We received a tip that this individual had child sexual abuse material on his electronic devices. You know what else that made this guy dangerous? He decided to do cocaine before he got in his vehicle and drove down the roadway. When we caught up with him, he was weaving all over the road. We grappled him and Frank processed him for DUI. You are under arrest for DUI. The mixture of whatever substances that you took last night, like you said, probably cocaine, obviously on every test that we've done, there's been pretty significant physical impairment.
