been committed while the person was driving or boating wants ice skated we're driving a boat and while his actual alcohol concentration of 800 or more in the person's Brother Blood because some person's arrest for voting well or driving while intoxicated law enforcement officer has reasonable costs believe that person while operating an actual physical control of motorboat and this date is deemed to have given uh on this state is intoxicated or has alcohol concentration of 800 or more it's another 21 so I'm not going to bother reading any of that um if you refuse to text chemical tests none will be given to you but you'll subject yourselves to penalties provide by law which includes but is not limited to the suspension or revocation or your driving privileges and if your commercial drivers Last Summer the disqualification of your commercial driving privileges so it's saying if you refuse to take tests your driver's license um if you choose the chemical test the results reflect out of 800 or more on or the presence of a controlled substance or any other products can you driving privilege will be suspended or revoked if you're a holder of a commercial driver's license your Commercial Driving privilege will be disqualified so that's saying if you end up doing over the legal limit your driver's license will be suspended which will be given to temporary driver's license until you go to court um you're not a commercial vehicle something with my baby no no let's see I'm sorry if you take chemical tests request the law enforcement you may also at your own expense have a physician registered nurse lab technician or other qualified person of your choice administer an additional chemical tests arresting law enforcement agency will assist you in paying such a test if you choose to have an additional test or a layer found not guilty of violation of dwr BWI Act of the underage to B UI for the UI law for this arrest the Russian law enforcement agency will reimburse you for that additional cost uh besides saying if you take my test and you want to take another test you have the option of paying for your own tests and we can go down in the hospital or wherever uh
