A man was simply picking flowers in a public area until a deputy confronted him, scolding and threatening him just for riding shirtless. But when he pushed back and exposed the officer's baseless intimidation, the deputy had no choice but to back down, revealing the abuse of authority for what it was. >> What's your name, sir? >> That's a name tag right there, sir.
