Additionally, both could face trespassing charges if they attempt to re-enter the hotel after being warned to leave. Resisting an officer's orders could also result in a charge of resisting arrest. Next, a chance encounter in the hallway, but less than 30 seconds later, hair, nails, and self-esteem are all splattered all over the hotel floor. >> How was she involved? >> She's my housekeeper. She was upstairs her room and she ran downstairs and just put on a phone there. >> Okay, we'll go up and take care of it. Does someone going to come with us so that we have a room key if we need it? >> I got a key on. Is >> she one of the ones involved? >> Yeah, me and her. We just had a fight. She ran up. We both ran up on each other. >> Okay. Why don't you come down the hallway here and speak with my officer here? Are you hurt? >> No, I just scratched on my face and my nose. >> Okay. Just >> She said she was just taking the elevator, but the other party insisted. She followed me from state to state. So, who is lying? >> Talk to him and tell him what happened. Okay. >> I know her from um you can have them up front. I know her from my city. >> Okay. Which is >> we um Milwaukee. >> Okay. >> But I live in um Michigan now. >> Okay. >> Me and her have been having internet back and forth be >> How do you end up here though? Did you come here? >> I guess she No, she talks to somebody out here I guess. And >> Okay. >> I be out here all the time. I have family out here. >> Okay. She I don't know if she this girl follows me, stop my page and knows where I go. But when I was just in Miami, she ended up there. >> Tried to get me sent to jail in Miami. She lied on me in Miami. Same thing. I got a gun. Same thing. Okay. >> I can't even fly with you. >> Is there anybody else in this room? >> No. >> Okay. >> So when she said that, >> they put me in a police car, dropped it, whatever. >> This time she's been harassing me. >> She was If you watch the cameras, what I'm telling y'all to do, y'all will see all of this. I'm not lying cuz I wouldn't tell y'all to check the camera if I was. >> Yeah. The thing is like do you see cameras up here? Cuz I don't >> I don't see any cameras at all. >> They typically don't have >> I mean I'm looking I see there's nothing camera for sure. >> That's a smoke detector. >> When the police asked, "So who threw the first punch?" The answer left the entire investigation team speechless and forced to re-record the video three times to verify >> the housekeepers that witnessed this or the staff that did. I heard what she said happened. What is she saying happened? >> She's saying that this was just over an argument that started online um over time. >> But I mean how did how did today start? Like how did you guys come together and >> happen to see each other in the hallway? >> I walked past during the front line station. I went back in my room, packed all my stuff, left the back out when I was sneaking out. She was right by the elevator, walked up to my face, said, "What's the beef? What's the beef for me?" And I was like, "You already know the beef." I was talking [ __ ] to my son. Kiss me in the third. Next thing she ran, tried to like run up on me. >> So she starts approaching you. >> Yeah. >> And you punch her. Is that right? >> Yeah. Like she >> And which suitcase in that room is yours? >> He got it. >> I know. Okay. There's two in there. >> The big black one. >> I keep asking her and and all she's saying is that one of them is yours. Nobody's telling me which is which. took it. >> So, how did the black one end up in her room? >> She put it in there. >> She took it. >> Yeah. >> All right, you guys hang tight. I'm going to go downstairs and find the staff member that witnesses. >> She's got a 99 or >> local only or >> No, it's pickup. >> Okay. What's that about? >> Some stupid [ __ ] out. >> I was just about to ask Walmart, but I don't want to make assumptions. Every time it's South Eagle, it's Walmart. >> All right. She says that one of these suitcases is hers. I'm not sure which, but >> I see you scratching. I also see her thumbnails off and she's also claiming her her face. >> Trying to grab her to let me go. >> Let me see your hands. >> No one spoke English, but the Ukrainian witnesses were still panicked enough to rush down to the reception desk and shout, "They fight. They fight." So, what did they see? >> I blood pressure. So, the other girl came down and told her they're fighting the Ukrainian girls. And so, I told Tina, "Don't go up there." I said, "You said you call the police. Don't you go up there." So she went up there anyway. So me and Vic, the guy who works here, we went to see how Tina was doing. And as we went to see Tina, the the young girl who the police officer was questioning first, she was knocking on the door saying, "Come on, open up the door. We need to talk." >> Right. So when you say she went down the hallway, do you mean like to the long end or were the the shorter end? >> No, she went the long end. So in other words, >> I got you. She went all the way back. >> I'm going to go back and check that because this is the first we're hearing. But was there anybody up there in the hallway that saw when this started? >> Those Ukrainian women because they told the Ukrainian women they can't speak one word of English. They came down. Yes. >> Is there any way you can get whichever woman that was? She's still in the building here. >> Both of them can. >> Okay. Could you have them come down here? I'm going to come back in a minute and then hopefully we can try to get through the language barrier to figure out what happened. Cuz of course, officer, >> right? Because what we've got right now is we got one girl saying one thing, the other girl saying the exact opposite. We got no way to know. Got you. >> And but in the end, the GM wants both mommy. We can't >> We're either going to charge everybody, nobody, or if we have a witness, we can charge the person that deserves >> a gun in the building. >> Well, that's what I'm see. I'm just hearing the first this go back up and check it right now. >> Police confirmed there were no victims, just two fighters in the ring. And after three rounds of fighting, what was the price to pay? But he he kind of taken the prosecutor giving on both sides of the story and you want to go back to jail for solve this situation here like you know what I mean the court has to solve the situation. You're just documenting the information and the evidence that we have both people are claiming physical harm. I understand your side of the story. I'm not saying I >> you watch the >> I did watch the video. I watched the video and literally what I watched it over three four times in a row and every single time it looks like somebody just hit the bell. Ding. And both you guys start fighting. So I there's no audio. I don't know what was said, but all I know I can tell by the physical actions. You open the door, you guys are in each other's faces and then all of a sudden bam, just like that, fists are flying on both of you. There was round one, round two, and round three. >> Your stories your story. Your stories. Well, >> your story is going to go with the evidence. The the injuries and camper document is going to go in the report. Here's the other thing we got to talk about, okay? Is that once you get back to the jail, we have to go through all of this stuff. >> Both females are in custody for assault. >> Copy that. 115. In Ohio, first-degree simple assault is punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000. Because it was not clear who initiated the fight, and because evidence showed that both were fighting, the police decided to arrest both for assault. Both were also expelled from the hotel. When two adults choose to settle their drama with fists in the middle of a hotel hallway, the end result is not likes, but an arrest warrant. Hey guys, what do you think of this situation?
