So, uh and then she, you know, u glass on >> her boyfriend was trying to calm him down, you cutting handle her. >> Yeah. He was trying to get her to go and then I think that that confrontation is what started her aggression because she was like, "No, you go." Would you do a written statement? >> In Texas, assault on a law enforcement officer is a thirdderee felony. Penalty 2 to 10 years in prison. Fine up to $10,000. The woman was charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. Both thirdderee felonies. She is also on probation for a felony conviction.
