stop
godam would let go on June 13th 2023
officers were dispatched to a residence
to address a squatter who was refusing
to
leave all kinds of people the apartment
down they supposed to be in there
they're not supposed to be in there
Noe no okay I just told them calling the
police get out just all bailed out I
think most of them most of them ran out
of here yeah there's still a few in
there though looks like someone started
fire
start 2330 Road
43 the whole is this whole building
supposed to be vacant or no just this
apartment or do you live here no Brent
left me BR came the other
day at the apartment was [ __ ] it up or
whatever he came I was over there the
door in he was like told JB C he was
like who here with said just me and my
brother and he you're not allow in
you're not came here clean up and stuff
responsible for the house so you can
stay here clean the house up as you can
see so Brent is the one who lives he's
the owner of the house yes everybody was
coming over here smoking doing whatever
in the [ __ ] house house been evicted
okay he's being evicted though he's in
the process of being evicted he's been
EV I understand what he saying I
been evicted then you can't stay here so
but I just and get up they got give time
to Stu they knew how this apartment how
long have you done staying I've been
here about 5 days now 5 days yes okay
about to come out here people being here
doing everything I me how much stuff do
you have
here what's that check okay Hey Kevin

right give me time and to come get stuff
I I'm so sick of this
place every mothering time I come here I
got to call you guys out
here I called morning I told the lady I
said well I'd rather have you shoot the
mother than
me this is better pck no yeah this place
it's really I don't know what to do with
it no you and me both i' ran it up to
every goddamn I should have known it was
this
place it's
always Guy usually out
J
so they've been here a lot well they've
been here for like a week yeah but
F I was living here was a v yeah 3 weeks
ago yeah no we were out here for that
right um is that the one you just
telling me about is that no it's a
different one I mean there's so many
around CSS doesn't do their goddamn job
that's the
problem word was
CSS C over
here yeah it's just basically especially
this one's been bad one guy was just
letting people in left and right and
this and that the ceiling they were
ren5 ceiling in the ceiling yeah climb
up there home closet ceiling and this
one right here yeah the windows broken
out and all that stuff here repl two
windows and now there's another one the
door
we've already replaced three times find
change locks on
the probably why that got kick the
door I mean look dude I bring two
maintenance guys with me to come mhm
with the glass night my the contractors
will not come here unless you guys
work man a
problem mhm
theway yep right it's been the cleanest
yeah y i
300% they got to have to run this the
brown W you know what I'm saying they
got
front
bch get yeah that's what I
CH main few times already they
vict this
dude I don't that yet came through the
front had a bunch of stuff on the back
like a week ago two weeks ago it's out
here can you take
[Laughter]
[Music]
is
just so his
company owner own a
[Music]
property
[Music]
huh we didn't say you were
home we're not talking anything about
you
de what' you say I can't hear
you I
just I know
long yeah he's not coming back he
doesn't have lease here nothing he's
been evicted for almost a month which
means it's
[Music]
true right plus it takes time to
somebody you can't just up in a
that don't work well I'm I'm telling you
guys I'm not here to argue with you I'm
telling you he's been evicted which
means he can't give people permission to
be here that's what I'm saying he I
think this mother smok theu out of
everything I came here it's going to
Bean what I'm saying that
means people were in here who weren't
supposed to be in here yeah
lot when did this open was like last
fall December it it was December yeah
was just this past December this past
December brand new brand new this door
and that door have both been
replaced yeah I know you yeah I think
you might have been here when we were
replacing that maybe and that lady freed
down and races and all that because she
wasn't not in the least mother back in
changed a
lot your problem not mine sorry guys
okay guys hey we got got to get going
all
right I understand that there's no hold
on listen listen you don't understand I
do get up and leave I do understand okay
okay well what she supposed to do with
all this stuff just leave here I'm not
saying that's what you want okay I have
a right to be here like I you here's the
thing though you don't have a right to
be here that's why we're here okay you
don't have permission to be here okay I
have per from the
owner right to the dep
he he was a viced okay he was
a I know
the he he hasn't lived here for a month
no yes he had been here no he he's been
here illegally he's been here illegally
and I've been him six months he been
here illegally yes cuz he was evicted I
was out here when they EV evicted
everybody we cleared everybody out of
here they took all the stuff out of here
they changed the locks on the door we
told him several times he broke back
into his apartment you could not the
door being told second door and put lock
on here listen we're not trying to make
this something that don't need give me
time like hour 8:00 in the morning so I
just L got work it is 8:00 morning and
everybody up I like all my [ __ ] is in
here I understand that so if they can
give me an hour two get off they proper
I do that I don't have a problem with
that but I know right I'm a lawyer I can
I know what's right in sheriff and St
you I just want to get my stuff out and
I got Val stuff my cousin being dead and
everything like I just want to get all
my stuff everything is C everything over
here
[ __ ] this couch here in that table so
I'm get
out so what what all is in in here is
yours everything is mine sister the
table everything
around the wall all this stuff they came
out here a month ago got all this stuff
out here Chang the locks days Days 14
days 30 days I understand that the
process was in there long before
that mind here I was watching place I
was
place so you don't have here
[Music]
and they're
gone so you don't have a lease
here officers decided to allow them
additional time to collect their
belongings she's got a bunch of [ __ ] in
there she's trying to get it all
together right the issue is she doesn't
get all this [ __ ] now she's just going
to come back to get it we so I'd rather
her give her a little bit of time to get
all this [ __ ] out of here and then got
to do man she'll have no issues y while
they waited they gathered the woman's
identity information which she initially
provided falsely eventually they
obtained her correct details and
discovered that she had active warrants
