domestic dispute in Georgia dispatch
informed officer Addington that Wongs Yu
J siku's father reported that his son J
had shoved him upon arrival officer
Addington encountered J siku recognizing
ing Jay from past encounters officer
Addington approached the situation with
caution hey bud you

call from your dad you got my father

me for going to pick him up at the K uh
dealership okay because I got stuck in
traffic
he wants to talk to me
about being angry gotcha he was the one

whatever because of what he smoking and
or an undiagnosed mental condition so

I don't even know because of that or he
he's he just um um uh have um some
mental condition or whatever he he

he see a doctor for anything well I
tried to because I cannot afford it to
go see the doctor so it's not first time
the the the police officer was here was
before and they gave me some information
to like call here and call there yeah I
tried to call there but um they were not
able to do it okay and know
because Charing for
anyway and I could not get any help does
he take any
medication okay so what did he do to you
today all right
um I had to uh uh leave my car to the
service department a dealer to get some
service and I asked him for picking me
up
and he came and pick me up and
uh on the way back to home whole time he
was speaking grabbing the phone and
speaking to to someone and uh he was
texting while after the danger and he is
still under my uh Insurance uh cover so
I tried to tell him and advise him hey
it's not that's illegal you shouldn't do
that plus once you get a ticket my
insurance cover coverage the uh premium

and he start upset and yelling and
cussing and F brought on me like that
and kept doing it in the
house and uh so you got home what was he
doing just getting up to you like
getting close to you and uh he was so K
think about
it this cloth on face keep cing so I see
the towel in the stop doing that I throw
at him and he started pushing in okay
and made him
like he pushed you like did you fall or
I didn't get any hurt okay but but but
what would you do when someone pushing
you like that yeah I understand know I
I I I'm I'm afraid that I might hit
him get him get involved in fighting
with him physically mhm
I don't want that happen so there was
there was no option but because he
wouldn't stop I tried to talk to him he
wouldn't stop okay there's no other
option but calling the police so know
the full details of it but he did decide
to resist arrest um and and and he
outside yes and he had to be brought to
the ground and he he he he he so he's
okay I what I'm saying is but he's being
taken yes he's being taken to jail
because of what he did up here and then
what he did down there okay
so I don't know exactly the charges down
there but when something happens in a
house where two or more people live
together in Georgia that's called Family
Violence right so him getting up in your
face right that's called simple assault
him pushing you is called simple battery
right and under Family Violence laws
laws even if you were like I don't want
to take charges right it's up to me the
state takes charges for Family Violence
willing to fill out a written
statement I'm sorry would you be willing
to fill out a written statement fill out
the written statement yeah it's just
like everything that you told me
happened you just like write it
down what I really
it I I don't know it's going to be able
to be that way what I really want
is I I hope hope he get some kind of
treatment I agree because he's not
normal I agree and I I want him to get
that treatment but at the same time we
have to address the issues that have
happened because of what's going on with
him you know careful what he think is oh
it's okay that I'm doing this or it's
okay I'm being this
way so he keep keep doing that
way okay what um that's what happened so
far so I I don't know at this point okay
so hey the guy who was in this apartment
you know just a couple minutes earlier
he's bringing up a written statement
it's just really going to help us if you
just write down what you told me um what
happened to him what is going to be like
I mean so so either way regardless of of
what you write down either way he's
being Ted in jail and simply because of
what happened up here and what happened
down there um you know it's obstruction
down there and then he's got some family
violence charges up
here it's up to you I can't I I can't
force you to do anything I mean it's
just going to help because you know
you're just detailing what you told

think of this as like incriminate in him

suggestions on how he could help his son
Crisis Line you can call them and if
they determine that that you have enough
they can come down here and sign what's
called a 1013 order and that's a that's
another court order that mandates mental
health help um so so they would take him
to the hospital and then they would take
him into a mental rehab rehabilitation
facility and see if they you know could
diagnose him with anything if they help
him
um other than that I don't know any
other
Alterna he does need help so so Georgia
CR is probably your best
bet while officer balson conversed with
the father officer Addington and the
accompanying officers proceeded with the
arrest placing Jay at the back of the
police van you all right man yes finger
scraped up a little bit I'm just saying
it could have been easier yeah it would
have been if you would have listened to
me all I was trying to do is take a
seat now you got battery on an
officer congratulations I I I
mean and I've been out here before and
talk to you
too and I try to stay out here and avoid
my dad you know what I'm saying why
don't you move out you're a grown ass
