responded to a local convenience store
for a trespassing complaint the two
offenders were repeat shoplifters and
were found acting disorderly on the
property

here's what I saw I walked up
here woman had this
weapon that's what I saw okay there you

man couldn't make couldn't make

guys came here to get my my lighters and
my my my gas and she she Char she
charged me over and she didn't charge me
for nothing and we came back to see if
we could get the money back and she
started this guy right here close the
door this guy didn't his hand like she's
he's a really he has it back it's not
his business to be let people in it's
it's our business to get our money back
you guys were here earlier right yes
when here earlier to come to get her

a lighter and then you wanted the rest
and gas she says there was no trans
transactions or funds on his car I'm
like okay well then how did he get the
lighter if there was no funds on his car
how did he get the
lighter she came off disrespectful so
I'm going to be honest I want to wear
ballistic up in here and I told him okay
so you guys are going to sit here and
say yeah no funds on this car but you
then you guys go ahead and give him a
lighter I said okay so you know what I
went ballistic and I left and then when
I checked his car to see if they even
took his money they took his money they
overcharge him
$6 and on his bank statement it shows
that they never did the transaction the
right way are you going to do he came
over here and I was going to open the
door just to come in here and say you
know what we would like to rning back
because you guys did him wrong you guys
overcharged him for $6 that the was not
even $6 or $170 I what I was going to do
but then they started going ballistic
started being rude so then here comes my
crazy he didn't do nothing I'm the one
that did it what did you do and then I
came in here like I said I was going to
open the door to talk to him very nicely
and tell him if we could get the money
back that they over charged him for and
leave but they want to start their
little
[ __ ] and then his little rude ass over
there opens the door and puts a gun at
me yeah you you have hold on you have
every right to put your gun at but the
only time you pull a gun out is if that
person's really charging out you with a
weapon now if the person's not coming at
you with the weapon you have no right to
put your gun up and start shooting and
until a person comes at you with a
weapon and goes after you with a knife a
stick or any kind of weapon you have you
have every right to shoot what were you
going to do not come at me what were you
going to do with that stick I didn't do
anything I didn't even hurt nobody what

gunpoint and um they were on the floor
inside that vable right there and then

so he had him at gunpoint there's a
stick right there like a plastic pipe
inside this door right here uhhuh and
um he said I guess the agent said that
when he was inside the store he saw him
coming in with that stick I don't know
if they alerted him I haven't talked to
clerks yet and told hey these are the
girls that these are the people that
gave me [ __ ] earlier blah blah blah so I
guess that's why he drew down on them
okay talking to her right now I pulled
them out of there I talked to her and
she says she gives me the whole spill
about earlier they did us wrong blah

then so I was talking the 911 and then
um he got out and he locked the door and
they're like he's walking over here who
locked the door the gentleman the guy
that locked the door to the vehicle to
the vehicle yeah locked the door to the
vehicle and then they walked over here
and she had a stick and I told the the
lady that she had a stick so then she
comes in and tries to get in so we had a
customer here he held this door and
Courtney and Chenise held that door so
she couldn't come in well she's taking
the stick and beating it on the window
and trying to break the window to come
in and saying that she was calling them
names and you know stuff like that and
saying that they stole her money and
everything else and she was going to get
them um and then that gentleman got out
of the truck with a gun and he said he
was a police officer get down on the
ground get down on the ground and he I I
saw the gun when he walked up and I was
like there's a guy out there with a gun
so she after a few probably 15 20
seconds she finally got down on the
ground then he got down on the ground
and then then you came okay they never
entered the store we we wouldn't let
them enter because they were going to
kill these two so they only they only
got to the in the foyer the foyer there
yeah they got inside the foyer there and
um they were holding this door and that
door customer was and was not letting
them in the store because we knew
exactly what was going to happen if they
let them in the store so she was holding
um they were holding the door to not let
her in the store and that's when she was
taking the stick which was a plastic
stick trying to break the window and
everything
okay all right and I called my boss and
told him and he said you can have
whatever you want and he appreciates you
so much all right I don't know if you
guys saw me drive by a while ago I did
just prior to this whole thing and then
the other guy is right over there hello

to arrest her for that you could have
