man 56 in May of 2024 two men were
driving to work when they got into a
road rage incident one of the men
decided to brandish a gun the incident
kept escalating a New Mexico state
police officer was observing the
interaction during the observation the
man brandishing the gun fired three
shots into a vehicle it was not only a
dumb move of committing a felony in
front of a police officer it was also
one of the dumbest road rage incidents
documented on camera the state police
officer immediately pulled the aggressor
over and arrested the man the suspect
was taken back to the police station and

out the morning commute had a front view
of a felony stop the New Mexico State
Police were able to take him into
custody without incident and due to the
quick nature of the incident the audio
on the body camera was activated shortly
after his

saw when when you pulled up on him on
the side before you got those those
rounds off what did you see uh

uh just and you it just to be honest I I
don't I don't really remember it just
kind of I just it just kind of went all
blurry real quick whenever everything
happened I just I just got I just got
too upset and everything just kind of
went you know everything just went
blurry and I just I don't really know
what happened after
that now did you see anybody else in
that vehicle no there no it was no it
was just him and it looked like he was
going to work too and how would you
describe that vehicle uh it was uh it
was uh like a charcoal gray or a black I
think it was
uh uh like a
4Runner like a Toyota 4Runner I think it
was that's that's about
right now um describe what you did when
you cuz you you said you you expose that
firearm first the man is facing two
aggravated assault charges by shooting
near the victim and the state police
officer his trial is pending in New
Mexico
