He's got a gun. >> Here in Panel County, we're not only tough on crime, we work hard to prevent it. >> And that's why we're working together to crack down on these massive illegal parties. >> Yeah, it's being dispersed right now. >> Okay. >> These parties are full of kids, guns, and drugs. >> And we know from experience that many of these parties lead to shootings, fights, sexual assaults, and other crimes. >> Your house is getting placered with this here. You cannot have a gathering at the residence, and this cannot be removed from your house. This holiday season, we've already broken up three large parties where most of the attendees were children. >> And not surprisingly, two of those parties had already had reports of gunshots being fired before law enforcement even arrived. >> Okay. We do have shell casings on the ground. >> We got a shooting out here. >> You were out there with it? >> Yeah, but people said it was fireworks. >> No, there we got casings out there. >> Especially when you got alcohol in the back seat here. On November 28th, we had over 130 people trespassing on a vacant lot. Luckily, we were able to break up that party before anything happened. >> And the next night, we responded to a party where more than 50 people had gathered in Eloy and were able to break that party up before anything bad happened. >> He's got a gun. It's coming up for sure. >> And Captain Penel County law enforcement is going to continue to work together to make sure we keep an eye on these illegal parties and stop tragedy before it happens this holiday season. We also want to thank the public for their input. If you see something, say something. It's an honor to serve.
