that we put him in the car fan yes and requested your assistance well the girl the guy I mean he doesn't he didn't I mean realistically the only thing we got no he didn't get in the way of anything it would be more disorderly than anything but I don't think he's yeah all right yeah so all right all right I'll let her know all right so supervisor's on the way us I think you asked for we got him on the way all right yeah he's always up here being one of the Beggars yeah and like you don't know his name or nothing Smiley that's probably a nickname yeah yeah of course but like I said I would just do you see him tomorrow they're visible yes no okay right but I mean my job is not to [ __ ] hold him down until y'all come and I get some information out that's when I grabbed him he continually hit us saying they were calling the police [Music] and we holding him down foreign that's the problem right there you yelling that's the problem yeah all right you know how this works is that her no right it doesn't we don't have any way to teleport we don't have anything so we came from as close as we were he was down the street at 12th Street I was up here on Fair Park like up by the market so listen so but listen I'm just explaining the process so we get here we put him in the car right away from it that's a man that's trying to defend his girlfriend so we get here we put him in the car he shows up threatening him right I get it I've already talked what's his name will yeah you don't say nothing listen to me first of all you called me out here so I'm here we're gonna figure all this out okay second of all we're not going to do it by yelling all right let me tell you something first of all when you first got out the car your offices took you to the side tell me because they have to tell me why I'm out here why I said why I never walk in anything blind just like they don't want me okay okay please tell me what's going on since he told me what's going on well here's what I understand right here's what I understand I understand this guy here walked into your school and went behind the camera we're working on stuff right now so do you watch behind the camera okay so he goes behind the counter you put your hands on him right I'm not worried about that shut up cigarettes basically rum rushing and put him down no he starts swinging on us he's hitting us okay that one time okay listen to him he's just trying to make sure he's got the score well I'm trying to make sense I wasn't here when it happened okay what I'm hearing is what I'm hearing is yeah well this was a robber yes okay what I'm trying to do is get the story straight so when I qualify the tickets and say hey we're out with robbery suspects and victims I don't come off half [ __ ] and tell them misinformation okay so let's understand that right now that's the suspect yes you're the vehicles yes okay along with him in the back of that club negative we'll talk about him in a second please let me we'll talk about him in a second so my officer said they get here you've got him down plus 20 [ __ ] minutes yes and one of you walked up on the officer and he told you to get back no um dead body cameras will show that okay so that's fine who is this guy that is my boyfriend somebody told him okay once you you doing all right back there this morning so four minutes from from call time to dispatch to arrival dispatched from dispatched at 17 30. what time do the call come in I hit on scene at 17 30. you know what time the call came in so a total of seven minutes total yes hey bud hey they're close don't touch anything because it's evidence of a robbery right so I'm gonna have to get people down here to take photographs so no touching that's the first one the second thing is it doesn't it matters in the short scheme of things seven minutes from the time you fall to the time we go okay and I know that it does and I know that right now a woman female okay okay listen nobody's trying to downplay that we understand no because you don't understand if that was your girlfriend because when he comes up here and he starts yelling at this guy that's why he's in the back of the car right now because you can't yell threats at another person and he still sitting out there smelling them in my face right I can't do the car right he's going to jail then why am I here thank you anymore so they got the little mobile scanner I don't know if Android's working or who's working I really don't want to have to take this dude well no we're probably going to the way that the way that they're treating this and and not having oh well you call you Call too no I would hey doesn't work call time dispatch time was 17 27. we got dispatches and he was here right before I was I mean yeah we got a robbery the younger one we have the boyfriend custody for the territory you can start yelling stuff at this guy trying to get involved especially and we have the two um here too that we can interview and all that stuff so um I just don't know how far you want to go stores closed but we're trying to protect the Privacy um they're closed thank you so okay hello I need to bring you guys up to 12th Street yes the store management showed up so they could be in the store um they're pretty irritated with us so they can they can go foreign [Music] hey man who told you to come down I mean they're not nobody's in trouble I'm we're just trying to figure out how you end this another one that hangs out okay all right we're just trying to get the story straightened out so hey can you uh tell Madison to clock out as soon as she can go home yeah yeah they're not We're not gonna make them stay or anything and I guess that's the store manager so I doubt she's gonna make a stadium so we'll make sure that they get out of here yeah so we'll take care of that Cal State Police identified okay so how are we going to get them to agree to go with us on the floor they're going to stay here because detectives are coming here fair enough you gotta do this dude's info yeah so let's let's talk to this guy what side is he on him I've tried but I don't know if my computer keeps going
