you no she threw hands at me I didn't
see that she grabbed my hair okay you
didn't see that but I know that's what
happened okay but I wasn't there okay
but she grabbed my hair so I was protect
myself I don't know that that's my truth
and that is the truth man she's not a
good liar whatsoever she almost exposed
herself when she said that's my truth
and then she caught herself and said

happened you're not fooling anybody you
were being too aggressive with you're
twerking a parent got fed up and then
you wanted to show her who boss but
instead you're the one who ended up in
handcuffs great job I'm you for the part

over when I got there the fighting
between you and her had been broken up
you continued to just go nuts and we're
not having it down here I don't know
what beach you think this is and we'll I
I didn't know she was done what is that
I got that from a friend why she gave it
to me for what
reason she was like oh this looks like

that's what she said I right so it's a
fake ID yeah I also I'm keeping my
IDs she gave it to me I didn't buy it

that already and I'm like I'm so sad

so I asked her if she could not do that
until we passed and then she can
continue and then she started cursing at
us fogar languages like [ __ ]
pis your husband wants to stick in it
was
horrible your husband likes it and I'm
like okay all right my girls come on I
was putting on my daughter's sneakers
cuz we just came from the beach like
letting them walk in the beach so I had
my back towards
her so then she started doing it in my
husband's face with her bottom off top
up and she Expos herself yeah all all of
it Expos her whole self
so I I whatever so then a guy came and I
don't know if he was friends with her
but he got my husband's face then she
got in his face and then she started
getting in my face and it looked like
this to me and I got my kids right there
and when she went like this I didn't
know what she was going to do and to be
honest I put my hand down to stop it
like this and uh and that's when she
jumped on top of me um and then pulling
my hair Ying me to the ground things
like that that's where the Scrabble came
um and it was all of them on top of me a
whole bunch of her friends I guess with
there a bunch of people on top yeah I
kind of came up when it was in the
middle of that um so you got a couple
options okay I can charge her with
battery on you for the fight or if you
don't want to be involved in that part
of it I have enough to to send her to
jail for disorderly intoxication and a
couple of other things yeah so your call
Totally your call
so I want to know your opinion if you
were in that lady's shoes would you
press charges for assault because those
proceedings can take years and it can be
a true hassle but at the same time she
did assault her so you don't want that
to go UNP punish but she's already going
to jail it is a tricky situation and I
want to know what you guys
think she's going to go to jail tonight
regardless okay um so if you just want
if you're if you're satisfied with the
fact that she's going to go to jail
tonight and
you know she's not going to get out
tonight uh that's fine but if you want
to be a victim you know a technical
victim and and I charge her with battery
you know then we and it's a whole thing
for me to come here again just keep it
the way it is um I don't want to have to
put my kids through any more of this
tonight I understand she's going to go
to jail I'm really sorry where you
from P Florida we moved here 4 years ago
from New York oh you so you oh I see we
live here in Florida we just here on
spring break yeah just the kid spring
break too it's a the word and my husband
even said he like let's get back it's
dark the kids you know the kids are out
I made such a th mistake I was like oh
they want to play in the

come to this beach further north you go
you won't have this like right in the
middle North Beach where they can still
be in the sand yeah you won't have all
this okay I didn't know I know I I too

um they I'm going to type it all up nice

chicken scratch so all right well she's
going to go to jail
um I'm sorry this happened to you um I
hope you have the better rest of your
trip we just W come back here and I gu

there's it's literally these these one

away from these 3 weeks this beach is
beautiful they they invade us Y and
that's going of put you guys in such a
hard place too cuz now you're on guard
at any point it's all this mess cuz I
could imagine I'm just seeing that

shocked cuz I thought it was going to be
two kids fighting cuz top of it
was and I felt like I had about five
kids on top of me yeah

don't think so I might live this my head

had no choice I five people on it was
probably like five that's how when I
came around it was hard to see but you
and her were like deadlocked and then
there was some people around
so that camera did not capture what
happened okay I just got off the phone
with them all right it was panned that
way by the time it came back this way
you were already here doing your thing
okay she was standing on that cylinder
piece where it started yeah we have a
camera there but it was facing that way
so it wasn't seeing her undress when she
started it cuz that's when she was
starting to take off her clothes we're
referring to the camera right here on
the corner it was was that way and by
the time they see people running this
way it turned and already seen him
involved in what was happening so all
right so there you have it another

avoid Clear Water Beach during spring
