take nine Heel To Toe steps counting
your steps out loud okay it's going to
look something like this one 2 3 and so
on until you reach nine okay on your
ninth step you're going to keep your
front foot planted and take a series of
small steps turning around and
proceeding back nine Heel To Toe steps
okay one 2 3 while doing the T keep your
arms down at your side just stay in that
position while doing the test you're
going to keep your arms at your side
you're going to count your steps out
loud um and once you begin the test do
not stop until you have completed it
