Police circled a man several times before stopping right behind his motorcycle in a clear act of intimidation. When he confronted them, they falsely claimed his license plate didn't match his bike. But this time, he recorded everything. And what started as harassment ended with the officer's misconduct and abuse of power fully exposed. >> My plate doesn't what, sir? >> Ran the wrong plate.
