You never said what the problem was. >> They're complaining that you're drunk and disorderly. >> Oh, well, they served me. >> Okay, I get that they served you. While being taken to jail, Marcy expressed frustration and attempted to resist, stating that she had a video recording of the incident and threatened legal action against the airline and the police. >> We're going through the airport. >> Little man syndrome. Oh, let's show it off. Woo! Because they over served me on Allegant and I get arrested cuz they overs served me on Allegiance. Now you want to arrest me. I just got off the go plane. Two, any person who violates the provisions of this section commits a secondderee misdemeanor punishable as provided in SS775.082 082 or SS775.083 intoxication causing disorder and resisting arrest. Her actions on the airplane and at the airport contributed to the severity of the charges. Ultimately, Marcy was charged with public >> I'm not putting it back there. I'm going through your stuff to get your ID. >> No, you have no right. I want an attorney. No, I request an attorney. This is wrong. You have no right to go through my I said >> get in the car. >> Are you kidding me? >> Nope. >> Illegal. Illegal. >> Marcy here came in >> intoxicated. >> She was drunk on the plane. >> She was drunk on the plane causing a disturbance to the point where they wanted me to escort her off. Escorted her off and then she just starts getting belligerent. Refuse to identify herself. They, you know, require a report for FAA and she's just I'm gonna start smoking out here and she's just the whole time. Yeah, >> this is all her crap. I'm trying to find her ID. >> Marcy's husband was also present at the scene. He was noted to be sober, but did nothing to help his wife. Instead of intervening or assisting in resolving the situation, he left the scene, which demonstrates his lack of responsibility. complained on the plane, but the one stewartist because she wasing mad when I said, "You're going to be sorry." I'll tell you that. What the did I do? >> Are you going to keep on acting like this at the jail? >> Acting like what? And like I said, I did with them, too. Wait till my son, who's a sergeant, hears about this? Oh, are you afraid to let me out? I'm so violent. I could fly on the plane. I could walk through the airport. You afraid to let me out. So, you want to do this false charge? You're going to be And I'll tell you that right now. You have no permission to go through my no permission to go through my ma'am. >> I already said attorney. I want an attorney. Leave my [ __ ] alone. >> Yeah. >> What's your name? >> Just let me the out. >> Okay. So, I'm going to talk to you >> cuz I go on a plane for a vacation and the steist >> doesn't like me and serves me. Arrest me. Let me out of this car. I know. For what? Let me out of the car. In all situations, respecting the law and cooperating with authorities is essential to avoid unnecessary trouble. Next, follow the situation involving an angry woman whose traffic fine turned out to be 10 times more severe. >> I know my rights. What are you arresting for charge? Keep going. >> Absolutely not. >> What are you arresting me for? >> Resisting. >> You need to give me a reason for the original charge. On July 23, 2024, a woman was detained by the police on suspicion of involvement in a traffic accident. Although she claimed she was not involved and refused to answer questions, she was still cautioned and required to participate in an investigation regarding suspicions of driving under the influence after admitting that she had been drinking earlier. >> Did you see any of this? I seen the the one dude come up and I mean I was s I've been sitting here for a minute. >> Can you hang up the phone? >> It's my son. That's who I was going to meet. So, >> okay. Where are you coming from? >> I'm coming right up over here by Windixie. >> Do you have your ID or anything on you? >> Yes, sir. I do. >> Can you come up here, please? >> Your son doesn't need to come up here. >> Well, I mean, apparently he does cuz I'm involved in something that I didn't even know happened. >> Are you involved? >> No. I was sitting here waiting for the light. >> Have you been drinking at all, ma'am? No. >> Hadn't had a single drink? >> No, sir. Well, >> so you didn't go to Windixie? >> Not in the actual Windixie store. I went to the liquor store next door. >> Did you buy some? >> Yeah, like a couple hours ago. Is >> there any way we can get her out of the roadway? >> Which one? >> This one. >> Just traffic reasons. Is there a way I can get her out of the street? >> Is it going to be here? >> She is no condition to drive. Just step back here with me. >> Step right? Where? >> Mr. Becker, just follow me. All right. Right now, you're being detained. >> For what? >> For a DUI investigation. >> Why? >> Because you told me you were drinking. >> No, I didn't. >> Listen, this is all we're going to do. We're going to do this. We're going to do the exercises. The police suspected that she might be under the influence of alcohol, and her admission of having consumed alcohol earlier prompted an investigation into the offense of driving while intoxicated. Although the police explained the reason for her detention, she reacted aggressively, even threatening to call a lawyer. This action not only showed contempt for the law, but also further escalated the situation. >> Do you mind doing a series of exercises? >> I'm here. >> Is that okay? >> What do you need me to do? I want I want actually I want to wait for my son to get here. >> Well, we're not waiting. >> So, no. I want my son to be here to witness this. >> Ma'am, listen. >> No. >> Are you okay with doing exercises? >> No. Not until my son gets here to witness this. >> Do you have anything that that any kne down? Okay. Do you guys ever harm me? >> I ain't got on me. >> Is this your rape right here? >> Probably. I don't know. >> If you could just sit right there for me. >> Something I had nothing to do with. >> No, ma'am. >> Absolutely. Yes, you are. Not the crash, but >> why you why are you questioning me and pulling me over? >> I didn't pull you over. You You're stopped at the crash, ma'am. >> Well, I had no choice. Where was I going to go? So, tell me why did you detain me when I had nothing to do with that? I was behind them. Give me the answer or else I'm calling my lawyer. You arrest me on [ __ ] >> You're not arrested, ma'am. You were detained. >> Why am I detained though? You can't give me answer for that >> for a DUI investigation. For what? >> The woman continued to challenge the police by demanding to speak with her son and refusing to cooperate as she declined to undergo breathalyzer tests until her son was present. >> I want my son here before you say anything. >> This is for you. >> But I want my son here before you read me anything. I'll tell you to call him and make him get >> Your son Listen, your son doesn't dictate my actions. >> No, I want my son here to witness it. But I No, >> when your son gets here, he can get here. >> Absolutely. >> But your son doesn't dictate my action. >> But I'm telling you right now, before you say anything else, I know my rights. I want my son here to witness it. >> I'm going to tell you your rights. Okay. >> No. Not until my son gets here. >> Your son doesn't dictate my actions. >> No, but I want him to >> He can witness. >> I want him to witness it. So, you need to wait. >> No, I'm not waiting. >> Well, you can wait or you going to repeat it? >> Listen. >> No. This situation, you need to listen. I know my rights. I was born and raised here. You I know my race. My son is either going to witness what you're going to say or you're not going to say [ __ ] to me. >> Why don't you tell him that? Because you were on the phone. You were right in my ear when I was talking to him and you told me to hang up the phone. >> After multiple instances of resistance and verbal confrontations, the officer informed her that she was being arrested for resisting arrest without violence. I don't give a I grew up in I was raised and born in this in this. So I don't give a [ __ ] You ain't going to do a damn thing to me until my son gets here to either once witness it or two record it. So you ain't going to do [ __ ] to me. >> It's being recorded. >> Well, that's good. >> So your son doesn't have to >> I'll wait till my son gets here. >> Does your son know he's where he's going? >> Why he's have to come up here? >> Listen, I'm going to read you your rights. >> No, you're not. Not >> you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the courtroom. >> I refuse and that's my right to refuse because I don't have my son here to record it. >> Who are you? Who are you? >> You're not going to talk to me like that. >> Who the [ __ ] are you? >> Okay, you need to calm down. >> Place in handcuffs right now. >> You're about to get You're about to get arrested. >> You're going to place me in a handcuff. Go ahead and put your hands on your back. No. No. No. >> You're going to get >> Finally, after a series of acts of resistance and unreasonable protest, the woman was arrested for nonviolent resistance and driving under the influence, DUI, even though she continuously maintained her innocence. This serves as a serious reminder that failing to comply with the police's requests not only worsens the situation but can also lead to severe legal consequences. >> Wait, you're not going to get arrested for resisting. >> No, I ain't resist [ __ ] >> You are resisting. You're >> No, I haven't. My mom knows she a sleeper. >> I don't care who your mama knows. I promise you I don't care. >> Well, I don't know who your mama knows or who she sleeps with. But I promise you, >> nobody's talking about nobody's mama but you. You ain't gonna arrest me for [ __ ] You ain't got nothing to believe me on. What are you arresting me on? >> Nope. No. No. Hold on. No. I know my rights. What are you arresting me on? >> Charge. Keep going. >> Absolutely not. >> Sit down. >> No, you're not telling me what you're arresting. >> Each situation in this story is a typical example of the lack of understanding and unreasonable defiance toward law enforcement leading to severe legal consequences. Everyone, what are your thoughts on this situation? Leave your comments below and be sure to subscribe for more engaging content and plenty of information delivered your way. Thank you for all your support. >> You're going to get tased in about 2 seconds. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> You're just going to be detained for now. Okay. The police just meant to pull them over, but ended up triggering a meltdown from girls who think they're above the law. >> All right, so you are under arrest for the DOC. You're also going to get charged with obstruction for providing me a false name. You're also going to get charged with suspended license. >> You want to go toing jail today. Get out of the car right now. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Today, let's look at some unbelievable meltdowns where Karens bring trouble on themselves. It seemed like a routine traffic stop quickly shifted when a few words sparked and fueled an entire storm. >> You want to go toing jail today. Get out of the car right now. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> You're going to get tased in about 2 seconds. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> After checking her documents and confirming they were valid, the officer asked for a signature to acknowledge the citation. She refused to sign, not out of defiance, but due to a misunderstanding of the legal process. And from that moment, the situation began to spiral out of control. >> You're you're cruising. Do you have your license on you? >> Sure. >> Thank you. Everything good with your license? No signing tickets or anything like that? >> I will with you. >> Sorry. >> So, this is a citation for that speed. Okay. It does. So, >> with that, if you don't get any of the three options, you have to contact this number on the front and schedule a court hearing. Okay? >> It doesn't allow me to give you a fine amount. All right? All I need from you is a signature. >> What do you mean? What do you mean? >> Deputy Davidson. It's right there on the bottom of the citation right there. >> You didn't hear what I asked. >> You said, "What is my name?" I said, "It's Deputy Davidson." >> I did not ask you that. You said that I have to go for a court hearing. I said, "What do you mean by that?" >> It means you got to contact that number and schedule an appearance in front of the judge. The speed is too great for me to issue a fine amount cuz you're over 30 mph over the speed limit. >> So, all I need is a signature from you. It's not saying you're guilty. It's just saying you're going to contact that number and schedule a court date. That's all. >> I'm not sure if I should sign anything that I'm not. >> I'm just going to tell you a refusal to sign a citation is an arrestable offense. So, you're going to arrest me because I do not understand what you're talking about. >> I I don't understand what you don't know what I'm saying to you. Okay. So, this the deal. You were doing 85. >> She continued to react aggressively and insisted on calling a family member despite clear explanations from the police about the consequences. She refused to cooperate. The tension quickly escalated into confrontation. >> Listen, I'm not here to make phone calls. >> Okay? So, you want me to sign something that I'm not comfortable with? And then I said, "Let me let me signing cuz you said you're going to arrest me for something that I do not understand why you're going to arrest me for. So, I need to call my family member." >> You don't have to call your family member. You're going to do, sir. No, you don't. Driving is a privilege, not a right. We're going to start out with that. So, again, you were doing 85 mph and a posted 45 mph speed. >> And I said I was not. I was 55. We're not going to argue road sign. That's something that you go to a judge. >> Correct. >> And in this case, you don't get three options like a normal speech citation. You get the option of calling the number and scheduling a court hearing. At that time, you can make your argument with the judge that you were not speeding. Okay? That's the time that you get to argue. You don't get to argue roadside. Okay? >> I'm not arguing with you, sir. >> You are arguing. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm arrest I'm not saying I'm arresting you for not agreeing. I'm saying if you fail to sign a citation for a court date. >> I am picking up the citation. I will go to the court, but I'm not citing something that I do not understand. >> Before the tension could ease, she suddenly hit the gas and drove off just as the officer turned his back. An action that pushed the situation to the brink of violent confrontation. >> You can't leave. >> You want to go to jail today? You want to go to [ __ ] jail today? >> You want to stop your car and put it in park right now? >> Okay. >> Get out of the car right now. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the [ __ ] car. >> Don't Don't swear at me. Don't swear. Do not You're not He's not allowed to open my vehicle. >> Yes, he is allowed. I'm telling you. Why are you driving away from a traffic stop? >> Because I'm talking to him. He walked away from me. I was talking to him. >> So, you would drive away while he's got your driver's license and your all your paperwork. >> He gave me my driver's license. if you get me my paperwork. And then he told me something that I don't agree with. He said, "If you do not agree with that, I said to you, you will go to jail." I said, "No, I want to call my family member to see why I'm going to jail for. I'm a citizen in here. What am I going to jail for? You give me a citation, sir. You give me a citation, sir. I said I will comply. I gave you my license and everything. So, now you tell me you're going to put me to jail." >> So, was it 30 over >> 85 and 45? >> Okay. So, >> I was doing 55. >> Hey, listen. It doesn't matter if you're doing 55. It doesn't matter. You have to sign that, >> sir. >> Yeah. You're not going to sign it. Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. >> And then I will go to the judge. >> Okay. Do me a favor. >> No. No. Take your hand off of me, >> sir. I'm not putting >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> No. >> You're going to jail. Stop out of the car. You're going to jail. >> Wait. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Come on. Sign the paper. Too late. Come on. You're going to jail. Step out of the car. You're going to get tased in about two seconds. Step out of the car. >> Wait a jail. >> Wait. Wait a minute. Why y'all doing this? >> Yeah, we are. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Wait a minute. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. You are under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. >> After being forcibly taken into custody, she continued to react violently, claiming she was racially profiled and assaulted without cause. A flood of emotions erupted as if all reason had been swept away by anger. >> Take your license. >> No. No. No. These are my property. >> This is my property. No. >> You go and run the arrow under arrest for resistance. >> Sir, can I can I have my property? Sir, >> sir. >> Hey, let go of it. You're under arrest. You can't have anything. You are under arrest, ma'am. Listen to me. Don't make it any harder. It has to be. You're under arrest. You're going to jail. That's it. >> Wait a minute. What are you doing? >> All right. >> Why are you following me, sir? Why are you touching my boobon? >> No one's touching you. I have a seat. >> Okay. Don't push me like that. >> No one's pushing me. >> That was so rude. >> No, you were given several orders. You didn't You didn't belt. >> We're going to have We're going to seat belt you. Okay. >> Hey, put your real camera on. Put your camera on. >> Did you put your camera on when you punched me though? >> Sit back for me, please. >> I am sitting back. >> Okay. I need to reach around you. Sir, can you stop pushing me over? >> You want to hand it to me? >> So, you don't like black folks, huh? >> Is that Why does it have to be that? >> Because Because I didn't do anything. >> Maybe my wife is black. How do you not know that? >> Like, like I said, I didn't I did not do anything. >> Okay. >> So, you guys like that? >> How do you manhandling me like that? >> You were explaining you have to sign the option or or it's jail. And >> he told me he told me that. I said, "I do understand what he's saying. I just need somebody to explain to me what he's saying." And then you called you, push me, punch me on my face, and then put me in in in here for what? >> In Florida, resisting a law enforcement officer without violence is punishable by up to one year in jail, while resisting with violence can lead to up to 5 years in prison. She could face charges of refusing to sign the citation, resisting a law enforcement officer, and attempting to flee the scene. Next, Karen thought that hiding quietly in the back seat could erase all traces, but the police weren't so easily fooled. >> Officer Story Police Department, just so I know how to get recorded. Reason for the stop is the tabs are expired. >> I know it's my car. >> Gotcha. >> And I I didn't bring my other glasses, >> but the car is not stolen. >> For sure. It looks like you bought it a while ago. >> Yeah. And I owe $80 more dollars left behind. >> Gotcha. >> And they gave me a ticket for having not for having expired tabs just for >> for not for not transferring the title. >> Yeah. But I'm going to transfer tomorrow cuz I got court in the morning. >> Gotcha. You got court tomorrow for not transferring title? >> No, I got court tomorrow for a charge. Yeah. For that ticket. >> Gotcha. >> So I'm How come we're still driving it then? >> Huh? >> How come we're still driving it? Do you have driver's license on you, ma'am? >> I don't. >> I got my driver's license. I'm just driving for him because he couldn't see in the dark. >> Gotcha. Do you have any form of identification? >> I don't. >> All right. Do you have a Vela driver's license? >> I do. >> Do you have one since you're driving? >> I don't. >> All right. Do you just not have one or are you suspended? >> I'm suspended. >> All right. And then do you have insurance for the vehicle? >> Um, no. They gave me a ticket for No. >> Gotcha. Insurance. That's what I'm going to court for tomorrow. Okay. >> But I do got valid driver's license. >> Okay. Police pulled over a vehicle for an expired registration tag. But when asked for documentation, neither of the two occupants had anything to show. And that was only the beginning. >> That's my driver. I got you. >> I apologize, man, for that. >> I'm a park, but I got to be at Lakewood at 8:30 in the morning. >> I got you. Where'd Sarah go? >> Where'd Sarah go? >> What you mean, where did she go? >> How come she's not in the passenger seat? >> She's not in the driver's seat. I She climbed over so I could drive. >> She walk away. No, she >> she's got warrants, doesn't she? What's her real name? >> Before I tow the car, what's her real name? >> Don't tow my car, bro. >> What's her real name? >> Sarah. >> How do you know her? >> She stays in the building next door to me. >> How long have you known her? >> About a month, man. Don't tell me the car, bro. I only owe $80 left on the car. >> All right. Do me a favor. Turn the ignition off and my keys. >> There's no keys. >> Okay. How does it start? >> It's a push start. >> All right. Do you have the fob? >> Yeah. >> All right. Let me see the fob. >> Okay. Her first name is Sarah. Are there any weapons in the car? Okay. Sarah, I know you're in the back seat. It's your chance to come out. Okay. >> Come out of the car, Sarah. Why? >> Because if you don't, you're going to be under arrest for obstruction. >> Why? >> Because you need to come out of the car. When the officer turned back, the woman had disappeared from the driver's seat. And within seconds, the situation escalated into a warning for arrest due to obstruction. >> My driver is hiding herself in the back seat. She's giving me a fake name. Okay, Sarah, come out of the car. >> I let her I let her drive because my >> She was driving. >> Yep. >> So, we did a little switcher route. >> Yep. There we go. I'll get that door for you. We're going to go and walk back to my car. >> Right here. >> You have anything on you that's going to poke me, stab me, stick me, or otherwise hurt me? >> No. Did you already provide him your ID? >> Yeah, I got driver's license. I go to court tomorrow. >> You go to court for >> for no um insurance. >> You have a warrant or something? >> No. Hell no. >> I forot my warrants, man. Come on. Hell no. >> Okay. All right. Okay, sit tight. >> What you got warrants for? >> I don't have no warrants. >> Why are we calling in the backseat of the car? >> I just was laying back there. That's where I was at before I started. >> At the very least, right now, I have you with no valid driver's license without any form of identification. That's a criminal offense. If you are not straight with me, I will book you into jail for it. What's your real name? >> Sarah. >> What's your real last name? >> Okay. Have you ever had a driver's license in the state of Washington? >> No. California. >> Okay. You have no warrants or anything like that? No. >> Why would you hide in the back seat? >> I wasn't. I was just laying down back there cuz I thought it was going to take a minute to be honest with you. >> Your friend totally gave you up. >> That's fine. I didn't I wasn't hiding. >> Threw him before. He couldn't see, so I started driving for him. His vision is messed up at night. >> Okay. Any contraband or anything like that? >> Nope, I don't. >> All right. Cuz it will be a whole separate new felony charge. >> I understand. >> All right. So, you are under arrest for the DOC.
