At a Puma retail store, an employee doesn't like being told what to do by his manager. He threatens the manager that he would clock out and fight him. When the manager was leaving for the day, the employee followed him outside and attacked him. This is who police found. All right, you come over here. You stay there. That's his car, so he can go over there. I don't give a [ __ ] whose car it is. I just don't want to be by his car. That's why I said that. Okay. Talk to me, please. All right. What's going on? I mean, I guess um Look at me. This is not my This is not my coworker, by the way. This is my manager. That's your manager. Okay. He um he was taking pictures of me in there. I was in the back in the back office. Yeah. Texting my mom. He's like, "All right, if you're going to uh" He's like, "If you're going to text, just make it quick." I'm like, "All right." I turned my head 2 seconds later, he's taking pictures of me. Mhm. I didn't say nothing. I let it slide the first time. So, I'm like, I've never had somebody take a picture of me at work. Picture me. He said, "Dude, I was taking pictures of you." So, I'm like, "Okay. Don't take no picture of me again. So he was like, so he was like, "Bro, uh, I can do whatever the [ __ ] I want. I run the show here." Pictures of him off. He's on the clock. So you can show that he's not doing what he's supposed to be doing. No. Incorrect. I just was leaving work. Took the pictures. Clocked out. Was leaving. He was still doing something wrong. So one of them I took off the clock. Yes. One of them took off. But two of the pictures I was on clock. Okay. It was just the last impression on leaving the store. He's still not doing what he's supposed to do. Okay. All right. So then then he gets up in your face. He pushes you and stuff. He starts to come at you aggressive manner. You throw a punch at him. I did throw a punch. Did it land? It did land. It hit him like in the chest neck area. But like I said, there was no way for me to avoid the situation without him. He wouldn't break the distance whether I went into the store or I was trying to leave in my car. Okay. Did he throw punches at you at any time? It was the shove that initiated it. Okay. Okay. And then I definitely threw a punch cuz I would never throw a punch without getting a shove first. Okay. But did he did after you punched him, did you punch you back? Yeah, it was like a full out brawl. He just wanted to non-stop keep going. Okay. Okay. Anything different? Yeah. Well, the problem is you turned your wrist. Yeah. If you left them the way they were, you would just be hurt right now. I didn't say you were. I'm just saying if you left them the way you I had them.
