on the late evening of June 27th 2023
Orlando Police are on scene at the
airport after police are called by the
airline ticketing staff for a group of
disorderly customers of the airline who
are upset with the level of service they
had been receiving the following shows
the body warn camera footage of what
happened during the
incident I don't know they're not
telling us anything they stck here I am
steing you continue screaming and I'm
not going to help you so you need to
18 you have a rep from landside 31 over
to
Spirit are
serious why we keep doing
this I'm getting I'm getting the land
side over there
I got to get go over
here I told he's waiting for a letter he
went to go get it I'm
trying hold on hold on listen what's
happening let let me explain what's
going on right now because this is
getting out of control we're I keep
playing this game everybody's upset I
understand that I'm trying to see stop
stop no I'm talking I'm done I'm talking
I'm right now Goa is coming here member
from Goa when people start acting up I'm
just saying this because we need to get
under control people keep acting up and
threatening people I'm not saying you're
doing that but it's happening right now
so they're coming over here and then
when that starts happening one after
another we're going to trespass one at a
time out of the airport okay so stop I
understand you're
upsets but we're not going to do this
whole thing even you doing this right
now like that like look at you and look
at her and doing that stuff I never said
nothing you just did it your I walked
over
okay but when I came over here you're
very aggressive stuff we're not going to
play this game people are just going to
start getting trespass at the airport in
2 seconds when it start happen no it's
three of us oh but
huh no so I told I'm going to have L
side come over and I've already told
everybody I'm like the next people that
keep doing this stuff just to start
trespassing people out of here or moving
them out because they're like pushing on
the flex I know they're upset but
they're like pushing on flexiglass this
big guy right here is like in this
lady's face like this I'm like we're not
going to sit here and play this game for
an hour if you guys can't control
yourselves one at a time you be
trespassed from the airport that's it
right and unfortunately they need to put
their food down and not well they're
they're trying but these people are like
I mean they're screaming at me telling
me all kinds of crazy stuff back there
too
so they
can yes but and they're trying to rebook
them but the only option is the these
people the only flight that's going out
is not tomorrow it's the next day so
they're upset understandably so but the
only solution that Spirit can give them
is the manager saying we can only rebook
you we can't we can't refund you we
can't do whatever like maybe you can do
corporate I know this what I see if the
flight is canel they're supposed to
re I can see yeah I understand the
frustration but the man there's like
three managers back there and they're
like listen all we're doing is we can
rebook your flight but people are like I
want money I want this on top of that
right I understand
that
no hey so when when uh somebody from
lside comes over just let them know
we're going to start
like can you
out are we closing this whole
Kos them out that's
it this gu
here the counter the counters are closed
for right now okay the counters are

than that and then went further
yeah you can do whatever you can give me
all the looks you want bro
me I ain't that first of all so I don't
know what you're talking
aboutut this guy
oh no he's catching he's catching more
than that more than the battery I just
saw when I was on trying to get him off
I saw you were on I couldn't see he no
he he my throat and I was like I was
like out like I couldn't breathe it on
like out work yeah so I was I was
blacking out for a second I was like
[ __ ] I was I was swinging I couldn't get
anything around
we got cars here
too okay broke his leg
we just have it's just her and him I
think 105 right went to the office the
kids are probably sitting outside the
office two of
them so I think
it's l broken
wa like
[Music]
that I wonder you can get up come on I
was trying to my T we were all mangled I
know I couldn't I couldn't get to
nothing um I wonder what kind of so
originally I push his hands away I saw I
was standing there and I saw him all I
people in front of me I had to push him
out the way I saw him do that and then
it was just you were all over well he he
was doing this he was he was doing this
with the KE and he was doing this and I
was like bro and I pushed his hand away
he's like don't [ __ ] touch me and he
hit me and I was like bro do not do that
I was like you need to step away right
now and I put my hand like this and you
[ __ ] hit my hand he pushed me and
then we just went
down oh yeah
but she was on top of me pulling her up
yeah it was crazy cuz I'm trying to pull
him yeah
[Applause]
don't what's up yeah yeah chok me out
good choking you out oh yeah yeah we
were on the ground he like I was like
tapping out yeah oh he's not getting
this bad earo he's going to he's going
to get more than that oh yeah I was like
oh dude it was it was it was a dog
pile but we we like started they they
got the flights cancelled and then he
was ywn at them and I was like we're
close we're done we're done we're done
this and he start reaching his hand like
touching their keyboards like typing on
their keyboards and I was like bro I was
like you can't be doing that and he's
like don't [ __ ] touch me hit my hand
and I was like bro back up and then he
hit my hand and then I was like you
can't be doing that and I went I was
like you need to back up and he went
like this and I was like okay then we
went down the ground and just on top of
me like to rush for no
reason it's it's on camera it's
CA we were on the the
ground he he had me like I I came down
like this and he was on top of me and I
was like I was taing out bro I couldn't
see
[ __ ] they were all there we were all top
and then his
wife and his wife was on top of him
right so so actually I did the opposite
I let him live actually let him live
yeah let him perfect no I could have a
difference it's a difference like you
can kill me with a gun but you don't
right right what you saying sound like a
clown like the rest of Y sound like a
clown thought he was about to rush me
that's what happened he attacked me
first he thought he was about to rush me
and got the worst of it that's what
happened homeb came
huh cop just like
you people handc
crooked handcuff y get handcuff right
that's why you
handcuff
EXA the ambulance is here so they're
come and check you
out no that's for him
oh fun night yeah I think they need they
need to like shut down these ticket
counters over here yeah these guys are
creating Havoc out here they're like
making home calls they're with them oh
yeah yeah they're telling their family
oh they almost shot us they act like we
were
Terror I know we're on but this lady's
said like this guyy trying to grab your
gun or something crazy oh he choke he he
made me pass out oh Jesus he CH he
choked me out to where like I was I
couldn't see anything anymore oh sh oh
yeah this guy this guy claims he broke
his leg the one that's 1015 okay he was
reached behind the ticket counter like
they were screaming each other and I was
like all right we're close everything's
closed now and he was like slamming
their keyboard right and I was like I
pushed his hand I was like bro you can't
do that back there he's like don't touch
me he did the hit and I was like step
back I keep me doing that he did a hit
again and then we locked up and I was
like now you're going to jail and he
he's a big boy he leaned in he leaned in
on me and he put me in a headlock he
went down the ground and I I passed out
almost like I was like it was there I
think somebody got his arm back into the
last second I on him and then the girl
and then his wife his wife jumped on his
back in the middle of
it he said his leg's broken but it's not
Bren information
there's some more going on down
there oh they set they set some down
there
[Applause]
[Applause]
your toes at
all it's not
broken yeah yeah yeah you're good man
you're good we don't want you to don't
overdo yeah it's not it's not
Brit
something uh I think we got some
somebody took his information I don't
know where the officer might two medical
or just this guy just just this guy I
think uh somebody had somebody had his
met infro I think they walked off so we
did not get his info the people that
left here do not have it the one who had
it walked off so he'd have to give it to
you
fragile they said they said it's not
broken or anything so the other one she
was like oh my bones they're breaking oh
so they going to her you just want to
knock that out yeah yeah yeah yeah for
sure if they're asking do we need to fix
those cuz those are yeah well those were
in the midst of
the I'm press it on this side
must take this one off yeah if you can
open that one I'll look this back around
real quick all
right there we
[Music]
go somebody already had
his it doesn't look like it's broken
