This cop thought he could flex unlimited power by stopping a man for improper crossing and demanding ID without cause. But the man knew his rights. Refusing to comply, calling out harassment and demanding a supervisor. Instead of admitting fault, the cop escalated and wrongfully arrested him, exposing disturbing abuse of power. >> You improperly cross the road. You started over there and proceeded across superseding a 90° angle. That doesn't the verbiage doesn't say, "Well, if there's this, then there's that." It says that you're required to cross the road at a 90°. So, because you committed a traffic infraction, this gentleman's asking for identification.
