Hello there driver, see your driver's license, please. Couple different reasons I stopped you. First one, you're passing everyone in traffic in that far right lane. So, I locked you in at 58, speed limit's 45. So, you're traveling and you passed me. Uh secondly, you're displaying expired registration tabs. Shows that they expired in February and we're now in July. And you have a giant crack across your windshield. Looks like a road map. So, those are the three. See your registration paperwork here and proof of insurance. >> I don't have >> Okay. I copy. That's good. Let's see. It's looking it looks like 10 of 06 and looks like a Q50. Awesome. Hang tight for me. So, he's been stopped just by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office in February of '26, September of '25, July of '25, August of '24, January of '24. He's gotten all sorts of stops for all sorts of stuff including criminal speed. So, we're going to be dealing with some some of that today. You get stopped a lot. A lot. You already were stopped already previously this year. So, you got stopped in February. You got stopped twice last year and you got stopped at least two or three times the year before. >> I'm >> So, >> I'm trying. I I thought I was doing it cuz I I've even seen your video where it's if you're under 15 and I've been told, especially when I was younger, "Hey dude, if you want to speed, 10." >> That is absolutely correct. You're 13 over today, but you're passing a ton of traffic. >> Well, that's the only reason I did to get before the concrete truck cuz there's construction there. >> And I'm just I don't have >> But, you got to know that when you're passing other cars, like you passed me. And I wasn't driving fast. So, when someone passes me, it draws my attention to them. But, and then I realized you passed cars behind me and you passed cars in front of me. >> I was only a car or two behind you, but I didn't think it was an issue cuz the the light was red. >> Yeah. >> I >> But then it's you know, then it's a culmination of everything. >> try I tried >> So, all that we're going to deal with today is just the speed issue. So, 13 over, 58 in a 45. Um and then your registration expired back in February and we're now in July. All right, man. But just so you know, as you continue to drive, you're still expired. So, as soon as you pull back out, if Queen Creek PD or another awesome deputy sheriff stops you, you have the possibility of getting that same one again. All right? All right, man. Be good. Thanks. Hello, speedy. See your driver's license, please. You will pass you passed the car. >> Yeah, I passed you. >> Well, you can't do that. >> I thought we could pass. >> You can. You just can't at 20 miles an hour over the speed limit, which is the speed to which you were going when you passed that car. There's no stipulation in Arizona state law that says, "Hey, you can go a criminal amount of speed, but only while you're passing cars." >> I'm really sorry. So, I wasn't trying to break the law. >> That's okay. Hang tight. He might have fought in Vietnam. He's old enough. I'm going to give this guy a warning. Mr. I see you're a veteran. Where'd you serve? >> US Navy. >> All right. When? Vietnam? I figured you were about that right age. Well, if there's one thing I don't do, is I don't write guys that fought in Vietnam tickets. I do not That is That is against my religion. So, I'm going to give you that ticket there. Just know that we're out here. We're paying attention to people speeding. We want people to be safe. But you have a good day. Thanks for your service. We have the 4th of July weekend's coming up this weekend. And talking about loving the 250th anniversary and it just being a great year for this country and have a guy that was born in 1943 that fought in Vietnam and uh is still out here driving around. Yeah, that guy gets a warning and on on today and this month and this year that's that is that's as patriotic as as I can be while still doing my job. But I appreciate guys like that because he answered the call. So it's a it's a different level of service that we do here. But it's definitely nothing like the service that that guy did.
