April faces a series of serious charges, including assault causing serious bodily injury to an officer. Assault using a vehicle as a weapon, assault on multiple officers, destruction of property, aggravated DUI, driving under the influence, other charges, reckless driving, no driver's license, no insurance, forged vehicle registration. In March 2025, the court sentenced April to 7 years in prison. Sleeping in a car at Starbucks is easy, but waking up in a prison cell for seven years is something that not everyone can do.
