don't listen to you. Are you trying? You want to try it? Can you get off the bed? Are you going to try it? Can you get off the bed, sir? No. I'm going to die right there, man. There's no reason for you guys to have your guns out. No, nothing. Go down there. That is a negative. Do not enter. Let me die. Let me die. All right. We don't want you to die, sir. I want you to die. I don't care about what you want. You haven't lit my Don't even think about it. Don't even think about it. Don't even think about that light in my eye. You hear me? You keep her hands where we can see them behind me. You keep your hands where we can see them. I'm dying. That's it. Leave me alone. Let me go in peace. Okay. Can you ever do something like that, sir? Keep your hands in front of you. Do me a favor. Come down on the floor. No, I'm not coming on the floor. I'm not doing nothing. You got two chances. One, don't be a hero. Put the light down. No. Put the light in my face. You keep your hands where we can see them and I won't I always have a hand there. I just told you don't be a hero. You're going to end up with zero. Country music blares in the background of this tense scene. And though the music has been muted due to copyright restrictions, the songs include She's Somebody's Daughter, Save Me, and The One That Got Away. Y I'm fine. I'm going to sleep. I'm not going to wake up. Keep your hand in front of me right now. My hands are up. Don't worry about it. He said, "I'm going to sleep. I'm not going." Grab the phone. Wow. Did you grab the phone? I don't know where your phone is. I don't Can I get up? Get my phone. Keep your hand in front of you. They're right there. Where is it? Where's your phone? Where's your phone? Put your Put your hand in front of you. Put your hand in front of you right there. Put your hands up. Put your hands up right now. Tell you right now you're coming into that room where I go grab that phone. You're not grabbing the phone off the vent. Forget it. Keep your hands up where we can see it. Get that phone. Bring it. It's done. Put your hands up. We'll be done. Keep her hands up. Relax. I'm just going to die. Shut the lights off. We don't want you to die, sir. I do. I live 62 years. I'm done. Dang. Damn. Just come down off the bed. Come down off the bed. Come down off the bed. The gun. Do not touch the gun. Get the out. You don't tell me what to do. You don't touch the gun. You hear me? Tell me what to do. You're in my house. Yeah. You You want to find out? Officers Belaluchcci and Macascal hold the doorway while backup positions themselves at the base of the steps. We need you to come down off the bed. I I believe you. That's what I'm doing. That's it. I'm going to bleed to death. Then you take out the corpse. All right, man. I got to That's all I want to do. I'm just going to my music and bleed to death. Sorry. You guys don't want to hear it. If you want if you're in the service, you want to saw it. Why don't you tell me what what's so bad in your life that made you do this? You're not a negotiator. If you're a negotiator, you start up and get it. I know all I do. Don't send me what I'm recording. That's all I do. You want to run me. You put in your eyes. Put the flashlight down. Put both flashlights down. I'm telling you right now. You know where are you going to go? What of you are going to go? The only flashlight that's on is pointed at the ground right now. Listen both of them off now. You can't go there. Put your hand in front now. Do not touch the gun. Get your hand in front of you now. Get your right hand up. Now, Suddenly, the two officers open fire at the same time. Shots fired. Shots fired. Shots fired. Good. Yep. After waiting more than a minute to watch for movement, the officers move in. I need to get him off the bed. Cure that weapon. I need that mic. Go ahead. Get that weapon away. [Music] Okay. Show the gun. Yeah. Give me that back. Go right downstairs to your right. As you're turning towards the front door, there's a medic bag right there. Great. Take my spot. Yep. Yep. [Applause] Yep. All right. Come in. Yeah. It's not bleeding for anywhere. As medics tend to Donald Passmore, Barbie gives 911 another call. I think I heard more gunshots in the house. I don't know what happened. Do you know what happened? I'm outside. There was another shot fire, but they didn't tell us what was going on inside. Barbie can't get information from the operator. But soon, Officer Beluchcci emerges to confirm her worst fears. Ma'am, is there anybody else in the house? He wouldn't put the gun down, man. I'm so sorry. He wouldn't put the gun down. I'm so sorry, man. He wouldn't he wouldn't listen to us. But Barbie isn't the only one reeling from what just happened. Oh, wow. Hey, they got a Wow, man. They got to transport. Where's the Where's the me? That's me. if anything was what was going on with him today. Hey man, I got to pause in a minute. Yes, y'all might see a little little tears up in my eyes a little. And this I got Oh yeah. Um when I when I saw when I saw the officer cuz you know officer they built to be tough and when I saw him when I saw him like that got me a little bit man. Got me a little bit. I ain't gonna lie to you man. Well, the crazy part is like y'all were there to keep him from harming himself. Then they end up having to harm him to keep him from harming himself. Yes. It kind of was like y'all should just left and say I'm sorry. What? We need to have a new law that says if you want to self-inflict harm on yourself, it's okay. And the police should not intervene because now this man has to deal with what he did to the officer, I mean to the man instead of allowing him to do it himself. Yeah. It's it's the whole thing is just weird. It is. I I always make a joke. I said you can't even self harm yourself. Yep. If you want to. It's your body. And the man said, "I was ready to go." And I know nobody nobody want to see that. Nobody want the person to go but they know how they feel. Yeah. It's like do we own ourselves out here? We can't even we don't we can't even self-inflict ourselves we want to. You can't do anything to yourself that you want to do unless it's you know it's like something like really really weird like a surgery or something like that. That's crazy to me man. But that all right let's get back into it. That kind of got me. I ain't going to lie. Yeah. that led to this. What happened was he was he's supposed to go at 3:00 in the morning right now to move his friend to Florida to go to Florida. He was supposed to drive and move his stuff completely out and then he started to but I think a lot of things have happened in his life. You know what I mean? Soon, Officer Beluchcci excuses himself to fill his lieutenant in on the tragic encounter. You all right, Beluchcci? You all right, man? Oh, as good as I can, baby. Yeah. Start running the tape. Uh, once they leave, run the tape through all the trees. Right. It's Puchi. He's going to be transported to the hospital. I guess he still has a pulse. Uh, he was laying on the bed. He had the handgun to his side. and you know he wasn't complying with orders to keep his hands free and he ended up raising the gun and we we got the fire on him. Medics load Donald Passmore into the ambulance to perform CPR while the two officers who shot him come together in the street. Good dude. Oh man, the man arrow come up over the side of him. She fired too. Yeah. Don't shot. Hey, you did exactly what you were trained to do. Okay. I know it sucks. You heard him. He said he told him multiple times not to reach for it. You knew exactly where it was. He reached for it. You had no other option. And as the officers comfort each other, Barbie struggles to process this nightmare. What am I going to do? What am I going to tell this family? Oh my god. Yes. Despite receiving emergency medical attention both in the ambulance and at the hospital, Donald Passmore is pronounced dead at 3:37 a.m. 43 minutes after the shooting. 3 hours later, two Wallingford detectives go out to notify his next of kin. Hi, good morning. We're with the police department. Are you Susan Con? Who are you? We're the police department. I'm uh Detective Fenza. This is Detective Hulahan. Yeah. Um are you you're Susan? Yeah. Are you uh Robert Pastormore's sister? Yeah. Why? I'm I'm sorry to inform you. He passed away this morning. No. Yes. Um he it So it was a Uncle Bobby. There's two rubber passes. Which one? I mean, I'm sorry. Donald. Donald. Donald. Yes. Donald. What's going on? So Oh, please. Do you want to come in? Um yeah, if if you don't mind. Yeah. Oh my god. Oh god. Oh. Oh, Jesus Christ. You guys want to if you want to sit down. So, we were we were called out there around 2:30 in the morning. Um, I don't have too many details right now, but what you doing out there, granddaddy? That didn't look right, bro. Like, is is he naked or what's going on? He coming out yanking his me. Oh my god. I swear it look like I needed that laugh. I needed that, man. We need that laugh for a minute. I'm get back into it. Y Let's get back into like man they yanking it. Uh he was um there was a he was implying the use of a firearm and from what I know there was an officer involved shooting and the cop shot him. Yes, ma'am. Uh I it's a very active scene right now. It's a very active investigation. He's such a bull. Boy, oh boy. I'm not going to lie, he probably deserved it. He was an a-hole. He did that one Thanksgiving. Yeah, I know. Trust me, I wasn't. Trust me, I know about He sat in his bedroom all messed up, drugged up, shooting in the bedroom. But it was only me. Well, we were downstairs having things pissed off cuz his daughter was a real gun or be Oh, it was a real gun. Good thing I was there. No, you couldn't go up there. That's what he wanted. Someone to go up there. There's somebody called the cops so he can get shot. In January 2025, the Connecticut Inspector General concluded that officers Robert Beluchcci and Gordon Macascal were facing what they reasonably believed to be a threat of serious injury or death and found their use of force to be objectively reasonable and justified. Donald Passmore was 62 years old. Wow, man. That right there, I ain't going to lie to you, man. I You know, I'm I'm We really on this channel. Yeah. Some people be jackasses all their life. Yeah. And sometime when they die, you be like, "Oh, well." Yeah. But that's still a human life. And I And and what I got to give the cops props for, they show the human side, right? Because I see so many cops just try to be tough. Yes. And it makes it seem like you're not human, right? They just like, "Oh, well, another one dead." I love they grabbed each other, said, "Man, you know, this is what we trained for." Yes. But still cry, bro. Right. I like that. That got to me. I like to see human in people. Right. Most definitely. What I can think of, two different situations, two different sets of police officer. I just wanted to talk about it though. Mhm. Um this is a man who was obviously um Okay. Yeah. He had been drinking. Never know. He might have been on drugs. Might not been this time. Yeah. Um he was just overcome probably with just like a lifelong you know just battle of depression and other stuff. I can understand that. Yeah. So the police handled this correctly. They didn't go in with the intent to you know do something. It was to kind of deescalate the situation if they could have. What this reminds me of of those police officers that went in with the lady that had the mental illness with the pot of water. Oh, yeah. Yeah. That could have been him. Yeah. And they just like she they I don't even understand how you would use a pot of water as a threat, right? When this man had a firearm and he was given opportunities, right? And this woman didn't even have any kind of weapon and wasn't even given an opportunity. That's true. Like the man in that one, he shot her in the head. Yeah. So, I'm just thinking of like stuff like this where I I too applaud police officers when you have the time to think critical without thinking everybody's a suspect. Everybody deserves to be taken out or handled quickly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. What What you laughing? I was laughing cuz everybody say I say right all the time and I keep on saying right. Right. Right. So I don't know what else to say. Yeah. I saw I say right. You want to say amen. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah. I don't know what else to say. You want that? But yeah. I just that's what I'm saying. I just I just love that they gave this a time right to try to deescalate the situation when a lot of other police officers just don't give a damn. Right. See I keep on saying that. Yeah. I said true. True. start truth. And if any cop, former cop see this video that we doing, this is how you handle a situation. I like how they gave this man a chance, right? That's all we trying to say. They didn't give the lady a chance. I like that. And I And show emotions. Show that you're human, right? You're not less of a man to just say, "Man, this was a tough one right here, man." You're still human, but you still got to do what you got to do. That's what you train for. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, in the speaking of that the other video, I it was a video out there we didn't necessarily do, but I'm just talking about it. Um, in that particular video, if you if y'all haven't seen it, you can go back and watch it yourself. But in that particular video, after he had shot the woman, he was on there like, oh well, she shouldn't have come at her like he he never had remorse on camera. Yeah. They obviously were remorseful in the situation. Yep. So this this is where I said that you know I applaud the officers for like you said being human and having a heart because this is a tough situation situation where you are called to deescalate a situation and you make matters worse. But again I go back and say you can't even self harm yourself. Yep. You can't do nothing to yourself, man. That hey that's that's a conversation for a whole another video cuz man we got our own views on that. But that is crazy man. But at the same time, man, I'm just still kind of touched a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. This So, our next video got to be something funny. Yes, most definitely. So, we gonna be working on that. So, you want anything else? Nope.
