now she was charged with obstruction of
justice criminal mischief and resisting
arrest that was the criminal charges now
as you guys may or may not know DUI in
New Jersey is not a criminal charge it's
counted as a road infraction you still
get jail time for it though but she was
charged with operating Under the
Influence Rec driving careless driving
and having an open container of alcohol
so in total she received 10 charges for
