A man was stopped by police based on a false claim that he was a witness. When officers tried to force him to show ID without legal grounds and used intimidation, he stood firm, recording everything and demanding answers. In the end, unable to justify their actions. The officer backed off, exposing blatant abuse of power. >> Yes, sir. >> Dude, that [ __ ] comes to my face. Intimidate those who are less intelligent than the others who do not know and understand their rights as an American citizen. Some of the people that you arrest and you try to get their identification without having any probable cause or any sort of justification. >> She walked over here. She walked back and told me, "Hey, you know what? This guy over here is a witness. He said he's going to vouch for this guy." So guess what? Hang on a second. So I'm walking over here and asking you for an ID. >> You're coming over here asking me for ID identification. I don't need to. I do not. Of course. There's no law that requires me to give you my identification if I am not under legal arrest. >> Am I Am I being detained? >> The reason I can You're not detained. >> Am I free to go? Okay, I'm going inside. You're not going to help this guy, sir. That's what you're saying.
