um depending on which way you go whether
you submit to it or not it could be a
license suspension it depends on length
of time which one okay and that'll all
be explained this is a copy for you to
reel along with

says consequences of test and
refusal you are now under arrest for OVI
operating the vehicle under the
influence of alcohol a drug or a
combination of them if you refuse to
take any chemical test required by law
your driving privileges will be
suspended immediately and you will have
to pay a fee to have the Privileges

bottom under the notices of suspension
and the ones on the
left uh that's going to be for test

to answer that in like a VI
