on the early morning of January 21st
2024 the Orlando Police Department
arrived to the scene at a nightclub for
reports of a potential battery and fight
at the location the following shows the
bodyw warn camera footage of what
happened during the incident hey what's
going
on who's got a
gun security security guards we're
working we're on post this guy was
sleeping in the club I politely asked
him to come outside at least get some
water some pressure he wants to give me
the he escorts himself outside he
obviously pushes him back as escorting
him next thing I know he pulls out a
belt hits his guy on the side of his
face so not side of his face is lated
with assault and obviously from there we
defended ourselves so who was it
with I'm outside put my stuff away MH
cuz about the end of the night
he started out with him so I came to the
back to defend him I'm pushing him out
started out with him yeah okay so you
say this guy on a white shirt yeah
that's leaning on the back of the
car coming out this way hey can we make
contact with this guy behind the Range
Rover what is
it zero uh just 85 F so pushing him out
this way keep telling his buddy take him
to the car cuz he's going back into the
club take him to the car take him to the
car by the time I started fighting here
the buddy in the back like he got pushed
over this guy here the one
the guy then the one and this security
and then these two over here the one in
the white Tred to go over so we're just
tling and tling putting him to the
ground put him to the ground push him
out this way we get here takes out his
belt and he swings and he hits me that's
when I lost it which one swung the belt
the one in the white the one in the
white and this was inside the club that
was right here right here yeah so then
I'm over like try tole he swings about I
went back a little bit he caught me the
side that's fine then I grabbed the belt
I hit him fell down to the floor push
him again gets back up continues talking
I hit him again on the floor push him
back gets back he comes out and pushes
into the grass once he get to the grass
he gets on top I tell him get off but
this so basically this all started from
trying to get white shirt out of the
club cuz he was sleeping in the club no
no no he started with him I don't know
how it started with him I was outside
putting my equipment up cuz my to make
sure no one is sleeping no one's
throwing up no one's obviously
intoxicated so from there this guy
knocked out on the couch sleeping
obviously I had him politely like hey
bud y bro you good you need some water
you need to wake up he gives me the
finger obviously I know you're
drunk hey man let him go I'm On Top at
this point holding
one the other arm have him here so I'm
likeing him up but I'm not choking
himing
I take his off he gets
out white shirt is the aggressor the one
in the black is his buddy he starts
recording or
whatever he started
recording putting all my stuff out that
way I don't need nobody car he's
swinging it around it's my guy the side
of his face do you need em no I'm
straight
other security guard when I I hear out
this ear I just need to know if it's
like in my ear so they can check you out
or whatever and then if you can saw I
obviously lost it so I told the guy like
yo man if it's gonna get
like hold on one
sec between the dude that the
best this guy in the white shirt and it
sounds
like something along the lines if he was
like starting to pass out I guess in the
chair he get get up get out and then he
was like don't [ __ ] touch me and that
kind of started the whole thing M so it
sounded like I guess he was trying to
throw them out then he got into a fight
is what it sounds like yeah that's what
yeah that's what it seemed like um did
he say anything about one of the press
or anything I'm about to ask him now
cuz have anybody standing did you you
guys have what
happened they hit me okay yeah what
happened you got everything on camera
okay what Happ like what started what
happened so he was sitting in under
chair inside the guy came and check on
him he was like hey you okay I see you
sleeping is everything okay okay he said
yeah I'm okay I guess the guy touch him
something he said don't touch me so and
then I said the guy was like you want to
come outside and he's like sure then
walk outside next thing I know the fight
doesn't wake off on that little corner
so I was like Hey listen the guy already
on the club he like you know they were
we in a club so I can say I was like
just you were security guard just like
like control the fight let's get him out
the way he was pushing him off like
let's let's just go out the way just his
off the security was pushing him
or one person one person of them more of
them I know one person talk one person
talk so the SEC guy with the blue Jing
was fighting him first he took his vest
off I was like bro there's no point of
getting all that's going on let me just
push him off and go in the car he pushed
him go in the car his girlfriend got him
first then the other one on all black
was had to push him off I said okay
let's just get him outside just him to
the car and from out nowhere he was like
yo I'm going to the car and he was like
oh I can take you if you want me to I
can carry and take you the car
what you you going to take me he was
like I can take you he take his ve off
and then from there they start fighting
he push on the ground they F from the
corner by that w v over there moving
that corner all the way to the tree no
the stop sign right there
yeah come outside so this is between
this gentleman and the security guard
the blue je
started
come St for a
minute Z and the on him twice and that's
it I'm like there's no point your just
like you got ID yeah yeah can I say it
whoever he wasn't fighting everybody or
whoever was
fighting who was who was the two people
that were in fight oh he want him and
the security

because he hit me on the floor just
because he doesn't want me just doesn't
want the other guy who speak yeah he
