I'll probably wind advise going in there again you're trespassing this is the domes just a lot of graffiti people hanging out shenanigan read half of these structures are falling in and there's all kinds of other gross stuff you know Neil's I'm originally from Detroit Michigan I'm came out here to go to graduate school I worked at another agency in the valley and it just really wasn't quite a good fit for me and I ended up making out here to County and I absolutely loved it and you don't have to have a master's degree this is a job it's just and what's one of things that my parents tease me about they're like oh I figured a master's degree now you're a cop and I'll give you a copy of that I love your dog I really want to work at something different and I get to help people I get to do crazy stuff did you guys have fun go play with your toys okay thank you I started my law enforcement career in May of 2012 I started off working detention working detention definitely gave me a unique perspective and kind of a leg up I think working Patrol you learn how to talk to people at the film's okay give me one okay it's what I was born to do and something new every day and you'd counter some of the the worst people and some of the greatest people and it's just the diversity of it is what I love just slow it down okay yeah there you're fine it makes me happy to have a positive contact like that with the citizens because it's not all the time usually I have you know you get people on their worst days or you know not very happy to see us or but when I get stuff like that like that that really makes my day hi hey guys okay I started with the sheriff's office when I was about 19 20 years old I started at the jail I knew that I wanted a career here it's been in my blood this year in August okay 19 years here with the Sheriff's Office I like serving my community I like you know helping people it's quite rewarding women are so well suited for this job I do the same job as all the guys on my squad sometimes people are more comfortable talking with me it gives us a little bit of a unique perspective if we go on a domestic or a child abuse sometimes we get a bitter reaction talking to people and treating them a respect and I think that's how I've been able you know to get through I couldn't think of being anywhere else for my of the rest of my career hitting 19 years I'm pretty satisfied greatest job on it it really is [Music]
