on the evening of January 26th 2024 the
Orange County Sheriff's Office was
called to the scene at Disney World in
Florida for a potential fight on the
premises the following shows the bodyw
warn camera footage of what happened
during the
incident all right appreciate it

what's going on we were sitting at the
bar and uh some people put section to
him and they threw a glass face okay we
got redek coming for you medical okay we
do have

Bravo 12 with one after the party white
male wake and breathing he's got injury
to his face blood had a glass
took
okay he had a glass thrown at
him um so what what precipitated the
fight we were at the bar and there were
some people they were having fun and I
think he thought he was having fun with
them and they took exception
to him just enjoying you know they were
they were making noise he was making
noise with them and then they it just
got dark really quickly and what were
they saying were they yelling at you
there was no yelling at it was just
whoop and we were whoop with them all
right who threw the glass at you an
unknown person I mean it was just a a
guy or a girl all I know is they threw
the glass little uped on
me then they are you cut or is that just
blood oh no I'm cut okay that's BL all
right yeah but it's your face no I think
that's a cut I definitely got
cut a couple places they
just okay let me ask you sir do do you
want to press charges yeah no you don't
whoever did this to me deserves you're
fine well he he's the victim so if he
wants to press charges we can do that

that you were mingling with what were
they wearing where were they so we
weren't mingling we were at a different
table we were they were just whooping
them we started whooping with them and

um like six like a mom and a daughter
and a son and some other like honestly
I'm not trying to be obuse but it was
just regular people like you walked into

would you recognize them if I saw them

asking if you would be able to identify
blind they blinded to anybody I did not
charge anybody I was assaulted I
understand that if you saw them would

who you didn't hear if he said anything
to them he was just ring like
he was whooping with a girl so
maybe was picking on
her no
never yeah he's bleeding too but not
nearly as bad
here's stff not so sure about the exact

birth all right so I know he you said
you don't want to do anything no I'm
good okay cuz I mean technically we
would have a crime for that you got cut
too I got I got TOA the
drink you got well because they threw a
glass know he was just having fun I
don't think but you still need to be
cleaned up yeah they'll they'll get to
him after said you cut it out I think he

doesn't know who did
it can't identify them wants to rest
charges but is refusing to give me his
ID who our
victim yeah extremely okay
so I mean so how was the are they
family he is your mom's best
friend so so he does want to I guess he
doesn't want us he he probably would
like right now this but tomorrow
he he's a reasonable person all right
but like I was telling him if he's not
going to be cooperative with us we're
not we can't do anything I can't tell
you guys what to do you can't force him
to be a

suspects are there was another I think

all of a sudden somebody threw a glass

rocks glass

what you get from them and I'll talk to
him what did what did they say
so he started making fun of their
daughter that has down and she was
grunting
that pissed him off and he's like she's
after grunting I don't like how Mom gets
up and says hey don't talk about my
daughter that way she's got a special
dis she's a dis she's disabled and he
grabs and pushes her grabs and pushes
them all yeah and she falls back and
then she was like no you're effing not
going to do that so he grabs her face
and shoves it on the ground and she
falls to the ground she's got bruising
on her knees and bruising on her face
the daughter comes to the mom's defense
he slaps the daughter across the face
and that's when the daughter's husband
starts hitting him in defense of wife
getting attacked okay I didn't get where
the
glass so that part is missing that's
where we're missing that's what
I'm what did he tell you that they he
joined that group they were like
mingling dancing partying whatever and
then nothing was said but then one smash
the glass so a lot L to their story yeah
know there stories
very yeah and he's also uncooperative
with me

glass throwing came from that'd be great
they don't know they didn't see who
threw it
but so after speaking to them you have
charges on M okay um if you want to

he's what is he saying so when she gets
excited or
frustrated all right she she do right
and he and she was excited cuz we're
having a good time sitting here having a
nice time we we're staying here up in
44 and we had been here for a few
minutes and she's grunting and she's
gruning and you know it's just to us
it's not it literally is nothing when
she Grunts and you're used to it right
cor yeah and he keeps grunting and he
keeps grunting and we're actually not
sure if it was like
a response to what my sister was doing
or if he has his own like Little Grunt
thing don't and then eventually got to
the point where it was very so what was
he he was getting louder and louder but
what was he saying grunting what as soon
as my sister grunted he would grunt so
he like as soon as my sister grunted he
he got very imitated great word and um
and uh my mother said who's your mother
uh my mom's right here okay um and my
mom said do you have a problem is this
okay and this guy just gos up and
shoved shoved your mom shoved my mother
correct okay how did he shove it like
with two hands I guess like with like
towards like the shoulder blade area I
guess I I again I'm just and
approximately how hard like was it just
like a push or like it was uh it was uh
like a get away from me I don't need to
talk to you type of shove like a do mine
like like I don't need to talk to you
okay like and at that point but like he
put her his hands on right and she and
she did not react she didn't react
physically right away because she
reacted emotionally she was like I
don't have a problem with my daughter
right and it escalated he shoved her
again he he shoved her your mother again
correct my mother again two shoves two
shoves okay without any response again
this is what I remember and and and at
that point my mom is
like like [ __ ] you like you're not going
to shove right and so she shoved me back
and then it got
physical um and when you're saying
physical are are fists being thrown
Hing it was a lot of like uh more
pushing a lot of pushing and pulling
back and like that's what I remember it
was a it was a hurricane it was very I I
I couldn't tell you what happened after
that in any tour War but um I know that
my my wife here who's sitting right here
closest to me got it just wanted to
protect my wife did not thr any punches
anything like that got in between and he
actually slapped my wife punched my wife
I I don't know if it was a punch or slap
but there the face in the face in the
face grabbed and then SLA I remember
that very vividly grabbed by the
shoulders the top of the shoulders and
then either slapped or punched I don't
remember if it's was open or closed F
does she have any injuries do you know

okay so then we all got so then we all
got involved and I threw a punch you
punched

know it it ended up moving over there
and people separated us Happ and then
you know people sep and that was
basically what
happened when did the glass get the
glass he he was saying that he was hit
in the head with a glass like a a I have
no idea when a glass happened like a
drinking glass I honestly I have no idea
what was there even a glass involved I I
honestly don't know that's the first
time I heard about a
glass I'm not saying it didn't happen or
it did happen I just don't I I would
imagine there would be glass on the
floor though if if there was can can you
find someone see if like with Disney if
anything was swept up or
cleaned cuz he was claiming that he was
struck in the head with a glass but it
may have been when you punched him okay
yeah I don't I don't I honestly
don't I didn't I didn't punch him with
glass did did he hit you at all with
glass oh he he hit me yes how did he hit
you uh with a I guess okay yeah where in
your where uh I guess
I I guess in like the neck head area I
guess shoulder maybe I don't I it was a
r one dude like honestly like it was
like I kind of remember it being on this
side but I don't you want to lift up

okay but um he did swing at me and uh
and he did make contact at some point
but um yeah okay
so okay I don't know when I I'm sorry I
don't more speciic okay let me ask you
do you want to press charges I think we

that we involved but having spoke with
you you're a victim here do you want to
press
charges as in do you want him to go to
jail tonight and do you want to uh have
him or prosecute him in
court my
par it's entirely up to you I
understand pressing charges are you guys
local we live in South
Florida that's pretty
far what are we talking pressing charges
I don't know going to jail tonight
sending him to jail send this guy to
jail honestly this
guy's I can't believe he
assaulted I I asked all my victims if
they want to prosecute which means to
send them to jail and we'll testify in
court so they're not going we're not
going do we're not going to be able to
close court because we're only here for
a
weekend so I don't know what that
involves it would probably come up come
back up to Orange County to the point
where we drive yes I mean chares
on you can always change your mind at a
later Point press chares on hon okay so
you um they answer your question they
said no that there was nothing cleaned
up okay so there's no glass involved so
his injuries are then from him punching
punching him in defense
okay um do we have statements coming
from um Watkins had some um let me see
where if he still got more if not I'm
going to go back out the car bring some
how many do you need over here at least

three um see cuz I got three victims
here my mom and my wife here yeah we got
three victims at least but if you got a
few more obiously I don't know if that
counts I'm I'm not not going to need a
statement from
her what
