tell you to do though they told me to
leave but the point is what would I
leave for I have no phone I have nothing
why would I leave the only thing I have
that don't make no sense if it was him
he wasn't believing until he got his
stuff period no matter what even if he
was with a different yeah boyfriend or

point you you keep trying to throw it in
my face this is my stuff okay but like

50 calls from anybody in my parking lot

avoided all this by taking my stuff yes

I I called before I even pulled up they
got my phone he's calling me I have text
messages messages all that of him
sending me pictures on my phone talking
about I'm not getting nothing back I
need to give him stuff he going to shoot
up my house so yes I try to come get my
phone I pull up the text messages of
that at in the messages okay y never let

disorderly conduct resisting arrest and
obstruction of official business charges
related to domestic violence and
menacing were not pursued at this time
due to conflicting accounts the absence
of injuries matching the descriptions
given and the officer's inability to
identify a primary aggressor during the
incident it was discovered that the
woman's 2-year-old and one-year-old
children were being supervised by a
friend's 12-year-old child prompting
involvement from Child Protective
Services Kara was arrested it wasn't our
call um but she got arrested for
disorderly conduct resisting arrest
and so unfortunately why you have those
because she's the S stal parent we have
to call CFB and they have to take cust
the kids temporarily I'll take them home
with we
can't I I appreciate that no I
can't because she she's a parent and now
if you can talk to CSP and
have' that's not what's happening well
they're going to they're going to come
here our hands are tied like I can't
it's just ridiculous I mean what do you
mean cuz they they're fine I I told them
that my mom was coming to pick them up I
understand you guys came here you see my
mom is here your mom your mom is not the
custodial parent of those kids your
daughter is if the custodial parent is
not okay then they go to a family member
if the custodia parent is in their right
mind she's drunk she can't give custody
over they're not going to be there long
if they're even there at all csb will
make that determination okay but our
hands are tight your daughter put her
your daughter put us in the situation
ultimately the children were temporarily
placed in protective custody how do you
