live she was gloating and she was

Department and here we can see Mrs Fogle
getting really animated and having a
little bit of a Caren moment check this
out unfortunately there's no sound

so it turns out what she was doing on
her phone was not having a conversation
with a friend but she was actually live
streaming on Facebook live a public
video posted to her personal Facebook
account Fogle is seen inside the phone
store as she sits and talks about
billing issues that she's been having
with the company so what am I supposed
to do with
AT&T it feels like AT&T is the scammers
next I'm going to show you guys this
news clipping of her arraignment and it
details all the charges that she got for
this incident a city council member was
arraigned today inside a Lexington
courtroom police arrested Tana Fogle
Sunday at the AT&T Store on Richmond
Road after the manager asked her to
leave and she refused Fogle and her
attorney claimed the councilwoman was
unfairly targeted by the arresting
officer they hoped the charges against
her would be dropped at today's
arraignment but that didn't happen still
Fogle says she's grateful for the
support she's received from the
community we definitely want to show
Lexington that there are people who
believe in me and they outnumber the
naysayers but even if they wasn't here
God was walking with me and I was still
in the majority Fogle is charged with
trespassing menacing and resisting
arrest she pleaded not guilty to all
three charges she's due back in court
April 16th so she was charged with
trespassing resisting arrest and
menacing but unfortunately it looks like
the justice system dropped the ball and
just allowed her to walk away
free the Lexington Police Department
said that they had become aware of the
Court decision regarding the charges
against council member Tanya Fogle in
response to numerous media requests for
videos we are releasing the body warn
camera and other footage the department
said on X so I guess they told
themselves well if she's not guilty why
don't we show the public just how
entitled this woman was and I'm glad
they shared the video all this is
proving is that the justice system is
dropping the ball and reinforcing This
Woman's car and behavior that she's
above the law I'm sure she will have
another Scandal very soon because she's
clearly not going to learn from this
