ma no I get that hey get
off shut it I don't want to hear it I on
August 1st 2023 officers were dispatched
to an airport gate in response to a
disorderly and intoxicated woman on a
Southwest flight she reportedly
attempted multiple times to exit the
plane through the rear hatch and was
argumentative with the crew hey what's
going on it's okay at this moment uh
there's a lady inside the bathroom in
here she's changing clothes doesn't want
to be recognized she was listen to this
crap and comes in on this plane on 34
and she tries to go off the back of f to
get out tries to open the back door did
she open it her right there yeah and did
she open it no okay and uh and then she
tried I guess numerous times to come off
and fill out the door of the jet is it
cuz she was intoxicated or what's that
no they said she wasn't oh someone told
us she's intoxicated well me I haven't
physically seen her yet this is coming
from before
yeah she was under the influence of
something she tried to leave a secure
area so I tried to grab onto her she
shoved me so I shoved her back to keep
her out of the security do we have an
idea of her motives or I don't know if
it was just under the influence I don't
know if something else is going on but
when you can't shove yeah she's in there
changing clothes I think so nobody will
notice
it wait for her to get
out but I just we were just going to
find out if your intent is to fly again
you can walk in someone just see she's
in the booth yeah they already just out
and uh she you don't want her to
fly I got enough drama in my life you
ain't going did you already have her
name no I have nothing she literally
came off the plane by the time I got up
here she's already in the
bathroom you don't even have a seat
number either right well we don't have
that oh that's right she was just on
board yeah and
uh the the crew is hot hey there nothing
to do with it it didn't impede the fight
okay it's just the
intent of whatever she
was on head right here' hey ma'am
ma'am need to talk to you a little bit
yeah uh I know let's go back over here
by the Waterfront you okay what's going
on with you no I'm not what's going on I
can't even explain it but stand right
here stand right here by the
water uh
what you said you're not okay why aren't
you okay because I have an ex who's like
psychotic like out for me so there you
go do you have your ID can I see your ID
real quick get it yeah that's fine
uh Ariel
Lehi I'm going to take it out of your
wallet
okay uh can you explain to us what
happened on the airplane uh apparently
you had a couple you had a couple steps
that that you that you take took inside
the airplane you copy the information
yeah you did a couple things in the
airplane that aren't normal and that's
why we're talking to you no I have an ex
psychotic okay well forget you ex what
happened what happened on the airplane
though that's what we're concerned about
nothing like I mean good like you don't
remember trying to open doors or
anything like that Ed Sam that's why
we're here we don't bother people for no
reason at all is Ariel Adam so the crew
says that you try to go out the back
door a couple
times is
229 of
80 you don't remember trying to open any
doors or like that
no are you are you on any medication
yeah I am
you9 this is like I'm sorry no this is
weird yeah they're in my we'll
take9 where'd you come in from
Manchester Newan okay are you flying
back out no I'm flying here for three
weeks to be with my best friend and
their
okay this is hilarious there's somebody
here to pick you
up no I have to Uber it's my
restaurant's house which is in my phone
which all right have you already called
him I don't know where's your phone we
don't we don't have your phone here's
your here's your ID ma'am thank you for
letting me look at I'm being serious
like this is like just the weirdest
thing on well let me ask you are you are
you on something like medication would
you over I am on medication did you over
medicate yourself
maybe is this possible no okay okay how
what is that supposed to maybe it took a
little too much cuz uh what what we're
told is not normal that passengers do
what we were told you supposedly did
what did I do you try to go out the back
door a couple times try to get out out
of the airplane without the people
already off the airplane no I asked her
specific oh you got to be all right well
there's a few people said the same thing
ma'am we're not we're not here to we're
here to offer you help as well as look
and see why you did it so all right so
here's my thing so here is my best
friend's phone number and my phone so
she come and get me and then we're all
good and then you guys call him call him
call her or call him we'll walk you over
to there and so you can get out get get
picked up were they already waiting for
you no she has no idea like like oh I
mean she just knew I was supposed to be
flying in and I thought my flight was
delayed you guys are like so you don't
remember any of
that okay we got it I got it that's not
what I just said did you have luggage to
pick up or no yes I have luggage I have
a suitcase okay here here's your phone
we we'll walk you down
there talking with them that you
mentioned somebody didn't like you or
you had a prise with is that back
home yes okay it's not here you came
here to for
vacation yes okay all right I understand
I don't know unless I ask you like I
can't well I think it seems a little
more like something to you because of
your level of inebriation you're kind of
surprised by it but if you look at it
from our point of view what happened
requires a little conversation and so
far so good everything appears good but
we want to make sure you're safe if you
need help you don't need any medical
help at all
I am actually DF right now on this whole
thing and by the way you your little
comment like that is
[ __ ]
anything I
am listen listen listen listen listen
listen listen listen listen listen
listen listen listen listen listen he
and her are not the only ones that saw
what we were describing to you but it's
fine pick up your stuff we'll get you
over here get out of here we're trying
to make sure you can still fly out on us
that's
all okay all right so I can fly back to
New Hampshire and
just that's what I want to make sure
you're okay to do that's
all make sure when you come back got to
be a you got to be
not they'll
deny that's just a friendly reminder you
don't have to do it but it would be
your come on let's
go so why you're putting me back on
listen listen let's go let's go let's go
let's go we're wasting so much time
we're wasting too much
time you will we don't mind it we hope
not let's do this
way I'll let him know why do I have go
the [ __ ] I know I don't have to go
secur and then she you don't have to go
to security we're getting you out of
here we're getting you out of here you
don't have to go to here out of where
out of the airport Miss we don't want
you here okay so am I going home yes you
take a uber and get out of here we're
going where I don't know I don't know
wherever your destination is going I
could not read your mind if I did I I
look at the lotto numbers like okay so
this is I'm just going to like
you're going to get your suitcase you're
going to get your suit suitcas that's
and then you get your ride to where
where you want to go here and then
everybody's going to kill me here and
then it's wherever you want to go go
back home yeah you can do whatever you
want you're not in trouble yeah why' you
come here you came to visit somebody
wherever that is [ __ ] well take your
Uber there no [ __ ] right take Uber there
come on I didn't hear it everything's
good we're wasting too much time though
we're okay well that's great right there
and go left okay so let's all go no you
aren't you coming too no you're coming
too no you're coming too I know if I
yeah right so start going that way now
in a second I'm going to grab you and
you're not going to like it I'm going
like it when you gra let's go let's go
this way come
on here we go right here follow
everybody we get on the shuttle
we're not talking to you more we're
going to show you we're not talking to
you uh no I'm not kidding actually on he
keep going no i'm' going no I'm going
and
then just keep going hey he going we're
taking you to your Uber can you stop no
I cannot cuz you're not listening okay
the alternative I'm going to start
videoing you so your Behavior's on file
every time you see this red camera
blinking it's it's recording you audio
and video so I would suggest good
behavior let's
go we about to deart please stand clear
of the care about the other passengers
too yeah
well have
ay moment you're being recorded by us
too so it's not
[Music]
a what I'm going to do just want can you
guys just
like listen lady I can't let you go do
what you want to do cuz you try to go
with the wrong doors in the plane wrong
doors at the gate next thing you know
you'll be walking across Runway you get
waffled then we get in trouble so we
make sure you get to where you want to
go come on let's go let's go
Miss to the right right over here to the
elevator Miss ma'am I get hey off you
listen to me okay you listen to me
listen to me hold on hold on listen to
me you're not
going going to totally take
everything take the elevator down to
we're going to be in charge now not you
okay
yeah Mom I'm getting escorted out
my get off of my arm keep walking
seriously get off of my arm keep walking
I am not going to let you go you get
what going to away you're an [ __ ] get
off of mying arm get off of my arm
walking no get off of
my ma'am stop ma'am just stop don't tell
me Mom I said ma'am just just relax
ma'am I'm in the middle of an elevator
Christina I'm getting hooked up and I'm
getting confused Tony we might as well
just they might as well just put a gun
so here because they're going they're
going to want to know why you kidding
right now Christina I am getting yelled
at I'll take I'll get her back walk her
off why don't we go right back up to
three just yeah so here I
go off my arm you're under arrest get
the I'm under arrest well get off your
do I look like I'm kidding you
chrisa once you get a cup we get that I
can't oh my God I do I do stop you had
your
opportunity I have my opportunity to
watch ma'am stop stop stop resisting
stop
it I'm asking you a question it's been
it's been answered you just refuse to
understand you're too drunk to
understand you don't even you don't even
know what you did on the airplane you
claim everybody else is lying so why
should I continue to have a conversation
with you when you deny everything you
are like you're denying everything no
I'm not denying anything I you said you
didn't try to get off the airplane you
said you didn't try to push anybody this
is like the but you have a whole crew
and a whole airplane full of people
saying you did those things but you say
no so just keep quiet cuz we're not
going to get anywhere we're not going to
get we're it's it's nothing can I phone
call yeah in a couple hours you'll have
a phone call when you get down to jail
you'll have your phone calls I'm going
to adjust these
just yeah you ain't going to get one
right
now okay why am I not allow cuz you're
not at booking yet you got to get to
booking first why would I even be
booking I'm not you're under arrest Miss
for what just orderly I wasn't even like
on the plane like this is ma'am we we
already discussed this and that's why I
don't want to have a conversation with
you you deny everything everybody's a
bad person the crew members are are
lying the passengers are
lying so why should I even entertain a
conversation with you when you don't
even want to be
contrite and by the way I'm not actually
resisting so if you can't figure out how
to get the handcuffs off good for you
cuz I'm actually not resistant if you
canest
just I'm actually not just
relax go ahead apparently like you're
not allowed to do anything unless say so
yeah when I say you can do it you can do
it well then why do you have to be such
a douchebag because you're why do you
have to be that way I'm not even doing
anything you're why are you in handcuffs
cuz you were not obeying all you had to
do was obey no that is a lie on Y in
handcuffs all I had to do is obey all
you had to do obey you wanted to wander
off on your own that wasn't happening no
that what that is not happened see
that's why we can't have our
conversation right oh okay so just
exercise your right to be silent how's
that about that wait till this [ __ ]
comes so what tomorrow morning I'm
allowed to call my mother cuz she knows
where right tomorrow
morning ma'am it's a reminder I'm going
put in your purse to come get your bag
within 60 days you good Tony
yep where you're wandering off again why
are you why are you grabbing me cuz
you're not going to wander off in my
police department we're waiting on a car
to come get you and they're going to
take you to jail and you figure out
stuff over there they'll help you
out I need somebody push the it away
from my face please I can't I I'm not
going to do
that ma'am ma'am just you have to put up
with like oh my God you're just going to
have to put up with it really can't get
it out of my face yeah just shake your
head
somehow please I just I need it out of
my face please out that's all I need is
out of my face just shake your head I
can't it's not going anywhere I did not
it's stuck in my face you [ __ ] okay
well it's going to have to stay there
how's that you call me names and that's
what happens cuz I just want shut it I
don't want to hear it I don't want to
hear it I don't want to hear it just
shut it face please it's you're not
going to die with hair there okay just
relax just take it off no nobody's
taking it off nobody's going to put
their hands on you just shake your head
if he doesn't get off can't it's not
going anywhere then leave it alone I
can't please can you any ma' you're
you're approaching you're approaching an
officer I'm asking just somebody just to
take the hair out of my face nobody's
going to do that please just the hair
that's your problem you don't obey
that's your problem you don't listen
talking about I just we're not going to
do it just stop
it nobody's going to touch
you want somebody just take the hair
nobody's going to do it for the fifth
time nobody's going to do it my face
listen you don't have to look at me that
way I don't have to look at you how's
that just want the hair out in my say
that's all you want please just
seriously like just one little swipe
shake your head if you can't shake your
head if you can't shake your head then
too bad for you we're not going to do
that we're not going to do that just
swipe my head that's all I'm asking I
don't give to [ __ ] of them in the Tomb
just one swipe just one swipe in my head
please I'm hearing
voices just
want stop grabbing my [ __ ] I don't
want you to keep trying to approach
officers to try to get your hair out of
your face well we've already told you
six or seven times no but you're not
listening so when when is it when is it
going to register in your mind that
we're not going to take the hair out of
your face look that way cuz you don't
want to look at me and I don't want to
look at you can anybody nobody now
that's eight times the hair out of my
hair I all I want is just the hair out
of my hair I all I want is the hair out
of my hair
that's her stuff yeah she's got another
bag that
