off my brain like that like how would I
know that how would you know the English
alphabet who I don't practice that so
start a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q
r s t u v
w no no no I want what I want you to do
is start at C start at C the letter c
and I want you to end the alphabet at
T that that's so hard okay um what's
your what's your highest level education
then I'm in college dude you're in
college okay uh are you good you know
you know
numbers yeah okay so what I want you to
do is I want you to start at 77 and
count back to 55 start at 77 count
backwards to 55 77 76 75 74 73 72 71 70
69 68 67 66 65 64 63 62 61 60 59
58 57 56 55 54 53 52 51
50 49
48 47 46 45 4 44 43 42 41
40 39 38 37 36 35 34 3 so I wanted to to
stop at 55 I'm so nervous you're like

alphabet are you going to book me for a
DUI over

when I asked them to do numbers I did 77
to 55 kind of all the way down to 34 uh
ABCs he said that he couldn't do is C uh
restating alphabet from c p was 200 okay
so you think he's intoxicated yes sir
okay let's get another car I had no idea
what you had out here I was back
there do me a quick favor sir put the
vehicle in park to step out of the car
we're just going to run a few different
tests
[Applause]
follow back over here
sir want go right here yeah come on over
here P turn my
okay absolutely um where you
from okay listen man I I mean I'm
stressed as hell I got three cops around
me I'm like okay there's no there's no
need to be
stressed I'm giv what do you mean I'm
I'm scared shitless I get pulled over
for like going what 40 and a 35 okay
would you like to do these tests for
us it means that I can get out of this
yes well that that's why we're doing the
test I want to see if you're able to he
said I was going like what 60 and around
the bend okay listen it's it's not a
this isn't
a an opportunity for you to argue your
case Okay the officer stopped you for a
reason okay sir okay sir if you'd like
to drive from here tonight I I got to
run you through these tests and make
sure that it's okay to do that okay okay
sir while you're standing here here's
what I need you to do okay um it's going
to have you put your feet together at
your side okay keep your hands at your
side for me at your side for me down
down here okay right right outside your
pockets
okay I'm going to pull out my pen
here this is basically an eye test okay
you have uh you wear contacts glasses
anything like that no okay can you um
read and WR understand the English
language yes sir what's your highest
level of Education you're in college
you're in college where'd you go all
right see tip of my pen
here okay I want you to follow the tip
of my pen okay which is right here I'm
watching it with your eyes only you're
going to keep your head still okay MH
head facing me and you're going to
follow it with your eyes on you
understand yes
sir okay keep your head still okay just
your eyes yep
[Applause]
just your eyes okay I'm trying as best
as I can sir
[Applause]
all right the other officer is going to
run you through two other tests all
right stay right there let's go over
here on the sidewalk so where it's safer
all right so take a stand right here
right face me imagine that there's a
straight line right here right what I
want you to do is I'm going to put you
in a starting position basically what
I'm going to do is I'm going to explain
the test to you I'm going to demonstrate
it and then I'm going to administer it
do you understand yes sir all right so
first one walk and turn what I want you
to do is I want you put your left foot
here on the imaginary line and put your
right foot heel touching toe directly in
front of it right the entire test this
is the starting position what I want you
to do keep your arms down at your sides
at all times this will be the starting
position you understand M all right
stand into this position I demonstrate
the test um when I tell you to begin
what was that did I am am I doing it
yeah you're good okay just stay right
there until I tell you otherwise when I
tell you to begin you're going to take a
series of nine heel or toe steps at each
point you're going to touch your heel to
your toe you're going to count out loud
and keep your arms down at your side so
it's going to look like this right one
two three I did three you're going to do
nine nine nine right at any point at any
point if you stumble off the line just
keep resuming your test come back to
when you get to that ninth step one two
three you're going to take a series of
small turns series of small steps to
turn come back one two three I did three
you are going to do nine you understand
no I don't understand okay nine steps
and then I turn yep so at at that ninth
step uh get in the starting position
please all right at that ninth step one
two 3 you're going to take a series of
small steps to rotate back and you're
going to walk back to where you started
from so I take nine steps and then I
turn like this yep series of small steps
you understand yep all right get in the
starting
position and you may begin
one
two three am I doing it proper so
far
four
five
6
7
8 n nine now you want me to
turn do as I demonstrated turn around I
asked you I asked how would I'm confused
take a series of small steps and to turn
it back around like like
this yep keep going and then and now
back again back again one two
3
4
5
6 7 8 nine and then turn okay next step
is one leg stand right next test is one
leg stand so get in the starting
position feet together okay when I tell
you to begin you're going to take the
foot of your choice you can pick either
one you want left or right right all
you're going to do keep your hands down
at your side uh Shan landine on me
please from here this position you're
going to keep your foot out like this
and you're going to count out loud at
any hold on at any point if your foot
touches the ground pick it right back up
and go from the number you started so it
looks like something like
you're going to go until I tell you to
stop just relax hold up I didn't tell
you to begin yet I'm sorry I'm just
really bothered right now I just right
you're just going to stand stay in this
position yes sir when I tell you to
begin you're going to pick up the leg of
your choice okay all right all right
you're going to look down at your the
tip of your foot this part of your foot
you're going to keep it parallel like
this parallel to the ground at any time
your your foot touches the ground you're
going to pick it back up so I'm going to
demonstrate right so it's going to be
one 1 1000 2 1000 3 1,000 4 1,000 5
1,000 6 1,000 at any time you fall off
the line pick it back up 7 1,000 8 1,000
until I tell you to begin okay you may
begin 1 1,00 2 1,000 3 1,000 4 1,000 5
1,000 6 1,000 7 1,000 8 1,000 99 1,000
10 1,000 11 1,00 12 1,00 131,000
141,000 151,000 161,000 171,000 181,000
19 1000 20 1,000 21 1000 22 1000 23 1,00
24 1,000 25 1,000 26 1000 27 1,000 28
1,000 29 1,000 30 1,000 31 1,000 32
1,000 33 1,000 34 1,000 35 1000 36 1,000
37 1,000 38
1,000 all right you you can
relax give me one second sir stay with
him
