Um so, you're a criminal amount of speed. So, because you're in excess of 20 mph over the speed limit while you don't have any headlights on. Yep. And um and then thirdly, as you approach the solid steady red light at Combs, you in no way came to a complete stop before you made the right on red as required by Arizona law.
