officer Nathan Elkins initiated a
traffic stop during the stop the officer
discovered that the driver Lance D
Morgan had an expired vehicle
registration the officer approached
Lance D Morgan's vehicle and immediately
noticed the smell of alcohol emanating
from him here is how the events unfolded

got a felony for the and then they just
put it on yesterday on Friday they said
that the case was dropped because there
was no evidence of so for the gun they

I've been taking my license on every day
